This was one of the best Honda/service experiences I have had. Victor was super caring and responsive to all my concerns. He was able to get me in for an appointment the day after I called. He had initially told me that the car would be in service for 5 days and he was able to get it back to me 48 hours after I dropped it off. 10/10 would recommend!

This was my 2nd time taking my Honda to our local dealer to have it looked at. The first time was due to a recall notice for air bag switches. Each time the service request was handled with the utmost professionalism. It was a pleasure to meet Sean who could relate on a personal level to my Honda related issues having owned the same model.Sean was very customer oriented. Very personable and immediately let you know you were in good hands. The dealership takes good care of their customers...even sweetening the experience by organizing a ride to take me back home and arranging a ride for my pick up day when the Honda was ready for pickup.They certainly know how to make you a repeat customer. I had a problem with the fob for my 2019 Honda Civic. My service advisor, Victor, worked for at least an hour on my old fob to try and fix it so I would not have to buy another. Although that ended up being the case Victor was a star!!! He also arranged for the new fob to be programmed in a very reasonable amount of time. I could not have asked for better or friendlier service. Thank you so much Victor.
I have been serviced a few times from this location and it’s always a pleasure to work with Robert. I love how he hears me out and then gets me a solution. I also feel like a have a personal mechanic. Henry usually works on my car and he is great. Thank you Robert. :)

Robert in maintenance was very helpful despite being very busy. He helped out during a stressful and expensive repair decision. I took my car in for what I hoped would be simple a solenoid replacement. I ended up needing a new transmission. They found one and put it in within a week. I just picked it up today and it seems to be running great. It was an expensive fix. The shop was very busy and communication could be a bit of a struggle. Overall though it was a good experience. The repair manager was very nice and helpful. Everyone was understanding and patient even though I was struggling with such a costly repair. Roberts customer service really was excellent. Thank you.
I had a slow leak in my tire yesterday. I stopped by Herb Chambers Honda and they were able to fix it fast and reasonably priced. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Had an issue with my sunroof that needed to be fixed quickly since we dont have a garage. They were able to not only take the car the next day but also find the fix without a set appointment. I felt they matched my situation and its urgency to their actions and I really appreciate it. Great service today and couldnt be happier!!

I had an exceptionally long service call. Sean was terrific. He provided space so that I could get my work done. Offered to hire a Lyft to drive me to my home in Boston. He was just terrific!
I took my car in for service. One service was to rotate my tires and they 100% did not rotate my tires. They absolutely charged me though. Who knows whether or not they did all the services that I paid for the tire rotation is the only one I know for certain wasn’t done!! But spent $500. Don’t go to this place for service!! Waste of money.

I would suggest you atleast do something to reduce wait time for picking up serviced cars. It took me little more than an hour, just to get my keys to my car which was ready as per the advisor. I feel the enthusiasm is for getting the money and courtesy just picks an Uber and left the building. Any how great job at dissapointing customers.
I brought my Mom’s car in for service.on July 21st for an oil change and for a safety recall to replace the driver’s side power window switch. The oil change was reasonably priced.The safety recall work was installed poorly. The power window control wasn’t flush with the door handle, and I can’t imagine how or why the service department would sign off on it. When I brought this to the attention of the service advisor, I was told no one was available to fix this and I needed to bring the car back at a later date.
This is in regards to the service department. Today I had an appointment at 3:00PM for an oil change on my CRV. I arrived at 2:30PM. The service rep that helped me looked to be about 30 years old, tall, skinny, wearing glasses, and brown skinned, maybe Hispanic or Cape Verdian. I failed to get his name. So at 2:55PM the service rep tells me about a few recommended services for my vehicle because it was about to hit 30k miles. I said I will only get the oil change and that I will take a printout of the recommended services to my spouse first and then decide on whether or not we were getting them done. I dont know what I said, but the service rep immediately changed his tone of voice and spoke to me in a rushed manner. So I sat down and began to wait for my oil change to be conducted. When I noticed other customers that arrived after me were getting their serviced cars back and leaving, it was 4:30PM and I asked for an update, and the service rep behaved as if I was bothering him. He walked into the service bay and came back to tell me my car would be done in 15 minutes. The 15 minutes passed and I didnt hear anything back from the service rep, in fact he just sat at his desk the whole time and acted as if I wasnt there. It wasnt until 5:24PM that they put my car on the lift and at that point I had enough, I requested my car be taken down from the lift because I was not going to give this dealership my business. After it was all said and done I drove off 5:50PM not having any oil change done on my vehicle. I will contact the service manager about this service rep that was extremely rude to me.
Service was great. Did a oil change and received a multi-point inspection sheet to see what areas of my car were good and the areas that need future attention. Would recommend coming here
Herb Chambers Honda in Boston is amazing.I’ve been going to them since I bought my first Honda back in 2000.They are amazing, kind, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Whether it be a minor repair, an oil change, a major repair (extremely rare as it’s a Honda) or routine service (following the matrix), my car is always returned to me having been pampered, babied and purring.To them your car is not just a car, it’s a best friend receiving the best quality care, and it starts as soon as you walk though the doors and are greeted by a Service Advisor.In the 21 years of being a Honda owner, I think I’ve strayed from using Herb Chambers 4, maybe 5 times because of convenience and health. Each time even though I may have left happy,but there were missing factors namely confidence and reliability. There was one mechanic I did consider using a second time, but they were nasty when trying to set up an appointment that I just hung up.Whether it be a 12 mile commute or a 100 mile commute ( yes I used to travel a distance to get to work ) Herb Chambers won’t disappoint ensuring you’ll leave with confidence, peace of mind and a great experience.

Literally the worst experience my family & I’ve ever had. We had to transfer car license plates and we had to do everything (ex. reach out to our insurance, fax/email them, find our own information). The car salesman that “helped” us (Luis Sucre) was not helpful at all. My family put down a deposit on August 14 for the car. I was supposed to get a refund when I picked up the car. We also filled out contact info on the website, but no one reached out. My car salesmen seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing and didn’t know that much information. My family and I reached out to him via text and phone calls, but he did not respond. Honestly, you’ll be better off at Toyota next door.

Great experience, our costumer service advisor Dahl Jackson was top notch. He took the time to explain what would be performed on our routine service visit and was on the minute of when it would be done. He even noticed the car was dirty and gave us an compliantly car wash. He noticed that there was an outstanding service recall on the vehicle and made me aware, and again explained it. He offered to schedule it and was able to give me time fame for the repair. The people at the dealership were a very polite and nice as well. We have owned a Honda for 3 years now and this is was the best service experience a dealership has provided.
Second bad experience at Honda in Dorchester. 3,000$ added on top of website price for new cars just because ‘the market is high’. Presented with financing options at 10% interest . Say what? These agents don’t understand interest rates or how payments are calculated. They have no knowledge of what’s advertised on the website. Their sales pitch is made to fool people, especially if you’re not familiar with car pricing. Will never go back, ever!

Overall it was a good experience. But be aware they will try to place hidden fees on you. Went in today with a coupon of $45 for a oil change and tire rotation walked out with a $84 bill. Don’t know the labor costs, ( which I assume that where it went to).

This has a terrible service department, they didnt even do a real diagnosis. They literally looked at the car and then charged $161. How can they charge so much just for physically looking at the car under the hood. Also, they reiterated what I told them (which I was told by another mechanic shop who actually did tests) to make it sound like they did something or they know what theyre talking about. They didnt even do a compression test. They lied about how they cannot do any tests because the motor doesnt start. Then they tried to make it sound like the mechanic shop I went to was bad. I thought they could check out the car and give me an answer as to what is wrong with the car because I thought the dealership would know better than a mechanic shop, but clearly not. The two mechanic shops that I went to didnt even charge me. They pretend like they want to help you but they either just want your money or they dont care about you or your money at all. The people who work in service dont have good customer service. They all look and talk like they are miserable there.
The entire staff at Herb Chambers Honda on Morrissey Blvd were wonderful to work with! My sales consultant, Mary is just the best. She’s reliable, honest and friendly. Would definitely be going back in the future.

There is a right way and there is a wrong way of doing business. … with heart and with soul.A friend of mine sold his car back to this dealership. There were three chances for the dealer to say the deal was done and you cannot have your car back. But, instead we were told the car can be pickup at the dealership if you want it back. When we arrived at this dealership 30 minutes later we were told the department (Online Dept) we dealt with did not know the car had already processed and cannot be returned.Go figure where the mistake was.They will wheel all situations out,… not heart and no soul

So the truth is that I had some surprise expenses during my visit to this dealer. Which... fine, the car is 8 years old. Sean was my service advisor. I went in to get my transmission fluid changed (~$130ish). Simultaneously, there was a drive shaft recall and so the alignment were done too. Whole thing took about 3-4 hours as estimated. Sean answered my questions and educated me regarding possible maintenances I may need later on (i.e. tire tractions interpretation and what an 8 means). I am very thankful for his patience and feel comfortable referring friends to him.I called Sean a few days later as my car was pulling left. Within a week, he had me in and my cars alignments redone. Sean even called and checked on me after I got home to see if my alignments were any better. Im pulling slightly right now, but Sean and I are to follow up in a few days as the problem may be something else.Beware of the location when scheduling, as the schedulers set appointments for various sites.

The service was fine I had no problems there my service representative is Robert who always do a wonderful job. I gave 4 stars because I was on hold for 35 minutes trying to get through. I drove all the way from Malden to the dealership while still on hold.
Detailed the 2 specific cars I wanted to test drive, arrived for my appointment only to find out neither were in stock...complete waste of time. This dealership is disingenuous and enjoys wasting time. Hard pass...

Ridiculous, i go there knowing my washer reservoir is leaking and they say i need to have my washer pump replaced which requires a part to be ordered. I went somewhere else, got my reservoir replaced, and problem solved. Incredibly sketchy.
