Very cool place with a chill vibe. New manager and shes kind and supportive. Very helpful staff and many great products! Have seen some customers be very rude to staff over their mask policy which makes me sad because the staff cant do anything about it, though they seem to handle the abuse well. 11/10 will visit again.

Each time I try to visit, they are closed despite it being during their “open” hours.

Walked in with a mask, but they have a person who does nothing but harass customers about their masks. I always comply, I walked into EB with a mask, but within2 minutes, this person comes over and asks us to pull up our masks over our noses. When you talk, the mask comes down, she never even afforded me the 5 seconds of reaction time to fix it before she did the same thing to me. It is not fun to shop with someone shadowing you, just waiting for the second they can exercise their illusion of authority over others.I followed the rules, I was never a bother, but I dropped about $100 of merchandise, and would never shop there again. Customer service is important, and so is public health, but it is possible to go too far. EVERYONE in the store is touching the items, so jumping at the chance to tell folks to cover their noses is doing more harm to your reputation than good for your customers.

The smell of patchouli is strong inside. Hippy store with interesting stock. Several people were shopping inside. Clean and well organized.

Employee was very rude to my daughter. Will not be going back.

Meh. Too much of a India vibe. Needs more Native American. I did get a nice bamboo/Chinese dragon wind chime. The staff seemed cool. Needed that First Nations selection though. 3 farts.

Amazing customer service. Love the staff. Totally cool and always exuding positive vibes for the customers. Great energy in the gifts and none of the jewelry we wear all the time from here has broken. The art is great and the gifts Ive bought from here were always super appreciated.

Earthbound is one of my favorite places to stop, however when my family and I went into this location... the vibe was totally off. The male staff member was very off putting, and did not seem to radiate the appropriate personality for such a place. Such a shame.

I love this store so much! They have the softest, most comfortable tshirts with such cool designs. I adore all of the random awesome things I find here. My whole family loves shopping here.

The greeting from the sales representatives was pleasant. They answered my questions concerning the merchandise. I found two objects that intriguied me to return. One is for myself and the other for my daughter. It is a cute store with interesting merchandise. They also sell clothing and jewelry and other objects.

Ive spent quite a bit of money in here. I love every single thing they have to offer to the customers. I dont have a single product to show for all the money Ive spent in this place because all of it has torn or broken. The first time I came in, I got pants and a poncho. The pants have gotten 5 or 6 holes after wearing it a couple of times. The poncho completely unraveled on me on one of the sleeves the first time i put it on. I just recently got 2 anklets for my 21st birthday and after not even a whole month, one of them unraveled the beads. The other one, the latch broke and i replaced it and the next day, the beads unraveled and came off. You can be sitting there with one of these products and it will break on you. I wont be buying anymore from this place even though I absolutely love everything. The price isnt fit for the quality of the products.

Wrong location

Its a great place, but I am wondering how the hell it is known to the internet, and thusly the world, that I visited Earthbound Trading Company today. I did not make a purchase. I did not check in. I did go to other shops and they are not pinging me for a review.Are you potentially blowing the secret of surprise birthday gifts? Imagine a couple share a social media account like google or whateverer. One half of the couple goes in to buy as a birthday surprise the tapestry the other one has been really admiring in the store. The joint account gets notified about the visit with a solicious review request. Because of that, the surprise is ruined, because the person with the birthday figures the only reason the significant other might have for being in the store that day is to buy the birthday gift, and the tapesty is the main thing that has been admired so vocally.Might you also be ruining christmas surprises the same way?Not to mention, people just dont want to deal with solicitors, even from a franchise as cool as world market. Change your marketimg strategy before people get bothered by it. Thats just a suggestion.

Everything in there is unique and nice. However it is very expensive being where its at.
