Clean store, good produce and fruit, everything is sticked well, customer service is good

I like this store for produce.But NOT for curbside pickup. Ive been waiting a ridiculously long time and unable to reach anyone in store for help.I received a notice 10 minutes ago that my groceries were picked up but not by me!Im going to have to drag my toddler in for help.

Very busy place, but, they have a wide selection of everything. Some workers are more helpful than others. The Service Desk needs alot of improvement.

The Kroger we go to is huge. 2 cashiers when you check out. Everything else do yourself checkout. I dont work for Kroger open more registers. Enough! I am a body shop estimator I will give you pencil and paper to do your own estimate. Make sense now. Just stop with the free labor.

Shouldnt even give this place one star! I ordered my things for pick up between 6-7 pm. I arrived at 6:13 and waited almost 45 minutes!! I finally got irrated with not being able to reach a soul inside the store by telephone so I went in only to find out my order wouldnt be ready until the following day even though it told me my order was ready for pick up. The phone was ringing constantly while the worker in the customer service desk literally stood there on her phone. I seen her with my own eyes. This place has gone downhill BAD!! I understand there is a shortage of workers but why have grocery pick up an option if you have NO ONE to work it?!?! Or at least call the customer and tell them it will be the following morning or something, dont make people waste 45 minutes of their time! So this morning I called to make sure my order was cancelled and the young lady had the nerve to get an attitude with me when I told her to cancel the whole order. I will NEVER shop here again!

A large Kroger. A bit pricier than some, but a nice, clean place with good selection

Ordered groceries before 1pm for 5 to 6pm pick up. Waited for 45 minutes on the pick up location only to find out that the groceries are still not ready. Apparently, when it says its ready for pick up it really isnt. Its just an automated response! Never again. Waste of time!!!

The store looks fabulous and has everything I need. However, the customer service is a ZERO! The checkers do not attempt to bag my groceries even after they completed ringing me up. This has happened on 3 separate occasions. Last time, there were 4 employees on their phones & visiting next to me as I bagged my own groceries. I will NOT return to Kroger. Brookshires does a MUCH better job at customer service!!

Dont waste your time with the pick up. Every single time I place an order, I get home without several items on the list. Some items are substituted, others they just leave off. This review is being left after several attempts of placing orders over several months. I will never use their service again.

As others have said, this is a big nice store without the needed personnel to keep it running smoothly. Locked entrances and SUPER long lines (due to lack of cashiers) characterize this location.

For the love of God teach you pickers for store pickup what cross contamination is

The Walmart model dont work. Please open more checkouts. I pay enough for your products, shouldnt have to work here also. Smh.

Had alot of the coupons that were fixing expire good some pretty good deals

Usually my favorite store for groceries. Today I saw no less than 4 clerks wearing masks over just their mouths and pulling them down with their hands to talk and then touching customers food. The man in produce didnt even bother with a mask.... They do not care about the safety of their customers. I will not go in the evenings if I can help it any more.

Never thought Id ever have anything bad to say about a Krogers.Selected a pick-up time later in the evening at 7pm after ordering at noon. Got a call not even 30 minutes later that stated that they wouldnt be able to get the order ready until that time tomorrow.I go the following day and follow the instructions given to alert the store that I have arrived. Ended up having to call the store four times within one hour of waiting.When my groceries finally ended up being brought to my vehicle, the man delivering it thought it would be fine for him to stop and have a conversation with a friend for a couple of minutes. You know, after I had been sitting there for an hour.I come to find that of what I had ordered, only about a third of it was actually delivered to me.Today, after placing another online order thinking that maybe I just had a one-off experience, I get another phone call stating that the order wouldnt be ready for another 24 hours after the scheduled pickup.I cancelled it outright.

There is a great selection, great deals, and the store is clean. However, some of the staff needs serious retraining. I got to the store at 8:40 AM. I only needed a few items and I would be off to work. I wanted a salad, and the lady rudely stated that the salad bar would open at 9. Im standing here writing this review at 9:25, and there are no serving utensils or lids out. This is unacceptable. I cant fix a salad without those items!

I really try to be understanding of waiting a few minutes longer, but tonight I waited a whole hour. Someone even pulled up next to me and waited 5 minutes and had their stuff. This kroger is not equipped to handle pick up orders and this will be the very last time I shop at Kroger in general.An HOUR wait is downright ridiculous.

I’m not sure how this place earned a 4.4 rating. I’ve seen markets in Baghdad that were nicer than this store. Carts strewn all about, empty shelves, trash on the floors. The self checkout looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, I think mine had some kind of cheese crust layer on it. Store manager needs to get on his employees.

I love this location so much products to choose from you can get anything plus the workers are so much nicer the then Shreveport location.

I cant get a pickup order. I schedule it and then next hour they call me telling me I have to get it the next day. I just stopped shopping there. Never had this happen anywhere else Ive shopped so consistently..

This store really closes at 12. We came at 12:14 just to have a guy smoking a cigarette say We are closed, We always been closed at 12 for the last few months This store needs to update the time they close.

Super nice looking grocery store. This one now sells clothes and other items like a Wal-Mart.

I tried for 2 hours to get someone to answer the phone in any departments. No success.

Don’t go here if you have mobility issues. The scooters never work (if you can get one). I can’t tell you how many times I had to abandon a cart because it ran out of power. The indicator says fully charged, but you get to about 5 minutes into the shopping and it starts shutting down. Other than that, it’s a fine store.

The store is great! My family loves to shop here. My only problem has been the pickup. I agree with the other reviews about pickup, but I believe it could be improved. When an email or text is sent telling me not to forget my scheduled pickup “TIME”, this makes me think my groceries are ready for pickup. Only when I arrive, at the scheduled time, I find out the groceries are not. A text or email should be sent when groceries are “READY” for pickup, not the time of pickup. I need to know you have the groceries ready. Your system for pick up is confusing and frustrating. I think that this change could help customer relations considerably.

Great choices of products. All departments are clean and organized. Employees are helpful and friendly.

There is no Instacart delivery from this store to zip 71111. On Dec 17th I called and talked to- 2 Kroger national reps, Instacart, this stores customer service (who also hung up on me), and the stores click service. They all said there is no delivery from this store- in thier entire 71111 zip code area. Pickup appears to have problems also.The mailed promotions of 1 year of free deliveries (I believe each order over $35 and an annual fee of $79) is not in force here. Searching elsewhere for delivery and pickup services.

I have loved shopping here in the past... but even with the mask mandate, many customers walking around without masks. Employees are not wearing masks correctly... going to start driving further to see how other grocery stores are doing!Tried clicklist once... but they told me a lot of items were not available. Went inside the next day and found everything on my list that they said they didn’t have!

Kroger always had great brands. The Click List makes it easy to order your groceries and then just part to pick them up. Youll even have someone bring them to your vehicle. They only thing easier would be home delivery for busy families like ours and I actually think Kroger just started that too.Definitely give Kroger a visit

Really well stocked & always super clean! You can find a lot of specialty items at this Kroger! I havent used the Clicklist pickup before, but in store it is usually not very crowded.

Even after Kroger passed a mandatory mask policy, I saw around 8 customers inside with no mask on. I didnt see any of the worker ask them to put on masks or prevent them from coming in. Other than last that its probably the best Kroger in the Shreveport/Bossier area.

Kroger on Airline Dr. has always been very clean. Including the restrooms ladies. Customer Service Desk was quick and very polite. They have just about anything you need. From groceries, pharmacy, deli, meat market and clothing. Ive always been able to ask for help and they will walk you directly to the items you are looking for.

After placing in order to be picked up between 6and7pm at noon today received notication was it ready We Parked and notified them we were in spot 6 on arrival no one came out after an hourAnd after calling were told they were behind and not at all concerned that we had been waitingI would not advise anyone to use this so called pick up service

Their click list and wait times are sadly over stated. We waited over 25 minutes to pick up an order. I would recommend they step up their order pick up times. Otherwise the shopping experiences when doing it myself are fine no issues and clean store.

Kroger is a grocery store that provides the basic food groups to upscale specialty foods. This store sells more than groceries. There produce includes fresh vegetables and fruits. Their meat department has shelved meats that are refrigerated and meats that are cut by butcher. They sell specialty cheeses and sell artisan breads. This store also sells cooking utensils, dining ware, and coffee makers. They put out the holiday decorations. You can get alcohol there also. Clothes are sold there, but. I have bought them.

The man in the wine section needs a raise and some recognition! He was truly a kind and helpful person. People like him are why we return to places.

Will never order online again!!!! Yall better off anywhere else! They false advertise saying the item is in stock and half my order gets cancelled every time!! They never release the hold even though the order is completely canceled because they didnt have any of your products also the shoppers are way way rude and out of line lady text me she doesnt control items in store blah blah

The weekend before Thanksgiving and they have 1 cashier open at 9:00am! I call while waiting 15 minutes in line and ask to speak to a manager, ask them to open more lanes and she laughs and says “are you here now?” No, I’m sitting at home! Unbelievable. I would always drive the 20 minutes and pass up Brookshires to come here! No more. The last few months this store has gone downhill quickly! Didn’t see 1 manager offering to help check people our either.

Ordered groceries Sunday @ 3pm for pickup Monday at 5pm. Been here almost an hour. 2 phone calls put on hold for over 5 mins. Told groceries would be here in a second. Been 25 mins

The deli hours are posted as being open from 11am to 8pm. Myself and a co-worker have been by there 3 times in the past month around 11:20 to 11:30 with no food available. I went in there again last night (after I had to get lunch elsewhere that morning) and the food was already pulled from the deli at 7:25pm. There also hasnt been hot soup available several times during the times it is posted to be there. Twice last week there were no carts available in the store, and last night I had to park half way down the aisle from the front of the store because I counted at least 9 open spots closer that had several carts in each one blocking vehicles from parking...in the rain. The management has been much worse the past 6 months...very poor. Its pretty bad when the Airline Drive Wal-Mart is a better experience.

I am a Kroger fan and I go out of my way to come to this one as there is no Kroger near where I live. This place is huge and is kept clean and maintained well. I like to enjoy the ready to eat sushi in the small dining area near the front of the store. The prices and selection are superior, and I like earning points for fuel discounts, too!

Wish the Walmart clientele would start going back next door before they bring this place down too.

I went for chocolate covered coffee beans, ended up buying a few other things, everything looked good, everyone tried to be helpful but they either quit selling chocolate covered coffee beans, or ran out. I didnt get clarity from replies. New York strip steaks were enjoyed though. I will get clarity on my beans or find another source for them. I always enjoy going to Kroger.

Do NOT use the click list service. Recently I did and I reserved a time slot to pick up my groceries from 7-8 pm. I showed up at 745and waited for 20 minutes before entering the store and speaking with a manager who told me I could wait as my groceries were only being selected at 8pm or I could come back the next day. The next day when I returned at 11 AM I was told that some of my items were missing including the deli meat I had ordered. The deli had been open since 8AM. This to me was unacceptable. I waited an additional 30 minutes to receive the deli meat. I am home now with my groceries. My apples are bruised, cherry tomatoes are wrinkled, and my eggs were not included in my order.This is unacceptable and a very big inconvenience in my opinion. If you are going to offer a service, then offer it well. Have the orders ready on time and check that the orders are complete so that customers are not waiting over an hour only to be disappointed when they return home.

Great place to shop. The organic prices are affordable. Would ask the produce department to keep more organic than conventional. If done a survey, you will find out that more and more people want or want to buy organic products.Overall great experience and sincerely better than Whole Foods in Shreveport.

Always find the best deals here and they don’t have limits on what you can buy. The produce is good for the most part as long as you use it in a timely manner. They usually always have stock of what’s on sale as well. There have been times when they ran out of something when it was on sale, but was usually able to get it a few days after the sale. As much traffic that they have going through there, they keep the store extremely clean and organized. I go out of my way to go to this Kroger.

Awesome Kroger! Beautiful store with sushi bar! The only drawback is you can have a bad customer service experience depending on the employee. Most of the employees are very nice and helpful which is a good thing. Just make note that not all employees are created equal.

Today was my first time shopping at this location and i love the layout of the store,its huge and it was very clean in every department i went to. I did self checkout with no problem,i recommend this location for shoppers if you want variety of options.

I really am impressed by this Kroger. I have never been to a nicer well maintained chain grocer. The selection of cheese is phenomenal and their fresh market is wonderful. Definitely my new market I will always go to.Edit-I am removing 1 star from my review due to the lack of stocking recently. Not having shallots in your grocer section is silly. Its a pretty common ingredient in dishes and I believe if you have dragon fruit and papaya, at the very least you should have shallots.

Nice and clean with a large selection of items. Best selection of items in Bossier City. If you cant find it, you dont need it!!! Great prices on clothing, hair products and many others things besides food and dry goods

Great variety of fresh foods, very clean, & has a Starbucks inside!

Very clean and tidy place with way more than just groceries! There is a Starbucks Bar, a sushi bar, nice tables and comfy chairs inside with tv and a fireplace. Also seating outside. They also sell clothing and a lot of other things not typical of a grocery store. This place is HUGE and because its a union shop the employees are happier and do better work than you find at other big box chains. Highly recommended!

This new location is the closest to my house and right down the street from other good businesses, if i need something else. Very very nice store, rivaling Targets quality but at a better price. Just please tell your self checkout registers to calm down

Okay this store has the volume to keep the front end staffed. Dont like self checkout. The line in customer service and cashiers check out is getting to be a big waving flag for me to keep going to another store. This is a shame because I adore shopping here. But I will kiss it good bye.

My family shops here every week. It is our preferred grocery and general household store by a large margin. The deli, hot lunch counter, salad bar, sushi area, Starbucks, and bakery are great for a snack or pre-shopping meal. The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly. We find excellent deals and even enjoy checking out the clearance sections. The pharmacy is great as well.

Store was well stocked, easy to navigate aisles, bright and most employees were courteous except my checker. She seemed a bit rude in my opinion. Its a nice grocery store.

Kroger clicklist at this location is horrible! Need better time management skills and customer relation skills. I wont be using them again.

The store is huge and very clean. They offer a big variety of items. Even some awesome foods from other countrys.And a Starbucks inside 😛

I have a 2 year old and am pregnant so going in the store isn’t convenient for me. I’ve used click list every week for the past 6 weeks. I waited over an hour one day and had to come back later to pick up because it still wasn’t ready. 4 out of the 6 times I’ve come I was missing something or was given the wrong items. This last time I waited 40 minutes. Really wish they would improve because it’s so much easier. I just can’t justify waiting that long and then having to make extra trips for things I didn’t receive or got the wrong thing.

I 💘 the new Kroger store. They always have great sales as well they employ some great peoples. My friend works there and shes always smiling enjoying the opportunity to offer assistance to any customer. They sales the best steaks. Keep on improving its a classic experience to shop there

Got there early for the 3 day weekend sale w/combating way thru crowds, long register lines, moody mundanes from the heat, and selling out of things w/this ole back and all! EVEN the SM or MOD was awesomeness for 6am in every time our paths crossed he helped me locate things I knew Id seen before but forgotten their locations!Awesome cashier experience, as always with one of my favorite few! Been coming here since they opened and havent looked back!!

I would have given Kroger a good rating based on the fact that I could find everything easily. Checkout also went smoothly. The problem was when we got home half of everything we bought was expired. Our fruit had hidden mold on the bottom. This is partially our faults for not checking the expiration dates, but should you really have to check every item you purchase at a grocery store?

The selection is good and the prices are fair, but the clicklist is iffy at best. Theres about a 50/50 chance your groceries will be ready when they say. Lots of times youll be left waiting for 40+ minutes.

Almost every sale item was sold out. 3rd day of sale and 7pm on a Friday night and more shelves were bare than full. Disappointing, no substitutes, customer service line for rain check was over 20min. Wait. Not one employee on the floor offered assistance. Lucky there were tall customers willing to reach to the back of the top shelf for items . Thank you tall customers.

Very good for shopping for everthing

I like having the opportunity to purchase bulk items. But l am concerned about cleanliness. For example the items that are on the floor, little hands have access to and they may not know to use the scoop, and people standing over them may drop their hait into the container. So l will not buy from those that you could stand . I prefer the ones that have a lever to pull down. I feel they will have less contamination.

All time favorite grocer. Delicious baked goodies, fresh salad bar w/wide variety if veggies, Starbucks for my fix, got a super cute Halloween shirt - YES, there are casual clothes, comfy shoes, and beautiful dishware. Hey, dont even get me started in the super friendly staff. They carry organic foods for people like me, and cakes are on par with all local bakeries. Give it a try; IH, .10 off on gas too.

Awesome place to shop for groceries. The folks working there are high caliber employees and are very helpful. Lines are rarely a problem, as they move quickly. Produce always fresh!

I picked up my prescriptions and while waiting got coffee from Starbucks. I walked past the sushi and tasted a sample, it was great and I bought that. Found excellent deals in the meat department, picked up my prescriptions and went home. Every department is great!

Fabulous. The prices are competitive with Walmart. The fresh seafood, meats, and creations are far superior to that of any marketplace/grocery store Ive yet to see in the Bossier area. Rather large marketplace with any food/drink item imaginable plus tons of great priced clothing and other items. This place is becoming a high class, price competitive alternative to Walmart. Excellent choice for all of your grocery needs. Ive had multiple positive dealings with ordering online with pickup. Definitely recommend.

Love shopping at Kroger...but..Shame on you for selling cold cokes in a bottle and your cashiers too busy worrying about their 10 min break to help me find a bottle opener...The two of them didnt know what a bottle opener was! Customer behind me offered to try...with a cigarette lighter...(you know, back in our party days...)Please inform the cashiers to offer to open a coke,(let me clarify-in a GLASS bottle), for us when we buy. Or dont sell cold ones...Very disappointed....

Overall the bistro is nice. Theres a wide variety of dishes to choose from and most of it isnt terrible. I recommend staying away from the sushi bar. Last time I came by, the sushi smelled fishy so I went for the tortilla soup (which was really good). This time I chanced the sushi and the taste was (for lack of better terms) off. It didnt taste very good and the aftertaste was worse. $10 wasted on bad sushi.

Its a pretty bad layout. I like scavenger hunts but this was ridiculous. I feel like things are just put on shelves rather haphazardly. Whist looking for a hand full of items I doubled and trippled back through may of the isle. Canned goods should be next to each other! I said to myself many times only to be let down time and time again. If youre looking for any random pastas however youre in luck!!! There are at least three separate isles where you can find it. Same goes for olive oil too. A little bit more method to the madness would of been greatly appreciated since I wasnt expecting to spend my entire afternoon looking for groceries. If you like aimlessly wondering then this is the Kroger for you.

Kroger on Airline Street in Bossier City, is a joy to shop in. Its always clean. You can always find help if you need it. The aisles are marked clearly.

The shopping experience is awesome. They have a good wine selection! Great to have a world-class super market in Bossier City.

The place is brand new and very well stocked. However, in good Kroger fashion, nothing is ever located in places where you would expect things to be. Example: pots and pans next to coffee pods like Keurig, car cleaning stuff next to clothing, etc. However, Im used to it and it doesnt bother me.

Love love LOVE this store. I come here about every week, usually because their produce is the nicest. I can save a little bit of money at walmart, but I would much rather spend it where my food appears to be better kept, looks fresher, and the staff are always nice and helpful.

The main item I went to get was on sale but the shelf was empty. I asked customer service if they could call someone to check in the back to see if they had any not put up. She called and the manager showed up and went to check. A couple of minutes later he came back with a whole cartload. They were quick, efficient, courteous and apologized for the shelf being empty. Formally an Albertsons customer in Bossier but now Im a Kroger customer. The prices were good also. 9-23-17

Fabulous store. Has everything you need. Olive bar, wine selection, quality produce and a great seafood dept. Just as good if not better than whole foods for a much better price.

They advertised meats on sale. None in the counter and butcher said wouldnt have any till the next day. No rain check. No Im sorry you made at trip here at 10pm for nothing. If you advertise something on sale it ought to be available during all store hours.

Drive through pharmacy is awful. Wait for 20-30 min just to pick up meds. And staff is rude to you, as if you are inconveniencing them. The Youree location is so much better.

Great selection of food items... much more than Wal-Mart

Usually pretty crowded being on Airline drive, but it is one of the 2 better Kroger stores in the shreveport bossier area(best being the one on ellerbe). It is a very nice size, has a wide variety as well as quantity of stocked items. I have never had an issue with customer service when shopping or using click list.

They have such good sushi and well make it personalized for you right there on the spot.

Clicklist issues again. Most everyone there waited for about an hour or two to get groceries. Rude girls answering Clicklist phone when called. Customer service was no better either. When asked if a manager was handling, customer service said Everyone was handling issue. People keep quiting. Would you do it for $7 an hour? Great customer service Kroger. 👏👏👏
