They know when I go in there anything I pick up I place on the counter because they watch you like a dog. Its sad our community steals so we all have to pay for it

This hair store is extremely convenient to where I live. One of the 2 hair stores I go to period. Definitely a favorite. Great customer service, clean, organized, affordable & a friendly but professional Owner and Employees. The vibe is so comfortable, I recommend this store to family and friends all the time . 😀😀😀😀

Went there today and from the moment I walked in a lady started following me everywhere I went. I got so uncomfortable. How do you expect people to shop freely if you watch them like that. Forget that hair I went to buy, I came back with my money.

No parking most of the time if you can take the bus

If only people actually read reviews b4 shopping smh this is 1 of the worst hair supplies stores in Boston the only good thing about them deserving even 1 star from me is that theie store is spotless clean very organized but ridiculous in pricing out own community this is not Chestnut Hill okay and besides they would not even allow them Chinese folks yo come in their neighborhood and have them expensive prices knowing that stuff is cheap they selling they going to New York or online for absolute jargon prices and charges us three times that on these products unvelivable ridiculous. I go to Mattaphan square and find everything from our own store then shopping with them. Pisses me off where is Donald Trump for them👊🤔

Lots of racial profiling, workers will literally breathe down your neck while you shop, also bought a 50$ wig here and the tracks already started breaking away less then a week later. But I mean there’s stuff there.
