As a writer I desperately need my laptop so when it was zapped in a lightening storm, I was lost. I had a story that needed to be turned in right away trapped in my unreachable files. James was able to retrieve it while I was still in his office and we sent it out. He fixed my laptop within a day. I highly recommend him and will use him again if needed.

James went over and above in repairing my computer. I told him when it was fixed I think it was the best service Ive ever had. I took it on a Tuesday right before 11 am. Shop was easy to get to, the old bank building on the corner of Hamilton and Barksdale Blvd. Turns out my motherboard was fried like pickel. He was able to get the part overnight and texted me the next morning before 10 am that it was ready. He actually had it for less than twenty -four hours. Hows that for service. Thank you James so much. When I need computer service you are the man from now on.

Great service...Had taken laptop to a pc repair company within the heart of bossier road just blocks away and they gave me a diagnosis that my PC was diminished as the hard drive went out.. Had to get 2nd opinion .. Reliable Computer went through several check and measures and had my PC back up and running within 24 hours.. Will be recommending to my company for future services needed.. Awesome!

Avoid this closet shop at all cost. I went to get my CPU fan replaced on a laptop, the price he ended up charging me was triple what he quoted me when I brought it in. Then to make matters worse he broke another component of the laptop (the hinges) while replacing the fan and wanted an additional $100 to fix what HE broke. I ended up cutting my losses and buying a new computer. This shop does not do reliable work. THIS SHOP IS FAR FROM RELIABLE, TAKE YOUR COMPUTER ELSEWHERE!!! SAVE YOURSELF!!!

His price were great and he got it done in a great time matter I will recommend him to everyone
