I would actually give three & a half stars if I could. We need HALF STARS PLEASE GOOGLE.We stopped in here our last trip to Bossier City for some pumpkins & hopes that there would be some fall photo ops. And we were really hoping for some activities of some kind, for kids. At the Longview location they have quite a few really cute photo ops during the fall and pre Covid they also had some activities for kids. We were pleasantly surprised with the HUGE & wide selection pumpkins though! I could have definitely done without the female employee that constantly followed us around & everytime we told our son to not pick up a pumpkin or whatever, she felt the need to chime in! It was honestly insane & unlike anything Ive ever experienced before. She is the reason I am only giving three stars. If things are different our next visit, Ill absolutely edit my review. Also, if youre looking for Christmas decorations, look no further!

Found some lavender while visiting my sister and saw other plants that I have not seen in our area.I hope to make another trip soon. They are getting ready for autumn and winter. October decorations going up and Christmas decorations going up as well.

I went to this store looking for a fruit tree, and I didnt see a good selection. I wanted a lemon tree, scan for others. The store had an endless number of beautiful outdoor furniture and pillows, home fragrances and candles. There were many wreaths, and items to make the ambiance of the store a pleasant shopping experience.

Has a wonderful selection of home and garden needs. Top of the line plant nursery along with unique home decor! They also have a huge floral department for your arrangements as well as a floral designer on staff. Love Ellis Pottery!

This is one of the best places to get authentic New Orleans recipes for a decent price. Also has steaks, sandwiches and a kiddie menu. Excellent quality food, great service and signature drinks. The bar has one of the biggest TV screens Ive ever seen. Eating here is kinda like coming home.

Poor customer service. No one can ever answer my questions. It was one time I came in there and there were two nice ladies who treated us as human beings. If youre not a BECKY or BIFF you wont hardly get good customer service. Was just brushed off given half answers by the old guy with the long gray beard. Were not gonna beg anyone to take our money. Good selection, prices, quality and recently bought a real 7ft Frazier Fir Christmas tree which is perfect and beautiful for $68.00.(this is my post for 2018 which I apparently did not post)Today (12/11/19) just bought Christmas tree, quite disappointed in my tree this year. The tree is not as full and cost $80.00 which was the least expensive ones. I dont think they come from China with all those tariffs!!!

Looks great! Halloween, fall and Christmas stuff everywhere. Instead of checking Mom and I out, the second cashier did busy work around the register so that was disappointing.

Surprised at all the different things they have now. Just went in to kill sometime before another place opened. I bought some incense and loved it, going back to get more. Bought some other smell good stuff for presents

Was killing time on a Saturday and I havent been to Ellis Pottery since they moved the Bossier always had to drive to Texas and this place was set up so nice neat clean and they had all kinds of little snacks Cupcakes Cookies Etc on Saturday or Sunday and the staff that was on the floor were busy decorating trees they had a huge fall sale going on and everyone at the store that work there was so polite it was so crowded that you can hardly move with the buggy but I will return because they have some awesome things and are priced reasonably. The cashier was so friendly and helpful thank you Miss Suzie

I have been shopping here for years. Went today to get flowers for my pots outside and the ones I picked had no prices on them. Got to the register and they could not scan to sellInstead of calling someone to look price up they just said sorryI left store disappointed and went elsewhere to buy plants. Well stocked, clean store but not enough sales help. That day I was there helping my 88 year old neighbor pick out her outdoor cushions for her outdoor furniture. She had already searched the Internet for what she wanted and the best price and Ellis was the ONLY place she could find what she wanted. We will DEFINITELY be back! Thanks :D

Very healthy plants and big variety, could have used more assistance. The price was within reason. Could have used help to find what I was looking for rather than walking all over the large area. Would visit again for special items.

People always friendly and helpful when cant find something (every day or seasonal). Love their rewards program and you can reserve the discount buildup until ready to use it...i.e. using it on todays purchase or hold onto it so it can build. Like if you prefer saving for later potential harder times.

So much to help with home and garden decor! Nice assortment of live plants as well. The floral department has very creative people to make custom wreaths, centerpieces and arrangements.

I used to love this place. They have a wide selection of home decor and gardening accessories. Today however really disappointed me. everything in their patriotic department was marked 50% off. It wasnt until I checked out that I realized they had marked up the original price to mark down 50% off so really I was only getting about 20% off. Also there was only one person working the register with four people in line. Usually I get right in and out but today that was not the case. This makes me sad because I always try to support local business and this used to be one of my favorite places to shop, but if they are going to continue marking up prices and then saying their items are on sale, I wont be shopping here as frequently.

There is a tremendous sale happening at ELLIS in Bossier City on the corner there at Airline and Barksdale, right there at the railroad tracks. Up to 70% off Seasonal items under the tent outside and boy do they have some GREAT STUFF out there!!! Anything from Halloween to Christmas. Some very CUTE, QUIRKY, NICE, CLASSY, TASTEFUL, LONELY, FUNNY, SCARY DECOR. WE are talking very inexpensive. You must go see. I made a promise to myself to return Monday without my husband. Also inside Ellis there is such a wonderful smell. I forgot just how good it smells inside the old Ellis Pottery. There are some lovely blouses that are locally made ( not cheaply made either). These blouses are done in such wonderful colors too. I also found a few t-shirt Jerseys. Now REAL Jerseys are very hard to find. There are other womens tops and pjs also available inside Ellis so if you get the time and you are over that way, I think you could knock out a lot of Christmas gifts if you like I might..for myself...here...Kekeke.

If you need a homemade ribbon vow for the holidays (I know pretty specific) or a real tree... This is the place for both. Highly recommend the bows by the way. Very inexpensive and very nice quality.

Always a great variety of plants, including fruit trees.

Not a fan of the flowers selection. Must flowers looked like they were way too old, over grown for the plastic containers, and in desperate need if water. What filters I did buy didnt make it through replant. The prices on the decorations were expensive and most of those could be found at other places. There furniture was cheap and what they wanted for it was rediculous. You can find better quality flowers at Lowes or home Depot and decor at hobby lobby.
