As someone who has worked in retail in Boston, I can honestly say this store has subpar customer service. I’ve come in a handful of times (on crutches mind you) and the associates are only helpful when you ask for something. Both times Ive had a good handful of items and no one offered to help me until I asked for help. Not the greatest way to earn loyal, repeat customer. It’s honestly not worth shopping here.

What a tasteful and minimalistic European brand. The quality is incomparable as well as pricing for materials such silk and wool. You can’t find pieces like this for the price they offer just over $100 you can get 100% wool dress, sweater or skirt. When other retailers offer it in hundreds of dollars. Absolutely must if your style is simplicity and comfort.

Extremely helpful staff. This is a small store, so more like a capsule COS compared to the NYC location, but they did have a dress that I could not find online and the selection was more than enough for me. I love that they do not discriminate against people of color in either their online catalog or the staffing of their stores. This is one brand I always try on in person because their sizing varies a lot, and some styles look better in different sizes. I have things from COS ranging from XS to M and I wear a 6-8 in normal size. Also plenty of cropped pants, very good for short people as well as tall people.

The store manager Wendy was very unpleasant. I will not be returning back.

I moved from Los Angeles last year. My favorite COS store to shop at was in Beverly Hills. The location had an entire floor dedicated to mens. This store has a small section with a very limited selection. The staff is very mixed with some associates being helpful and others that need training. I bought a white poplin shirt that was wrapped poorly. The young lady didnt bother to fold the shirt leaving it in a ball. The staff were loudly discussing what they were going to have for lunch which was distracting her. Its as if the store is run by teenagers. What a difference a location makes. Ive shopped in NYC locations as well with better service.

Excellent style exhibited by both the store and the clothing line. Their T shirts have unique understated patterns and feel well-made. Ill be back to try their dress shirts.

I purchased some clothing. I wanted to get a discount by signing up for their newsletter but couldnt because I did not have my cell at that time. A black employee told me I can get it later. So I came back to the store a week after, but another female employee told me they cannot do it. Both were a bit arrogant and one of them lied. I wonder if they have a proper employee training, they hire new people. Otherwise, its a good store and they are some nice employees.

Litteraly my favorite store in the world. Perfect day to night pieces. High quality basics that last me years. Ive shopped at Cos in Hong Kong and London and thrilled to know we now have one in Boston!!!!!!!

Decent mens selection on the lower level.

Staffs are so rude and I will never come back this store. One of them irritated me when I return clothes at the fitting room. What is even worse was that the other staff kept following me when I leave the store as if they are trying to check whether I steal something.

COS is always cool, but the selection at this store is super limited compared to the ones Ive been to in Europe. If youre looking for sleek Scandanavian fashion at a medium pricepoint, this is worth a look.
