Brian and nice lady at register (Victoria) we’re VERY helpful. She went to great length to explain contract we were signing in clear and understandable language. Brian was also very accommodating on a request I made going above what you might expect. It was obvious my business was important to them.

I remember buying my instrument from The Band House when I was in school, and I was in recently to buy one for my stepson. Staff took the time with him to find the best brand for him. I think theyre pretty knowledgeable and try to work with most customers for the best fit and cost effectiveness. Thats why theyve been around for so long.

Employees greeted me as I entered and was ready to get me taken care of. They were patient with me as I was trying to multitask by picking up band shoes there in the store and schedule 3 dentist appointments over the phone. The young lady at the counter was fast, friendly, and provided tips on how to make the shoes fit better if they were uncomfortable. Great place!

My son attends piano lessons at this location. In 6 months time he went from playing Frosty the Snowman to playing songs that I never would have imagined in that short of time, and he plays them well. His piano teacher is very patient, listens, flexible, and encouraging. I also bought his keyboard from them as well and it was so worth it! Works perfect! I definitely recommend them for all their services.

These people were very nice and very helpful. Not sure of the ladys name but she was a total sweetheart. She showed my son how to string his guitar helped us pick out proper strings and a strap. She answered any questions he and I had. Thank you band house. We will come back

They have tones of great deals on instraments and lessons to help or aid you or your children at reasonable prices. They have just about anything you need for your instraments and have a variety of those apon that. I recommend this store for any new players or old players. They also have a repair shop in case your kid dropped their horn for the hundredth time.

Out of the way business, but when I went in for my sons purchase for what he needed for school the manager asked what school, he knew the teacher and what she wanted the students to have. Some instruments are expensive but they will work with you on it.

They have a rental program for school instruments. Prices are reasonable when you price check the brands they carry.
