The Customer Service with Public Storage is laughable I booked a unit online (DO NOT EVER DO THIS) 10x15 unit outside with drive up access (their online description) we drove all day only to get to the unit the following day we were supposed to get a text when the unit was ready that never happened so I called and was told the unit was ready and the gate was broken so I could drive on in!!!!! Not secure at all and not in the best of areas!!!!!!! We drove to the unit only to find out the doorway to the unit was a small passage door for a 10x15 unit I still dont understand that? I went up front and spoke with the manager (she was very nice) explained they didnt have any other units that would work. She immediately closed the reservations my account was billed the next day I gave it 5 business days thinking the money would be credited but it was not!!!!! I then called the customer service only to be told they could not credit the money despite never even opening the door to the unit the representative said I had to contact John Ramsey the district manager as he was the only person that could issue a refund??? MAKES NO SENSE!!!!! I was given a number by Public Storage which was wrong??? (dont even know their managers phone number?) I had to go back to the local facility and spoke with the same property manager again was very helpful only to be told she couldnt issue any credit only John Ramsey District Manager had the authority to do so she gave me a good phone number to Mr. Ramsey only to get his voicemail I have left several messages for Mr. Ramsey and have yet to get a response. Moral of this story DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Helina is the best property manager of all the public storages located in Bossier. Shes the friendliest and has the BEST attitude out of BOTH Bossier locations!! If you need storage needs only go to the Public Storage on Gould Dr so you can be treated with respect and kindness.

Employees were very nice and helpful..Watch out for them selling insurance they word it ‘out company requires you to carry this insurance as they hand you the info on the insurance they sell and profit from. They can’t require you to buy the insurance they sell, they can require you to have your content insured and provide proof.Further: light in the 2 units we rented didn’t work, no apparent security cameras on the individual driveways inside faculty. exterior of units in poor repair and upkeep, personal feelings after dark didn’t feel safe being in faculty alone.

I went in to rent a space and Jessie and Alexis were very knowledgeable of what i needed and very friendly and professional. I stopped in to pay on a friends storage unit that is located in Dallas, Texas and Alexis was very very busy during an auction of some sort and the office was very congested and parking lot was full. But the reason why I want to give her a review is because she was so friendly and had such a positive attitude during what looked like a hectic time. WOW!! her patience was outstanding. If I ever need a storage I will definitely store my items at her property because she was fabulous!!!! And she was gorgeous(just wanted to add that) Thank you so much Alexis for helping me quickly when you had a million things you were already trying to complete.

A very convenient location with pleasant and helpful staff. The fact I most appreciated was that my unit was not affected by the heavy flooding which Bossier City experienced in early 2016. I recently relocated to Bossier City and about 75% of my items were in a large storage unit at 1015 Gould Dr. Bossier City. After the storm passed, I checked out my unit and observed that everything was intact. Drains were kept clear of debris so the rain waters did not affect my items. Thank you Myra and Bob for making this Public Storage safe and effective.
