I just purchased some carpet from the Boston store. I buy carpet/rugs from Landry & Arcari because not only do they sell good quality products for fair prices, but it is a pleasure to interact with their salespeople and installers. I dont spend a lot of money with them relative to most of their customers, but I am always treated with courtesy and respect. I made my most recent purchase from Ken in Boston and it was installed by Paul. I couldnt be happier.

Landry and Arcari is absolutely the best place to find beautifully handcrafted rugs. They have so many options it will make your head spin and in all different price points too. I worked with Burcu and she was fantastic! Burcu was very knowledgeable about all the rugs and took the time to get to know what I was looking for. She was quick to find different options and went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I ended up buying 3 rugs and I could not be happier! Thank you all for your help!

If you are anything like me, buying a good quality, life lasting rug can be a daunting decision. We looked through piles and piles of rugs (cause thats what I do) and had a top 20 list of rugs that we liked. They offered to take as many as they could fit in their truck to my home so that I could see them in my home and they let me keep the top three in my home for several weeks (or was it months?). This was extremely helpful and made my feel confident in my decision. We ended up with two Ferraghan rugs from Afghanistan with vegetal dyes. Overall great customer service and good people in general. Would definitely recommend this rug buying experience to anyone.

A one-of-a-kind rug and carpeting store! Great service that greets you at the door; then follows you through every step of finding and providing exactly what you want. Price points range from moderate to high-end. But quality and service dont waiver no matter what you choose. I will be back (from out of state!) every time I need a great look that meets my eclectic taste and my budget.

The service was excellent, Ken the manager was very responsive, knowledgeable and pulled a couple of rugs based on my taste that were terrific. The way your delivery driver drives is a liability. Over the Tobin Bridge today at around 345 your driver was cutting in and out of traffic without a single signal. No wonder your delivery van is so beat up looking.

So far a remarkable experience this morning.. Burcu Tuzen, the sales person I was lucky to work with, actually lyfted us to my condo to make sure I measured properly... and just as fantastic, Sang Po, the associate who has been there for years, was able to find my previous purchase in their digital library, after I showed him an image of my previous purchase. he found the rug because of his extraordinary visual memory. I am confident the final cutting of the new rug will be perfect.UPDATE: its 2 years later, this time looking for an area rug and once again amazing service! Alex and Frantz were delightful and quite knowledgable as we went, ONE BY ONE through the pile to select the rugs from which I will choose. The 4 rugs will be delivered to my place, and i will live with them for a couple of days to make the choice. superb service !!!!
