I just walked out of this store as a very satisfied customer! Brooke helped me today and she was an absolute delight. I didn’t own a pair of Docs and didn’t know much about the brand, luckily Brooke swooped in and provided a plethora of information about wear and care and helped me pick out the perfect style. I am so happy to have been assisted by her and if given the chance, I wouldn’t have chosen anyone else. Not only was Brooke helpful to me, but I also witnessed her go above and beyond to help as many shoppers as she could which says a lot as the store was very busy. I recommend stopping by as early as possible to avoid having to wait outside because this place monitors the capacity levels due to COVID. When you do go, ask for Brooke and tell her Jasmine from North Carolina sent ya!

The staff were welcoming, clearly explained their COVID procedures, and were super helpful picking out my shoes! They sized me correctly, explained the best way to care for my shoes, and were patient in letting me wait for my ride in the store since it was raining. Excellent customer service!

Dr Martens it is style shoes. Complicated with traditions and quality. Classic view make different style of clothes looks good. I mad a little bit about that only one shop in Massachusetts. Totally recommend

I’ve been coming to this Dr. Martens for years and it’s always been a good experience (otherwise I wouldn’t have come back). Today however, Denise went above and beyond in the customer service department.Her level of patience and product knowledge made her stand out enough for me to jump on Google and leave a review.She gave me no tension, no pressure, no unwelcoming looks, and definitely none of that running around like a chicken-with-its-head-cut-off that a lot of retail people do.Just a pleasant experience with the right amount of attention and a happy customer who left with bag in hand.Thank you.

Ive never bought a pair of Docs until the other day and the assistance was superb. They were super friendly and helpful and gave me some good recommendations for breaking in the boots as well as taking care of the leather. Im definitely going to return to this store for my next pair.My only critique is that the layout is somewhat intimidating especially for first timers, its not as intuitive as it could be. It would be better to have the classics closer to the front so its one of the first things you see when walking in. The space is very open and theres room to sit and try shoes on. They also sell socks and leather conditioner.

I cant leave a one star review on the website, so leaving it here. I tried to buy a pair of Docs at this store, they told me they didnt have the size and I should order online. I was told if the boots didnt fit, I could bring them in person and exchange them. That was a lie. Ordered the boots offline, they didnt fit (the measurements provided on the website and the actual boot measurements were off by 2 inches in length). I printed the return label (which states you cant exchange or bring to a store and that you will have to pay a restocking fee of $7). Got the boots all boxed up and dropped off at a UPS drop box. Ive never had issues with this before but over a month later apparently the label was never scanned no proof of return. So here I am $170 lost, no boots and the customer service associate is snarky and rude. Basically accused me of stealing the shoes. Ive wanted a pair of Docs for years but this company is not one I am interested in dealing with again. Ill buy boots from a smaller female owned company instead.

They have a sign like every other store that masks are optional for vaccinated people, which I am, then they tell me my 6 yr old needs a mask, IF YOURE GOING TO OPEN THEN OPEN, wasted 30 mins driving here. Its a joke.

Fantastic! There were many styles, organized and displayed attractively. We were met by a store manager, Vanessa, who directed us to the hand sanitizer and an amply sized bench seat. She set my daughter up with 2 sizes of each boot, introduced the line and how it would feel, and answered all our questions. We felt nothing but support and zero pressure. After awhile Vanessa Was leaving for a break and introduced Olive to us, Another first class employee who helped us find a new powerful look that comes from wearing Doc Martins. Neither of us have ever worn such a bold look before and we aren’t typically “trendy looking,” so I wasn’t sure we’d fit in? But as a direct result of the acceptance, info, kindness and professionalism we encountered - even mom decided to find her new look!It was a challenge to get to the store as driving and parking is intimidating. But this suburban mom and her daughter found new attitudes and confidence from shopping here! We are Going back in Feb, when my boot is due to arrive! We got way more than a pair of boots but had a really wonderful “shopping experience!”

Brooke and everyone here are amazing! They made the experience shopping here safe during covid and efficient. They explained the different oxfords here and how they fit differently! Very enthusiastic energy :)

I’ve had two really horrible experiences at this store when staff members were beyond rude to me. I would avoid shopping here. Additionally, you cannot return your online orders to a physical store. Instead you must pay the $7 return fee

First time coming to this restaurant with the family and we enjoyed it.

Its a good ambiance with lots of options and well-educated workers. Covid unfortunately had me waiting for ~25 to get in; perhaps service where possible customers put their phone number in to get a text when theyre good to go in.

The attention from the curly hair guy was very dedicated, he took good care of my son!! Sorry for no take your name. Great job!!

Dr martens was bought out and it’s no longer the same product. Staff here is friendly and helpful though.

Excellent service. I have a tall foot so finding a comfortable option took quite a while. My only complaint is my daily worn boots are still in such good shape I have no reason to go back lol.

Place was decently busy and had to wait about 5 minutes to get helped, but the salesperson (Casper the friendly ghost sweatshirt) was knowledgeable and attentive and answered all of my questions, even putting in inserts and showing me how to care for the leather. Needless to say I walked out with a new pair of beautiful boots I can’t wait to break in!

I love this company and their products are amazing but I have had particularly good service at this store. Everyone is always very friendly, knowledgable, and down to earth. I came here to try on a pair of boots that I saw online. The staff was incredibly helpful with aiding me to find the right size as the sizing for Dr. Martens can be a little tricky. The store clerk even recommended a boot wax to me. All in all I had a great vist and got the information that I needed.

Customer service here was fantastic! Received one on one advice and attention the moment I entered. I paid a premium, buying at the store, but the assistance I got made my search for a new pair of boots much faster and easier than it would have been on my own. If you want to buy Dr Martens, go here, full stop.

Very helpful and friendly staff

I love Dr. Martens boots but I have to say the staff at this location does not match the high quality of the products they sell. I brought my parents there for a pair of boots, and they did not know dr. martens is on a UK/Europeansize. The staff brought a pair of UK9 without reminding them it’s a different measuring system and when they asked for the right size, the staff is clearly impatient and just rolled her eyes as if they said something that offended her so much. Seriously, have some respect to your customers and get your staff well trained.

The staff there are super friendly and helpful. I went in for a pair of the Vegan Blaire Sandals and I was greeted and shown exactly what I was looking for immediately. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

All of the women that work here are very helpful and patient. I had lots of questions and was probably being really annoying, but they were all nice and made it a good experience. I will definitely be back!

Staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. Had no problem pulling out just about every single boot that could have fit what I wanted. Took the time to explain the difference between each/how they would look and feel when broken in. Took the time to go over care and maintenance with me as well. Great experience.

Dr. Martens products are plain and simple amazing! Over the past 30 years I used and owned 12 pairs of their shoes. However, I’m rating the service at that particular location, I bought a pair of boots without their original package, and when I checked them again at home they were in UK size which is fine but it differs than my US size. So I called them and explained the situation and they said that I was welcome to go and change the size. I went the following day for the exchange, only to be met with that rude blonde lady who works there, never greeted and smiled and told me she was busy with another costumer even before I got a chance to talk to her... So I waited until she finished, she called another associate while I was still waiting and standing there, she completely ignored me and told her : make sure this man try the new size and don’t give him the package of the new pair of boots and make sure he doesn’t leave the shop before trying both feet... she said all that while I was still standing with little to no respect to me. Her tone was plain rude and attitude was something unforgivable. I got my first pair without packaging, and I called before coming to that store and the person on the phone said it was ok as long as that I didn’t wear them outside. I never put on the boots, seemed pointless after knowing that the sizing was UK and not US. no one should treat a customer like that, let alone a reputable shoe maker like Dr. Martens.

Very trendy little shop selling old-school Docs and newer styles of boots and shoes. The salespeople were very helpful and hands on and not at all bothered by our need to try on many pairs of boots.

Ive been looking for a new pair of my same docs that had worn out. After going to 5 different stores with no luck I came here and the sales woman immediately found me the exact pair I was looking for. Super helpful staff, she even wrote down the type of shoe so I know what type I like.

The employees here are very knowledgeable of the shoes & boots they sell and do a great job recommending styles and offering different options to try on.

Shoes that last. Staff was very helpful, and explained exactly how the shoe will feel when worn for the first time. It was a gift for a friend of mine who just loved.

Went all the way into Boston with my heart set on buying a pair and there was a padlock on the door with the lights off. Very unprofessional that the website gives false information. Bought a new pair of Chelsea boots here. The salesperson was really friendly and attentive -- she took out pair after pair of shoes in different sizes to help me find some shoes that would work with my weird-shaped feet.

Just back from a trip to Medway in Ma ( from Ireland) and made the trip into Boston to buy buy a pair of boots only to find the store is closed for renovations. Checked website before I went in and said store opened at 10, no mention of store being closed for renovations. Not happy as my morning wasted and no boots!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Needed new boot laces, got new boot laces. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Laces were low price.

First off Im on Newbury Street. Bad and boujee. Staff was cool. Get your girl or yourself some of these boots and you stylin on em for the winter season.

Never been treated so bad in my life. My family went in to buy 3 pairs more pairs of shoes for gifts, and we were treated horribly. As if asking for the man to get us a different size than the display was asking too much. Unfortunate because I have several pairs of Dr. Marten’s shoes and I definitely won’t go back to the Boston (my local) store again.
