Jada was the absolute rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Couldn’t even put normal sentences together. I bought some $200 shoes to get home and find out there 2 different sizes? A women’s size 11.5 and a men’s 13.. only got 1 shoe to try on, thought if I’m buying $200 shoes she’d do her job and check the box. She was definitely able to give attitude the entire time, I hate that I went into this store. Filed complaints with corporate, that little girl needs to watch her attitude and learn to do her job.

My husband and I purchased a pair of Nikes from this store right before the mall closed yesterday evening. Today during his lunch break, he went to the gym, changed into the shoes and lifted weights to discover that the shoes didnt really fit him properly. He attempted to return them and the store manager, Al, who said that they were dirty on the bottom and couldnt be returned, which I can understand if they had been used to run in, work outside in the yard, etc. and the soles had been worn down in the process. However, thats not the case. The shoes may have had a bit of dirt on them from the gym floor and that is it, which is something that can be cleaned off (by the store or customer returning). He told my husband that our house must be dirty since the shoes hadnt been worn outside, and I can attest that it isnt. Being a stay-at-home-mom, our house stays clean. Also, when I called to the store to ask about the situation, it was all I could do to get his name once I told him I was the wife of the man that just tried to make a return. He yelled over me and wouldnt let me get a word in edgewise. He better enjoy his job while he has it, because I immediately called and filed a complaint and corporate is letting me return the shoes. Well never shop here again.

If you wear over a sz 13 shoe they do not have it in stock. If you tell them what you need they will tell you what they have. They might refer you to their online store but shoes run different . You will have to do your return online which might take addition time to find the shoe you want.
