You need to go here and see Ron Smith. I specifically came on here to write a review for him. He was outstanding and so patient with all of the questions I asked him. He had great recommendations and even drew a diagram of something to explain the difference between a pressure balance valve and a transfer valve. Don’t ask for anyone else but him and you will walk away relieved and happy to have received such outstanding customer service. Thank you Ron!

It was a pleasure working with Anne Marie Diamond in our kitchen renovation that took place during the summer and fall of 2019. It involved bringing down several walls including a bearing wall to open up the space. What I liked the most was that she really listened to us and she really tried to execute our vision. She carried out exactly what we wanted to do. Of course, there were many moments when, thanks to her expertise, we were able to make better choices and make relevant changes. One crucial change was the position of the island. We had in mind that it would face the dining-room area. However, Anne Marie told us that to best use the space, to have a bigger island and to have it be the focus of our kitchen, it would be better if it run perpendicular to the dining-room area. Now, we are so glad we listened to her. It is complete perfection and we get to enjoy our beautiful waterfall quartz island so much more. Her help with the design of the new kitchen door and window was also decisive. It was very easy to work with Anne Marie and she was always available for a meeting at our place or her office. She would also get back to us promptly if we sent her an email or a text with any questions. There is no doubt that we will work with her again in future projects.

The store has decent selection and great display. Whats more important is their service. Make sure you look for Hafsat when you are there. She was fantastic. She made sure I understand everything Im choosing and gave me no pressure at all while making decisions.

Sarika Laddha is the BEST! We were kind of desperate, having bought the wrong toilet at another place, not knowing that we had a very small space. She was calm and efficient ... even when I called a few days later to say that I forgot to order a toilet seat. She is really terrific, and because of her, Ill be telling everyone only to buy from Kohler.

Hafsat is knowledgeable, helpful, and very easy to work with. Whenever I have had a question, she has responded promptly, after doing sufficient research to answer. She has also helped me with design issues and color choices. It has been a pleasure to work with Hafsat.

We renovated 2 bathrooms during COVID. Our decorator recommended the Kohler Signature Store so that we could do one-stop shopping for all of the fixtures, cabinetry, etc. Ron Smith was the designer at Kohler who worked with us throughout the process. He was outstanding in helping us make the product selections, providing us with detailed documentation, keeping track of back-ordered items, handling changes, and just being a pleasure to work with. It was a pleasure working with Sarika Laddha on our bathroom remodel, she really helped us by showing us what options we had and helped us to zero in on what we really wanted.

I purchased a kitchen faucet and a water filter to go with it from this store. Turns out later that the filter does not work with this particular faucet. After discussing it with Kohler, they agreed to refund although it was past 90 days refund period. This was the second time I was using Kohler for a full-house renovation and I will be coming back for the third.

Our experience with Ron has been exceptional. As designers, we work with vendors everyday to accommodate the demands of our clients. It is rare to find a rep who is as conscientious, professional, and as detail oriented as Ron is. He is an absolute delight to work with and one of those people who simply makes our jobs easier. I worked with Ron for my bathroom renovation project for almost a year from begin to finish. He was very patient with bringing me up to speed with different options in each and every design details and rendering different versions of the design to accommodate uncertainties from plumbing.There was a mistake from the warehouse part that caused missing parts in the delivery, as I was running against the clock and couldnt wait any longer. He took the liberty to deliver the parts from warehouse straight to my apartment, and I find that very custom-oriented and considerate.Id strongly recommend working with him in your next design project.

My fiancée and I went to this store to purchase kitchen sink and bathroom vanity for our new home. We were greeted and was helped by a Anne Marie. She was very nice and helpful. We picked out a few sinks, faucet, and vanity and the she was going to get us a quote.2 week later I still have not gotten a response on the quote and I called the store multiple times for the status with only voicemails. I ended up going with another brand and they wasted my time. Not what I expected from Kohler brand.

The most convenient aspect of going to the Kohler Signature Store in Boston to purchase products and fixtures for the bathroom I was renovating was being able to see the wide variety and colors of Kohler products up close, being able to actually see and feel the Kohler shower head I purchased, in action at the stores live shower head stall. Most important, though, was having the guiding hand of an experienced interior designer, Ron Smith, to help me put it all together; one does not receive that kind of service and expert insight at the chain stores in my opinion.Lastly, all the products were delivered to my home as promised, within two days from purchase.I would recommend the Kohler Signature Store in Boston for anyone looking to build or renovate their bathroom, it was an excellent consumer experience. Ron Smith was extremely helpful in putting it all together and helped me make the right choices in products and colors for my particular home.
