This isnt just a natural grocery store its also a full restaurant with a wide selection of delicious healthy food and a full smoothie bar. There are so many bad food choices out there its awesome to have a truly healthy restaurant in town. Friendly staff, fresh organic healthy food and an amazing selection of various dishes including sandwiches, salad bar, entrees, daily specials and other options. You will not go hungry here. This is absolutely a business that the local community should support and embrace.

If you need something specific for certain dietary needs, this is THE place. They have a very niche selection, which is why I cant really give them a better rating. Prices are what youd expect for specialty stuff. A bit higher than name brand, but good customer service.

Fantastic, locally owned health food store. You can make one stop, and get all of your supplement and grocery needs without paying high prices. The cafe in the back is fantastic too! The salad bar is great, along with the smoothie bar in the cafe corner. Shelia and Randy have a great store, please give your support to local gems such as this.

This place stinks....I mean it really smells now, and they seem to want you to go home smelling like their migraine inducting smelly store...I have stopped shopping there.

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff! Also polite & friendly. I had no idea what I needed when I walked in, but after explaining the issues Ive been dealing with, I walked out knowing. Dawn was extremely helpful & I will definitely be going back soon!

It seems to be a good local joint... but stopping by on my way through town I preferred whole foods. Its a little scattered... all I wanted was some raw kale chips or the like and it wasnt easy to find... then when I went to get in line there was a huge line and slow chatter. Its probably good if you want a neighborhood cheers like health food store but if you are zipping through town not so much.

Good selection of health items, but at a premium price. The staff is hit-or-miss on their knowledge. Location and hours are pretty convenient.

They have the only cake Ive found that my kid likes and can eat. Egg free, wheat free, milk free, nut free. And yet he loves it. Hes three, so that says a lot.

Passing thru town and found this great cafe inside of the health food store. Our lunch was delicious and the people who worked there were extremely friendly. We definately will be back. They have free iced tea as well, which was amazing!!

I like this store a lot because of the good food. I cant give 5 stars, because they put up the chairs in the restaurant section when the restaurant is still open, hours before closing. They just leave a few tables open for guests and I have to eat my meal looking at the chair legs sticking in the air. This is an eyesore and gives me a feeling as if I should hurry up and leave.

Traveling from Texas we stopped to have a healthy snack at Sunshine Health Food Store in Bossier City La, everything was great plus the staff was friendly.

I can always get exactly what I need. Whether its gluten free flour or raw shea butter for my homemade body creams.

An excellent variety of fresh foods and nutritionals in shreveport ... and a small cafe too ... in business long time with good service

Worst customer service ever!!! The cashier was loudly telling another employee how she hates it when customers ask her where something is and if she doesnt know they stare at her.. it is fine if you feel that way but you should never talk about it with customers around. So when it was time for me to checkout I said hey.. how are you? trying to be nice but she didnt reply so I just waited to see if she was going to say anything at all but the only thing she said to me during the whole transaction was the price. Not hello.. not thank you.. not have a good day. So with that being said avoid the think white girl with dark brown or black hair on my receipt her name was Aliya but who knows.

This place is so unique for Shreveport, anyone that gives it a bad rating is probably insane!

Yummmm!! You must try their Resturant. The tuna melt and the black bean enchiladas are my favorite. I am a regular for sure. 5 stars!

I searched everywhere for aloe vera juice.... no one had it. I walked in two minutes before closing and the staff was amazingly nice..
