No customer service when it came to resolving mistakes in countertop fabrication. Made us wait weeks for for resolution calls that went no where. Per our attorney, they were not even licensed to work in MA at the time of our project; oh hindsight (lesson learned trusting companies that have a stall at the Boston Design Center). Promised high end quality and delivered so many mistakes fabricating counters, sink space and runnels. They took no responsibility for their poor quality, delayed our project, and even threatened us with libel when we raised our concerns and posted a review. Never had such a bad experience with this type of contractor. Buyer beware of this place.
I cant rave enough about the whole team at Jewett Farms. Paula Accioly held our hand from start to finish and we felt she took it upon herself as if it were her own house. She spent endless hours trying to turn our wants and wishes into reality. Her insightful help with the design was key in achieving perfection. We bought a house built in 1978, the house my husband grew up in, and Jewett Farms helped us renovate the first floor including the kitchen. The quality of the cabinets is just unbeatable and they were able to fit everything within our budget. Its been over a year and we still love our kitchen and hardwood flooring ! You will not be disappointed!~ Muneeza Nasrullah.
As I sit here blow drying the front door made by Jewett Farms for which I paid more than 20,000 dollars, I am reminded once again why I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. If one could see the cardboard and plastic I have covered the door and sidelights with in hopes that the current rainstorm with not leak through to the interior of the house, you would understand why. The door is ruined as it is gotten wet and soaked through so many times - it is warped and there are water marks everywhere… The fact that it is a front door and it leaks is laughable. Ive tried emailing the company twice to see if there is a solution besides blow drying and never got a response
