The online site is not up to date with what is available in the store. The manager was helpful looking for items I was searching for. She even checked the inventory of the other stores in the area.

I found everything I needed. Competitive prices and exchange options on some products. Reliable hand tools.

Thought they had a good discount coupon. Cashier said they had not had them in over a year. I had seen one online the night before. I didnt argue. When I got home I found it and many more online. I had bought a big item so it would have been nice.

The they didnt have a few items in stock that are common like 8 grinder, but the manager was very helpful and the cashier was very nice and knowledgeable

I use to love Harbor Freight but I guess they are going a different direction. The store was out of a lot of inventory. Shelves were not stocked. And it looks like they might be doing away with Pittsburgh. Very few Pittsburgh, but Icon everywhere.

This has been my favorite Harbor Freight store by far. It is well lit, clean, and nicely stocked. Ms Carol (cashier) took great care of us at the checkout, and there were plenty employees available to ask for help finding an item (socket organizer). Its a bit of a drive to go to this location, but I think well be making it from here on our for our tool needs. Thanks for great customer service!

We have 15tire shops we buy all our Jacks from here but lately Rick the store manager have been given me problems on my warranty the store is good its mr Rick that has problems now Im going to call cooperate on him

Get what u pay for, my water pump worked just passed the warranty then stopped pumping. Hv had some luck with their other products.

Plenty of tools, and at great prices. Durability not so much, but still that makes Harbor Freight so good. If I need a tool for a few uses, and not spend a fortune on it and have it in my shop gathering dust... Harbor Freight is my go to.

This is the cleanest most organized harbor freight store I’ve been in. It’s in a convenient location easy in easy out.But most of all is the staff they are always ready to help and very friendly.I went in to by a generator after a bad storm came through and destroyed many trees poles and power lines.My cashier Toni was very helpful and makes sure that you always get all the discounts and coupons that’s available for the items that your purchasing. They must really be sure and staff its hard to find someone to help you they seem busy a lot. However the website and the stores do not work together. Weve had a lot of trouble with the websites and double charging however the store is just fine.

Your typical Harbor freight experience however it is the newest one in the area and the vibe of the building definitely echoes that sentiment. that being said it is just a Harbor freight and nothing wowed me.

Cheap tools, easy return process. Good thing because its always luck of the draw with their tools. They dont cost much but sometimes you cant finish the job before it burns up or breaks. Not always the case but if you need a specialty tool for 1 project and consider it disposable, you wont be disappointed.

On 7/21/2020 at 3:30, I stopped to shop at Harbor Freight located at 2001 Airline Dr, Bossier City, LA. Sign on the door said that employees would be wearing and customers must wear masks due to Covid19. All visible customers were wearing masks, however, the male check out person was wearing his around his neck, not covering his face at all. How can they expect customers to comply when the employees dont?I wont be back for awhile.

I love this store! I have been going to Harbor Freight for majority of my tool needs for years and Im so glad there is finally one near my area. You will find so many tools here at extremely low prices. Granted, the tools you find here are not the name brands that many are used to seeing, they get the job done. Im no professional, but I like to do all the handy work around my home. If you have ever considered how much drywall repair, security camera installation, or even a simple oil change can cost from a professional, you may find yourself looking at how-tos on youtube to do the job yourself and save $$$HUNDREDS$$$. Ive heard from some people that the tools are not reliable sometimes when used extensively. I repeat that Im not a professional, and I dont use my tools like a professional. Honestly, how often do you use a screwdriver anyway? But even for those tools that I do use often, I have peace of mind that hand tools have a lifetime warranty (seriously, bring in your broken tools and theyll replace it), and all other tools have a 90 day warranty. And the tools are so ridiculously cheap, I now own 3 hammers simply because I tend to misplace them and decided its easier to buy another than to go crazy looking for them. Did I mention Im not a professional?Anyway, most people that I know loves this place too and swears by it. I will be a customer here for a long time!!!

Its the place to go when you need a tool on a budget. Some of them may last you years, some of them may last you a month, but if its something you dont use often or arent sure if you have much use for it. This is the place to go. The people are friendly and helpful, and youre almost guaranteed to leave with more then you planned on.

This place is the bomb. There are so many different things in this store & its so well organized & the great prices. I recommend to everyone ~ go check this store out & I bet youll enjoy. And theyre always giving something for free with every purchase.

Went in to buy a lift. Ive been trying for a solid month to buy a lawn-mower lift they advertise on their brochures as on sale. One is displayed in the store, but they wont sell the floor model. Every week but last week they said to Check back Tuesday; maybe itll be on our next shipment. Last week a lady said shed make sure one was on their order.I went in to buy it and was told its not there and they cannot order. Bottom line: they do NOT stock what they advertise and make NO effort to help you buy their products. Bait and switch useless tool joint.

Harbor Freight is one of my favorite tool stores. I go there before anyplace else. Mike at the Shreveport store and See at the Bossier City store, they are great people.

One of the cleanest and best organized Harbor Freight stores Ive been in. Harbor Freight is always good for decent deals on tools, sometimes theyre not so great, sometimes theyll last long enough to pass them down to your grandkids.

Poorly stocked! I wasted my time in two ocations driving to the store to find out that the pocket hole jig and the brad nailer were not in stock.

I go to harbor freight a lot and I talk to people who shop there and they say yeah they got cheap tools but theyre only good for one use. I have pumps and tools that I bought there 10 years ago and youre still going strong.

Harbor Freight is a good store for saving money, you wont find Craftsman or other name brand products but they do have some quality items. I had been looking for some Dotco sanding arbor and sanding disks and they had what I needed. We were approached by an employee and asked if we needed any help. I will be back.
