This place has the RUDEST staff I have EVER encountered. I purchased my cookies while signing the receipt the cashier (a tall white guy) calls a smaller white guy over and tells him to look at my name on the screen. The white guy proceeds to say that they have the weirdest names and walks away. After signing my receipt I proceeded to tell him how my name is pronounced. They both stood there and looked stunned as if I did not know they were making fun of my name in my face; while calling them out on their blatant disrespect. There was no apology of any sort. I will be contacting the corporate office. I will NEVER patronize this establishment again and I will advise others with weird names not to as well. I have never been that disrespected my entire life .

I love the cookie company, but this store is AWFUL! the staff isnt very friendly and they hardly ever have much to chose from. I work in Bossier but I choose to drive to the shreveport store on my lunch break. I used to go around noon to get cookies (thinking that the earlier I go the better the selection) but it doesnt matter how early you go, the selection always sucks. I absolutely would not recommend this store, the shreveport store is the place to go!

I wish this store was in North Bossier but we always drive to the mall whenever we need a birthday cake! Try the double doosey cake they are amazing!

I give two stars because the cake that i ordered was rushed through. It was definitely not centered.

No matter where you go the great American Cookie Company is always there to provide you with a delicious cookie. No matter if its a macadamia nut or double chocolate chip it is absolutely perfect. They can however run you quite a bit but the second you bite into that delicious cookie you forget all about the money you just spent and is Chow down. The lemonade the cell there is also. Refreshing and taste very good with the cookie

I have used this location multiple times for cakes and they always do a fantastic job! One time my order was misplaced but they took care of it quickly and I left in less than 30 minutes with my cake as promised. The manager Tim is amazing!

I never write reviews on places, but my experience with this particular store really upset me. I ordered a cookie cake 3 days in advance, face to face with high hopes no mistake would occur. I go to pick up the cake and the form got misplaced. They did not offer to make one right then. They only wanted to refund my money. They had an hour and half until close, which in my opinion, is enough time to make a cake. I asked for them to just make one while I waited and I was told they didn’t have enough material.

Cookie cake is the best, also theyre pretty good at decorating even if the request is strange.

They only ever have 1 cheesecake brownie. For years... Just one no matter when I go.

They put coconuts in their macadamia nut cookies and refuse to refund or exchange even if you are allergic. They must not sell any cookies to be THAT stingy

I forgot to get a cakd for my wifes birthday and went the day of to they and get a cake made. Not only were they able to make one but they did an amazing job on the design. They far exceeded my expectation.

I showed up at the last minute and the gentleman behind the counter may be impossible happen he got my cookie ready and it looked amazing. They saved the day for my sons birthday party at school!!!!!!

Ordered a cake and my sister picked it up for me. Upon opening it, all of the words were off center and oddly spaced out, and there was a grammatical error.
