Ronen was great and his prices are very reasonable. This is my go to guy for any issues regarding my garage door. If he has to change parts, he shows you the damage done to the existing part just so you know hes being honest. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

We bought a new place with a high lift garage door opener that unfortunately was poorly installed such that the cables tangled and the door wouldnt open manually or otherwise. We had another company that was recommended come out first and they couldnt diagnose the problem. I found reviews on Google suggesting Ronen had lots of success fixing doors so I scheduled online with him. He was able to figure out the problem fairly rapidly within 5 to 10 minutes of looking at the system including diagnosing the initial poor installation. He was able to fix the sensors and pulleys with an ingenious hack that put everything properly in alignment. It was a creative solution and not sure many people would have come up with it. His prices were very fair for parts and labor. Certainly saved us the cost of replacing the entire system for several thousands of dollars which is what the previous company had suggested might have to be done. We would recommend him to others and call him again should we need garage door service or repair/replacement.

1. I contacted to replace the broken torsion spring. I asked if they carry .243 gauge spring. Said yes. On the day of the appointment, Ronen said he only has .234, and I have to wait 3 weeks to get .243. Not so honest.2. Almost all places I contacted asked $500~$550 for replacing both of the springs. Ronen said he will charge $129 per hour for labor and $89 per spring, which sounded quite competitive. But guess what. When he came out, he said he will charge 2 hour labor no matter how long it takes to replace the spring. This is still cheap, but not so honest.3. Was curious about the warranty and stuff. So asked how long it will last. His response literally was I do not promise. I asked him what if it fails in 1 year?.. The same answer. I couldnt really trust the job if theres no warranty or even a bit of confidence in ones own job.4. At this point I just gave him $19 for coming over and measuring stuffs, and told him to go back before he started the repair. And then I randomly called one of the experts I contacted. The expert came over right away with a matching pair of .250 gauge springs, completed the job under 45mins, and gave me 5 yr warranty. It was more expensive, but I couldnt be happier.Based on my experiece with 10+ companies, price-wise, I think Ronen is really competitive. So if you want some job done cheaply, I would recommend him. Otherwise, I recommend reading other 1 star reviews.

Gave good pragmatic advice with no short cuts

This is the second time I have used Ronan and Mass Garage Doors Experts. The service was fantastic the first time so he was the only person I reached out to when I needed service again. His system is simple, he is knowledge and reliable and his prices are very fair. He is an honest guy and will only recommend something you need. I will only use him and only refer him to any my friends or family that have issues with their garage doors.

I called this company and told them my garage door opener belt broke so I needed a new one. They said I needed to pay $19 estimate cost so I scheduled an appointment online and paid it. I provided the make and model of the garage door opener so they could look a up belt and bring it to replace it. The person told me it would cost $75 for belt and $125 labor. When he gets here, he tries to up sell me a completely new garage door opener. When I say no he says he doesn’t have replacement belt so he will need to charge 2 hour labor to go get the correct belt. What a looser. I told him no and I was disappointed because I wasted my time and money on their worthless service. I do not recommend this company.

Have now used Ronen twice at my home and he has been fantastic both times. Easy to book, great communicator, solved the issue and went above and beyond the call of duty both times. Reasonable pricing too. Hopefully I wont need to keep bringing him over, but if I do, great to know he is there.

I scheduled an appointment to repair & service my double door garage opening system. It was in various stages of becoming inoperable. In scheduling the service appointment, I had warned them that various components of the system might need to be replaced.Ronen Sisso arrived on time, assessed the issues, and, in record time, he fixed the internal control pad, reprogrammed the units to work with the external key pad, the remote control fob, and my auto opening system. I had a great experience hiring Mass Garage Doors Expert to fix a broken spring on our old door. The initial website appointment booking worked very smoothly. Ronen (the owner) called the day of the appointment to ask if he could come early. I wasnt able to accommodate that with my work schedule, but he wasnt upset, and came exactly the time he said he would. Then during the repair, he tried to reuse as much materials as possible, to save money on parts, but when that wasnt possible due to their age, he explained why and went over what was needed and the prices to get the repair done. Before leaving we tested the repair multiple times to ensure that there were no problems. Given this experience, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him, and would hire him again should I need a similar service in the future!

Ronan came and put it back on the roller and charged me $129, plus tax, and told me it was fixed. He asked me for a nice review on Yelp, and I was happy to oblige since it appeared fixed.Six weeks later, the roller slipped off again. I called the technician and he didnt think he should fix it for free but offered me a small discount to come back again. I paid him that fee, $75.00 as well.Now two weeks later the roller came off again and he is telling me there is nothing wrong with it. What is amazing is that he is upset that I brought to his attention that he had yet to resolve my garage door issue. I spoke to Ronen at approximately 12:05pm on 12/28/17. I explained to him what I needed done. He was able to move some things around and ultimately was at my house by 12:30pm that same day. I said “OK, can you point to some that are more popular than others?” He said, “No, they’re all popular.” I said, “how many doors have you installed?” He said, “One million.” I said, “can you point to one door in this entire catalog that you’ve worked with?” and he said, “No.” I think he paid for all these reviews, this is the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen. We wanted to evaluate whether to replace or repair two garage doors. Ronan explained in detail the costs for (non-insulated) new doors, with brochure to show styles, also details of needed repairs. He waited for our family discussion (by phone to my husband), and when the decision was made to do repairs, Ronan was able to complete needed repairs on both doors. Both doors now work beautifully, and we understand now why they were difficult to operate.

I used Mass Garage Doors Expert when I was having trouble with my garage door. Ronen showed up an hour early so I wasnt at the house to meet him, but he was almost done when I arrived 20 minutes later! He explained what was wrong (broken springs) and what had caused them (cables were installed too tightly). While there, he also replaced a lightbulb in the controller, and showed me how I know if the springs needed to be replaced. When I asked about a new keypad, he said I probably only needed to replace the battery, but if I wanted, he can also install a new keypad. He swapped out the battery and sure enough, the buttons were more responsive.It was easy to book him and pay him, no unexpected charges, and no upsells. Im super happy with his service!
