Not much left but what they do have is going at great prices at 70 to 80% off. Get there before it’s gone.

Most everything is overpriced. Its not until the particular store location closes and they do increasing % rate discounts (30,40 etc) that it starts to be normal retailer price. For example Amazon sells brita bottles with filters for the 30% off BBBY price.

This store is closing and having a big sale on everything. fairly picked over, but still good bargains fixtures for sale too

Why are there only 2 price checkers in this store? I walked out and the store lost a $60 sale which I would have made if I didnt walk around the store looking for one. Dont waste my time.

Get ready to pay for parking as they no longer have free parking for customers (even for store pickup-rediculus). Other than. That, this is one of the safest places on earth during covid-19 since this store is always empty.

Found what I needed and wanted. The store was super clean The staff were busy but attentive but social distancing. Also the lady at the cashier counter Tara was super friendly and you could tell she was smiling even though she had her mask on. She helped me figure out what coupon I should use so I felt very taken care of as a client or customer.

Lots of inventory and many things on clearance. Easy to move around and find just about anything. No free parking anymore which sucks ($5 for first hour with validation), but the 20% coupons are a big help.

You have to pay for parking to shop here. I tried to get the free parking by getting on and out in 15 minutes but then a car ahead of me got stuck at the gate -and the parking attendant wouldn’t cut my a break - so I ended up paying $5 for a rushed shopping experience.

Unfortunately, this particular store is going out of business by the end of the month.

Was able to get most of Christmas Shopping done here! Also, at an extreme discount. I was able to find weighted blankets for my family for 1/2 the price that every other store was selling it for... I saved so much money, that I was able to buy a weighted blanket for myself. I’m a big fan!!!

Rude followed people around through store threw a woman out cause child would not quit crying

They have convenient parking lot but we still had to pay a few bucks, even with validated parking. That aside, this place has everything one would need for home wares. We went in for bedding and had the most helpful and fun salesperson, Martin. He was value conscious and didnt oversell, but gave good advice about what to look for in quality, what is fluff, and what is worth paying for. Id go again just to shop with him. Aces.

Why do I have to pay to shop at your store?Validate? I still have to pay all other bed bath can park for free to shop but because you in a rich neighborhood you get to charge...

I didnt find what I went in for, but left with a dark blue Flannel sheet set. Happily I had my monthly 20% off coupon. Bed Bath & Beyond is such a great store..worth it!

Great store. They have everything I need and the employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. I was disappointed the property owner of the Landmark Center, now charges $5.00 for parking with validation. Unfortunately I won’t be shopping there any longer when I can park free of charge at other stores.

After years of never having a reason to shop at a bed back and beyond I began walking here weekly with my dog to exchange my soda stream cartridge. Recently it was rudely pointed out to me by a woman that works there that pets are not allowed (anymore). With everything being so expensive and the people being rude no reason to go back as far as I’m concerned.

Staff is friendly and helpful, great selection and prices.

This store has good items on the sale rack. you can shop around for good deals. the return policy is decent, no receipt required as long as they can verify that the purchase was within 1 year, a product they do sell. they sell good spatulas, and kitchen accessories, and i like the eating utensils sold individually not by the set. i like the cool gadgets such as the pet products that make a great gift for pet lovers

They have everything and then some everyone is super nice and helpful and the clearance section is awesome! I can go in for 1 thing and leave with 20 and since the paper coupons NEVER expire you always save something!

Do NOT go here! By far the worst customer service Ive experienced. The employees dont have any knowledge of their products and are extremely rude to the customers. They treat you like dirt.I went to go get a refund on a sales item (they had charged me for the original price and not the sale price), and the cashier didnt even know what the price on that item was. Cashier 2 asked cashier 1 what the price difference was and cashier 1 said it is ONLY a dollar right in front of us like she completely ignored us. She had told me that she is not responsible for the wrong price tag (I mean... dont you work here?) and she didnt even care to apologize.Do not waste your time and money here. Just go search and buy online.

Accessability to this store has deteriorated significantly, and parking now cost $12 an hour or $5 an hour if validated which is a significant increase. And they closed the lot directly in front of the store and you have to park in An underground garage and walk to the store. No longer worth the trip.

One of the better BB&B I have visited. We found great products at a reasonable price after coupons. The store had some organizational and quality issues to work on (e.g. broken products on display).

Too Expensive; even the Sales!

Considerably cluttered and seemingly unorganized. Associates will stare at you while you look around for help (they’re not using their “retail eyes”).Also it’s almost 2020 and they still don’t take ApplePay (according to one of the cashiers anyway). Take your business elsewhere unless you specifically need something from here. Target is the more sensible option.

Parking signage was not clear - I paid $12 to park here for 30 minutes. Could have gotten it validated and paid $5, but either way it’s pretty exorbitant for such a short period of time.

Store itself was great. Clean, organized, friendly staff, etc. New parking situation is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, THOUGH. $5 minimum even with validation. Used to be free up to an hour. Caveat emptor!

Store closing?

The floor sales people were helpful. They knew exactly where the items I wanted were located.BUT the $5 parking fee is outrageous. (Not marked anywhere is fact dthe parking is free for only the first 10 minutes. WOW...)Why would anyone shop at this location, given this extra cost?Also, the check-out clerk (1) failed to process the discount coupons I had and (2) charged me full price for the coke, despite the 1/2 price marked on the front. (The clerk might have been a new employee.)I like BedBath&Beyond but I would avoid this location.

The staff was amazing and it was so crowded because of moving Day Sept 1weekeekend . My daughter went right to sleep when we came home snuggling in our bed and stole our pillows too. How sweet!

Just increased from free to now $5 for *validated* parking 0-30 mins ($12 for 30 mins without validation). A lot of people need a car to bring home heavier things... thats crazy overpriced.

Good place, if they could offer free parking that could be better

First, the place was hard to get to, missed the entrance twice as there was some construction and its right by busy interconnecting overpass. Once in, took a ticket from parking gate (store will validate for 1 hr) and the parking garage was tight with large columns which was not easy for a Ram truck. (Loved the bike rack for bicyclers)Store itself is tight (must be normal for Boston stores) but usual BBB layout. Very nice staff though, even though they all seem busy and you had to get their attention. But alas its first week of September and they did not have some of the stuff we needed. Had to go to another store. Next time I will call to see if they have it stock before I make the trip in crazy traffic.

Avoid at all costs near move-in time for Boston colleges. This place becomes a mad house. Outside of that week, this location has a great selection and you arent getting pushed out of the way for a space heater.

Huge store having a very densely packed inventory. Good selection, if a bit difficult to navigate. Ambiance (light, ventilation, navigation, crowding) can make it feel claustrophobic at times.

I think this is more a review of Bed Bath and Beyond in general but the store is very cramped. They have a huge selection of items with multiple varieties so you can find exactly what you need but rolling their carts around the store can be a little unwieldy.
