BIGGEST scoops of ice cream ever. We bought the 2 scoop and it was more like 6 scoops; probably at least a pint of ice cream.The lady working here was super nice :DWe had Graham cracker and coconut almond and the ice cream was great. Wowoweewow

First, they take a long time with the service, but not in a bad way. But since Boston Public Market isn’t the most crowded place it usually isn’t that big of a problem. They really make sure you actually get the sample the ice cream with all the mix-ins! Got the “kiddie” size in a waffle cone which was ginormous! Go for the “tiny tot,” which is still more than most ice cream places give for “two scoops!”

By far the worst staff. Untrained, rude, and incompetent. But the milk is fantastic

Crescent Ridge is hands down the best ice cream in the state of Massachusetts. The flavours are rich and powerful, and the scoop sizes are more than generous. Staff is always super friendly and theres a great variety of flavours, cone options, and a very convenient location the public market.

I dont know why the reviews are so bad but I went there two times and my experience was very good. I tried 4-5 flavors and found all of them to be fantastic. Would love to go there again!

Amazing ice cream! We had an assortment of flavors, smores, Graham cracker, Mississippi mud pie, salted caramel. Holy moly. So creamy.

Amazing ice cream!!! Really creamy and delicious. The chocolate is fantastic, my fave is the salty caramel with chocolate covered pretzels! Try the small size...it is actually big.

The ice cream was great, but the service was bad. He was super thick, demanded a queue and then got people out of order, choosing who he was going to attend. when we complained he still thick.

I was served by a particularly unpleasant gentleman in the evening of 7th Dec 2018. He stared at his phone continuously despite my attempts to purchase an ice cream. Subsequently, I was given what felt like he deliberately misunderstood my order, and it was also served as a mess. Id like to give him the benefit of the doubt that hes having a bad day, but basic courtesy and respect should still be given to customers nonetheless. This experience has made me not want to visit again.

Decent ice cream but did not have a good experience with the staff on duty. we were looking at the ice cream for quite awhile but he just sat by the cashier until we approached him. afterwards, his body language and attitude was very negative throughout the whole experience. won’t patronise again.

Chocolate milk was decent. A little pricey, but ok if you return the jar.

City version of the Sharon Ice Creamery. Lacks the cows of the suburban location but has the convenience of being in the middle of the city. Portion sizes, as always, are huge so order a size below what youd order elsewhere. Cridge bands seem to work, but the employees are often confused.
