Im glad the QT opened on Industrial. This Walmart is a waste of space..always out of gas and drink coolers broken(for months sometimes). So much for convenience from this location.

Overall, this Neighborhood Market is okay. I never have any issue getting canned or dry goods, and usually the frozen section is stocked well. The produce has been fresh almost always, and I especially like the precut mangoes. The rotisserie chicken has always been cooked well and I can usually find a fresh one. However, I always have to check dates on yogurt. For a while I didnt check and almost all of the ones I bought were expired. I buy Halo Top ice cream and sometimes its melted even when I get it right from the freezer.Most of my shopping here has been Walmart grocery delivery to my home. The products are in stock 8 out of 10 times. Of that, they almost always are able to sub in a similar product. There have been times where I ordered something, received no sub, had to drive to the store because it was important, and found the exact item I requested. The delivery people are usually on time and they have always followed my request to leave the bags on my porch.

Speaking on the pharmacy, wow! We are staying with family here due to the hurricane. My son has an ear infection and dealing with the walgreens was a nightmare. I finally got his medications called in to this walmart pharmacy (two medications, two different days) and they were ready within 30 minutes and the customer service was great. No wait at all and very sweet staff. I was very grateful for their positive attitudes and helpfulness during this stressful time for my family.

Clean store, friendly employees, beautiful fruit and produce, usually has everything well stocked. My only complaint is that the gatorade zero is always out of stock so please order extras of orange, grape, fruit punch ect of the 12 pack. Thank you

I used to love coming here, but lately it has been a nightmare. Long lines, barely any registers open. Having to wait nearly 45 minutes for a couple items is absolutely ridiculous. Unless Im doing a grocery pickup, I dont even bother anymore.

Horrible customer service. & dont try to use the pick up option. They delay it at the last minute all the time and then never will answer the phones. If you can get someone on the phone they are rude or just hang up before you can say why you are calling.

Seemed like a real nice little store, not like a super Walmart. Nice for a smaller neighborhood.

Clean quick trip in and out. Dont like parking lot. Need angeled spaces. Hard to get in and out of spaces.

I will never return to this location.I picked up five items and proceeded to self checkout. Only one self checkout register was open which had a line of ten people. The two manned registers also had lines with people that had cart fulls.The single self checkout that was open had a man wait for someone to help him for over twenty minutes.I finally placed my items down and left. I have defended Walmart to friends and family for years with the new Kroger opening and Brookshires remodels.I will continue to pick up my grocery orders from the Airline Walmart but from now on, quick stops on the way home will no longer include this neighborhood Walmart.- - - Nevermind, the Airline Walmart has gotten just as bad, our family is done with Walmart as a brand will shop elsewhere.

The current prices are never correct or no price listed at all. I would think as much profit that Wal-Mart is making you could at least keep pricing up to date.

One of my favorite market places and I absolutely love this particular pharmacy & liquor selections. Finding a competent & good pharmacy without rude workers is hard. This is the best ive ever found out of dozens of brands & 6 states.

The store was clean and I was greated at the door. They didnt have fresca in stock. So, I had to purchase another product. Prices were Also very reasonable. They will get my return bussines.

I visited the Walmart Pharmacy at this location. The workers were friendly and efficient. I received my scripts quickly. The store was clean. The shelves were stocked. The atmosphere was to my liking both cool and quiet.

I will probably never shop here again. Staff is busy inventorying/restocking in the middle of the day (which is their bosss fault, not theirs) and the customers that stare at the shelves like product is moving like the moving stairs from harry potter. This adds up to a very unpleasant shopping experience where customers just grab what they can and wait for people (employees and customers alike) to clear up access. My recommendation, please dont inventory/restock in the middle of the day!!!

Never do they have enough lanes open especially during peak hrs and alot of times out of stock on a lot of things

If I have to use self checkout, take my cash & give me my change. Only 1 register has a sign stating NO CASH. The one that takes cash wont give you any coin change. Put some bags up. Theyre too worried theyll fill up the bags for the next shift...the customers need bags now! No buggys, yeah thats what we call em in the South.

I love this place. It is typically clean and the people who work there are nice.Added to original review: Be careful of the time you place a pick up order. My order was late initially, and when I got the email saying it was ready for pick up I headed over called the number till someone picked up and waited at least an hour for my order. Dont do pick up at peak times. They also need more people working pick up. I feel sorry for the girl working, because she seemed to be all by herself.

Scheduled a pick up for 9, it’s 12:30 and I’m STILL waiting. No one will answer the phones, my daughter is screaming in the car, I am so beyond mad. Never shopping here again.

This place is usually very clean and the staff is courteous. This store gets a lot of traffic and Will oftentimes be fairly picked over.on a recent pickup order we were told some things were not available. My wife did not believe them so she went in to check for herself. She found that those items were indeed in stock and on the shelves. Little frustrating to say the least

Its convenient, Ill give it that. However, its still a Walmart and has mainly the same employees with the same attitudes, save for a handful.

This is a good store . Very clean and organized. On the down side I noticed a walmart associate standing and the door taking pictures of people walking in with a ipad. Very much unappreciated .

Love this neighborhood walmart. Its easy & convenient but My only draw back is stocking and keeping products consistent.

This is my favorite place to grocery shop in the area. Has all the items I need and seems to be quicker than the other large grocery stores in the area. They have a decent selection of toiletries and house wares. If you are looking for a get-in and get-out fast place to buy groceries then this might be perfect for you as well.

This location is a constant. While its small, even for a neighborhood market, they have a good team working here and remain in stock on most items. Overall feels very clean compared to other locations as well.As a note - while they dont do the full scale super walmart offerings, they can be selected to pick up items you purchase online and send to store, even if something they otherwise dont carry.

Although this particular Walmart only offers food, upon my visit I noticed that there were very limited food items. Not sure of its status at this time. Will give an update on this soon!

Tina at Walmart makes it such a joy to shop there. I would wait in a long line just to get checked out by her and so many people do!! Another cashier will offer to take them and everyone declines just to visit with Tina while she is checking! She truly has the sweetest spirit and always happy

Today my 19yo son was moving out on is on. We went to the neighborhood Walmart to get him a few grocery store items. I needed thing s he could fix himself that wouldnt cost me a whole lot. We were able to get him everything he needed for under $100. I felt that was great.

Even during all this covid19, this Walmart Neighborhood Market has had agood system of keeping the store stocked and clean. Employees great, RGIS inventory people leave a lot to be desired. They stand in the way push customers, will not get out of customers way that are trying to be mindful of others these people dont care about anyone but themselves. When I see them at a Walmart at any other store I will just leave.

Smaller and more convenient

It looks small from the outside, but its most of a Walmart on the inside. They have a better fruit selection than Bossiers main Walmart and friendlier staff. The only downside is that they dont open until 6AM.

The Walmart Neighborhood Markets are always a lot better to deal with than the bigger stores. I can usually get in and out fairly quickly, depending on the time of day. Even at quitting time its not too bad. They usually have everything I need as far as groceries or health and beauty products.

Every single time we order groceries their are many items missing. I mean literally, EVERY time!

Waited for 30 minutes for refund from propane machine and finally they told me they were not able to do refund even though one of their employees saw me use the machine and my credit card

Store is always clean but stocking is wanting. The Manager is AWESOME...BUT the rest of the staff (and there are alot) act like they SO dont want to be there...Not really Unfriendly but just not very helpful/never smile. The nuts are scattered all over the store (I never can find the shelled sunflower seeds anymore). The employees cant tell you even which direction to go when you ask for help locating products. They just walk you back to the same place you just told them where it WASNT...Then say well, I guess we are out.The produce is always fresh but the prices arent there...Good selection of fruits & veggies. If you REALLY Need help, go strait to the MANAGER, he will find what you need and he is always in a joyful mood.Pharmacy closes at 8pm (accommodating Pharmacist).You can pay bills & load almost any card at help desk) & it also closes at 8pm.

Normally, WNM would have ranked 5 stars but I went to do my shopping at my normal time, after midnight, got there and they were closed. I guess the amount of business they did in the later hours of the day didnt justify them being open.

I go here once a month for groceries and prescription refills. I much prefer it to the Supercenter a mile or two away. Then, i had an experience with the pharmacy where they lost my written prescription before it was filled and claim it was returned to me, which it definitely was NOT. Therefore, because its a controlled substance, I have to do without it for a month until my next dr visit. Though I will be moving my prescription business to another pharmacy, I will continue my grocery shopping here. The store is very very clean, the selection is more than adequate, they have plenty of checkers available thus lines are usually short. I have been in 2 other Walmart neighborhood stores in Bossier City and this is the cleanest one by far. I would have given them 5 stars if not for the pharmacy.
