I had such a great experience picking out my wedding dress here! The space is really beautiful and airy. I felt like I was really listened to, and they didn’t try to ‘over-compliment’ or sell me on a dress, something I experienced at other stores. Katherine was able to get the dress style I found online and have it shipped to their store, which was something other bridal stores in the area weren’t able to accomplish. I went to 4 other stores and this was by far the best experience. I say this because I want to emphasize how amazing their customer service is! I highly recommend this place.

Katherine was absolutely phenomenal from her confirmation email to the dress selections! I gave her a detailed vision for the dress style I was looking for and she chose all the dresses I had been eyeing. She also chose a few that were similar in style but ones that I probably would have never chosen to try one — this was the best part! I could tell that Katherine put in a lot of thought in choosing 5 dresses that I might love. She went above and beyond. In total, I was able to try out 7 dresses with accessories (veil and belt). Katherine was patient and asked a lot of helpful questions to guide my decision making on choosing the dress for me! I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experiences were here. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating. The first time I went in was on a whim on a Sunday. They didn’t have any standing appointments and let my friend and I try on as many gowns as we wanted. I was helped by the stylist Francesca the first time, who was so helpful and patient. I found my favorite dress during that time, and knew I would come back to try it on again.I then came back one week later on a Saturday and was helped by the stylist Caitlin. She greeted my parents, sister and I so warmly and enthusiastically when we arrived for our appointment. She was so incredibly patient, thoughtful and heartfelt in the dresses she picked for me and helped me try on. She gave me so much encouragement to trust my gut and come back to the dress I originally picked. I felt so empowered and beautiful throughout the entire visit.We went way over our allotted appointment time, but the staff was so kind to let us finish. I never felt pressured or rushed.I finally found my dream dress, surrounded by my immediate family and the wonderful staff of Brideside.I highly recommend this bridal salon. The dresses are incredibly affordable - their most expensive dress is no more than $2500/$3000. It is beautifully decorated and so inviting. I can’t wait to come back and pick up my dress in June. Five out of five stars!
