In February we contacted this adorable little bakery and asked them to make narwhal cake pops for our wedding in June. Our wedding was on a Saturday in NH so we explained that we would have to have them done Friday morning so that we could have someone pick them up and get them to our venue. After not hearing much, we checked in the week before to make sure they were still on track to be made. We were informed that they would not be ready until 3 PM on that Friday. My bridesmaid volunteered to pick them up because she works right around the corner. We figured that would be fine because our rehearsal did not start until 6 PM that evening in NH.Friday at 3 rolls around and the cake pops were not even close to done.My friend had to wait in their shop (which was adorable BTW) for another hour and a half listening to the bakers say things like were NEVER doing narwhals again. Which is fine, I get that they could be difficult to make, but maybe dont say that in front of clients? We were told that the pops would be on trays and when my bridesmaid showed up to the rehearsal an hour late (she missed the rehearsal because of this), I discovered that there were no trays- they had just been put into boxes. Wedding day rolls around and we have to send family out to find trays to display the pops on- an added task that I really did not want to have to think about on my wedding day. The cake pops tasted great which was really the only good thing about them... I mean look at them...The only reason they got any stars at all was because the shop was cute, the cake pops were delicious and they gave us 2 complimentary cake pops while my friend was waiting for them.UPDATE: Its been 2 weeks since I wrote this and no one has even tried to reach out to me and apologize-- just reiterating that their customer service is terrible.
Very adorable store design with tasty treats. Right now hours are variable due to the pandemic.
Super cute! I wish I liked cake pops more. My daughter loved hers though
WOW! The cake pops here are so good! The sugar cookie and cinnamon toast crunch were my favorite. My girlfriend loved the cookie dough and cookies & cream. I discovered this place via google search and it was the top rated place so i ventured down to check it out and it was well worth the trip! Owner/Baker was responsive and informative to my inquiring emails and the girl working in the shop when i was there was super friendly. I highly recommend this place!
If youre looking for cake pops as a treat or for an event this is the spot! I needed an order for a bridal shower and Heather was beyond helpful via email and promptly sent me an invoice. I sent a few photos I found and when I picked up my order the pops looked exactly as I had imagined ! The young woman working the counter was so friendly . Overall a great experience and Ill certainly be back :)
Horrible customer service. When I arrived to place an order I did not feel a welcoming atmosphere because the manager was too busy focusing on other tasks as opposed to the customer.Upon making my request to place an order, they did not give me a legitimate price for the products I wanted to purchase. I was simply told that I would have to send an email to place an order. I would think that a well established bakery would be familiar with their own prices they have for the products they sell on a regular basis???Overall, do not waste your time or money on this place.
My absolute favorite place on earth, walking in just makes you happy. Im obsessed with the cake pops here, the chocolate, cookie monster, and meyer lemon are my favorites! I also have a few candy favorites like the mint drops and caramel apples that I get every time. 💗💗💗
I love Cake Pops Boston! The owner is so nice and the cake pops are delicious! Highly recommended.
Amazing desserts! We go here all the time and have also ordered in bulk for parties, they never disappoint!
This is the greatest desert store ever and Keenan is a hoss.
