9 times out of 10, it’s great. Once I came & there was a lack of milk? Weird but I suppose milk at local grocer wasn’t a quality option. The last time I visited, my drink lacked flavor, I was scared I lost taste. My daughter said, hers wasn’t as good either. Maybe new worker or something was the reason

Ordered 3 drinks. Waited in the corner for the Starbucks guy to get finished. 2 other people come up and order and get their drinks. Hear him tell the other people their drink is ready. Fixing to ask what the deal is when I see my drinks sitting at the end of the counter for how long, no clue. Garbage service.

The starbucks on airline drive is so much better by a long shot. Unless you like colored water for coffee then this is the place for you

Fast and accurate service with friendly faces and fantastic atmosphere!

Nice looking location as I have come to expect. Minor issue, they did not have the Evolution green drink I normally get. The staff was friendly as I listened to their interactions with customers. Only real issue is the wait. One person handling drinks and cashier duty is a poor way to handle customer service. They are usually stressed and this does not help the quality of the product. Get them some help!

I like having them mix chai flavor into my iced coffee. It gives my coffee a bit of a spicy kick (more than the cinnamon dulce does) and they never look at me like I am weird. Iced coffee comes in a trenta size whereas iced chai latte does not.
