We flew in from Canada to do a job in the Boston area and found ourselves short of hardware. The staff was extremely helpful and were able to get the hardware we needed in a timely manner. They even delivered to us outside out their usual boundaries. Thank you!

I was looking for unusual metric sized bolts. I looked on various internet websites and eventually got to Fastenall. While they didnt offer what I needed, Dave helped me find a very close or equal for a big savings (paying less than $2 per bolt versus the customer metric at $40 each). He also made other suggestions on the type of nut to use, etc.. Great customer service.
