Would actually give about four and a half stars out of 5.Was getting frustrated when I had no contact after 8 weeks,But was assured in my follow-up calls that awning was shipped and I would be contacted within 24 hrs to schedule installation,yet heard nothing back for 2weeks until was surprised by a call that the installers would be out the next day.The installation team was very thorough and professional and did an awesome job.The awning is beautiful and have already enjoyed hours under it. Cant stress enough what a superior product it is.My only negative comment is while I understand that in these post pandemic times,schedules are difficult to predict,keep the customer up to date on any delays or problems,and dont promise to get back to the customer immediately and not do so. Outside of that,I thank you for your quality product and work.

Everyone was very helpful from start to finish. Special thanks to Kate and also Charles who were very thoughtful in the design. I cannot recall everyones names but all were helpful and it is an architectural wonder! Thank you all and highly recommend Atlantic Awning to homeowners looking for solar shade.

Atlantic Awning is amazing!! I had a special project that they were incredibly helpful with. We wanted to make a cover for our dog crate and needed a company that could see through thicker fabric. They figured all the measurements and did the sewing. It came out spectacular! They were open minded, totally service oriented and their communication was exceptional!

Another year has passed and Cheryl still has our $8000 deposit that she wont give back. 2 years now since we started this project. We are now going to be taking them to court over our money. Do not use this company they are robbers. They have stole lots of peoples money just read their reviews. Search everywhere online and you will see that they consistently have taken peoples deposits and not returned the money or done the jobs. They also just shut off communication . The most incompetent group of people i have ever worked with.Update as they responded.Just to clarify, i was the one that done the permits for the job. I also paid for the permits separately. The job was passed no problem by the town. I have not received any correspondence from this company regarding any refunds. Do not use this company as i said there is multiple reviews about them stealing money from people. Surely we are not all lying Cheryl.

Very impressed with this company from initial phone call to quote process to choice of awning and professional installation. Everyone we spoke with was personable and awning was installed in less than an hour. We are very happy with the end result.

This company received payment. Never completed any of the work. Promised to refund the payment and its been 6 months. Dozens of calls and emails go unanswered and when they do answer they promise to send payment which I never receive. If you want to hire a reputable company, do not use Atlantic Awning.

Customer service is very poor. I gave them 2 stars because once I got a hold of someone, which took 3 telephone calls with promises to call me back, they responded to a few of my emails regarding a family members install that they did a year prior. Eventually, they stopped responding to my emails when I tried to inquire about a replacement part that I needed, which is why I was calling in the first place. In my opinion, I would advise anyone who wants an awning installed, to take their business elsewhere.

This companys customer service is non existent. i gave them a deposit in may and was told the awnings would be installed in july and surprise surprise they were not. i was told that i would receive a call back to let me know when they would be installing the awnings and guess what no call.i get an attitude when i call up to complain that no one is returning my calls and that they still havent scheduled my installation even though the awnings have been ready for over a month. i feel i have no choice but to have my attorney serve these idiots with a law suit to get my money back.worst company ever buyer beware

Do not use this company and do not believe the positive reviews, they probably wrote them.Atlantic Awning has the worst service ever. plan on paying half and then waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting for them to do anything.

Cheryl is the most incompetent idiot on the face of this earth .I ever met!!!!! she is two faced and talks out of her ass she strung me along for over two weeks . she never ever returns calls .
