This was the 2nd place that I had brought my Dyson animal vacuum cleaner to; it needed to be repaired. I was so happy with the results everything was very professional it was done quickly and it was not very expensive to have it done either! They also have a great selection of cleaning supplies and I highly recommend them.

The only reason I gave this place one star is because there isnt an option for anything less. These people are racist!! Plain and simple. Several people have called to confirm the price for a simple diagnosis on machines and the price is $25. I was charged $75 and still no diagnosis was given. They continued to give me the run around and not tell me what was wrong with my machine or how much it would cost. After someone else called we were given a price of $275-$300 for labor if we provided the parts that were needed. I called back to confirm this and was told No, Im not touching your machine. I have been treated with nothing but disrespect by everyone in this place qll because of the color of my skin. I do not believe it is fair and I would never reccomend this place to anyone ever!!!
