Newest update- still no propane. Most likely because snow and ice storm. No heat for us due to Ferrellgas not showing up on the dates they said they would. Will update when I actually get propaneUpdate - Husband went to office and was told the driver put “ out of time “ . Then, I think it was office manager said the truck was “broke down”. He promised to move us up on the list and deliver us in the morning. Well ... still nothing. Again no propane to run our heat. I will update as my situation goes.New customer, so far not starting out good. Had a hard date for 2/11/2021. No one showed up. Called 3 times today and last two calls it was a 1 hour ish hold time for them to tell me basically nothing. 3rd time I called I hung up after 40 minutes because my husband said he was heading to office. Tank on empty and weather is getting extremely cold. Propane for my heat would be great ... we shall see how this goes.

The company was great for 11 years. Unfortunately I had to call for a delivery the last 3 months. I asked for a manager to call me back with my concern and they have not called me back.

Worst Company and Customer Service Ever. Stayed home for 2 weeks because they were coming. Told they were in route, when no show would call next day and told they had cancelled and could not make it. They couldnt explain why no one called and informed us. Today once again called office and told they were in route. Surprise, no one showed up. I have as of today cancelled my order. I strongly advise against using this company. They are horrible at running their company and even worse when it comes to customer service. Only thing good is that a body sometimes answers the phone.
