I was looking for a specific car that I could flat tow behind a RV and told Reagan Brazzel to be in the lookout for one. He called each time one came thru that met my wants. finally I liked the price and car at the same time. They worked a great deal on just what I was looking to buy.
Called 2 times to make sure the vehicle I was interested in was available and I spoke to the sales manager as well, who assured me it was available. I showed up in less than 3 minutes and was told they were getting the keys for me and had me wait for 20 minutes while I was sitting there. A guy named Frank came to tell me the truck was sold. These people will waste your time and bait people to come in to create competition apparently.
Came to dodge for a different reason but ended up buying a car from Patrick he is very professional. He did everything he could to make sure we left happy. If you looking to buy a came come ask for him.

Ok I bought a new ram 1500 14 months ago. when I bought this truck I was told I had free service for the first two years. I took my truck in for an oil change after waiting two hours they came in and told me I had a nail in one tire. They can patch it and have me out of there in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later my truck is still on the rack without a tire so I go out and ask when my truck will be done the girl working went ask about my truck then the guy gets up instantly and puts my tire back on my truck. So my tire was ready they just decided not to put it back on. So it took them 3 hours to change the oil and patch a tire. But that’s not all when they finally decided I waited long enough it was time to check out they told me it would be 90 dollars plus for what?? My oil change was free for two years oh no sir you only get 3 oil changes in a two year period. The girl that checked me out said they should explain that better because this happens often. So I ended up getting an oil change and a tire patched for 3 hours and 90 dollars later. Then they had the nerve to ask if I wanted to buy a service plan. No I don’t want your service plan I’ll never step foot back in landers dodge for any reason. Beware!!
Simply put, this dealership is the bottom of the barrel. I took my son to landers dodge to look at buying a used truck. Our salesman, rene deal, approached us with promises of his great service after the sale speech. Nothing could have been further from the truth. After finding a truck and test driving it, we noticed the back up did not work. In our negotiations, we agreed to buy the truck if the back up camera was fixed. We were informed that the price of the truck was priced with the camera in non working condition! Why would you put a 2019 ram 1500 on the lot with a broken rear camera??? We said either the camera was repaired or no deal. They finally agreed. So, TWO WEEKS after signing the papers on the truck, they finally call my son to tell him to bring his truck in. He takes it in and after keeping his truck for ANOTHER 3 WEEKS, he finally gets his truck back! Another promise that was made, before buying the truck of course, was that the truck would be detailed (just like every used vehicle does) when he picked up the truck after the camera was fixed. That was a lie. The truck NEVER got washed, vacuumed or cleaned in any way. From the minute we walked on the lot, we were lied to by rene deal and the sales manager. Take my advice, if you see this review, take it to heart, because landers dodge and their shady, lying salesman, rene deal, is a stereotypical dishonest and shady dealership. It was our fault for not leaving and buying somewhere else, but that is not a mistake we will ever make again.
Had a great sales experience this week with Brett our sales person. He was patient, took his time explaining everything and did not pressure us to even buy the car. I was the one that initiated the negotiation. I really appreciate this approach. When someone is pushy with me to sale something I will back off fast, and most likely not go through with buying it, so him not being aggressive was perfect.Again, Brett was a true professional and did a great job.
Call Landers parts department if youd like to be belittled. Had the most condescending conversation with a technician when I was trying to see if an appointment was needed. I think appointments are pretty standard when youre needing a service. Was told, Well, dont come in 30 minutes before we close & expect it to be done. Excuse me, but why would you even imply that at all? Secondly, it seems like it would be a great chore for this place to help you. Laughingly terrible customer service. I tried to make it friendly, but the tech was all business. Maybe he was busy, maybe hes born with it. Interrupted me to give me the price of the service & basically asked if I wanted it or not. No thank you, I most certainly do not.

Be cautious. Before you bring your car up to Lander service make sure it’s not something that can be fixed by you because they will take advantage of you and overcharge you for something very simple that probably took five or 10 minutes. That’s how these dealerships make their money through the garage and service department so just make sure it’s some thing that needs a dealers attention and not some thing you can do it yourself

Factory recall on airbag. Made appointment 2wks ago for 9am. Supposedly a 2hr. repair. Been here 3hrs and telling me its gonna be another hour. Unacceptable.

I had an appointment at 8 am and it is now 2:44 pm and no one has contacted me letting me know anything about my vehicle. My husband explained to Emily that we are a one vehicle family and we need to know the status of our vehicle...just in case we needed to try to get a rental, and no correspondence. I have called...no I have tried to call Emily, the operator, and April, and no one answered at either #. I switched from Heberts T&C thinking I would have a better experience, but so far, I am not impressed.Update...After Aprils return, her, Emily, and the rest of the Landers staff took great care of me and my vehicle. They kept me posted on everything that was going on with my car and got it taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you Landers!!!
Went here Saturday to look at a few vehicles I saw on line; we test drove 2 and made our decision. They run my credit, but not for the car I choose, then ran it for the other one I test drove. WHAT? SERIOUSLY? Zach (Sales Manager of all ppl) comes in with what I think is the offer to the car of my choice but surprises me by saying the car I chose has been sold. Apparently a couple from Alexanderia drove up to look at it and they wrote a check and it was accepted while we were out test driving the vehicle. Really? OK then why exactly was my credit ran when I didnt agree to purchase the vehicle it was ran for? Let me tell you why, if you take the time to read some of these other reviews, this dealership is famous for the ol bait and switch!! Hello, its illegal!! People, please beware!!! And finally, as we were leaving, the couple was taking the car they supposedly wrote the check for site unseen, for a test drive!! SHADY SHADY SHADY!!! Zachs expression was priceless when my fiancé called him out on what he did; he knew he was finally caught at his little game and his back peddling was hilarious!! You want HONEST salesmen, go see the guys at Mercedes-Benz of Shreveport. Theyll take care of you, not show you dishonesty!!! LOVE my E350 and Kenn and Ralph!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stopped for an oil change on Saturday, waited in line over 35 minutes before the first vehicle was pulled in. They have 2 doors but only use one for the so called express lane. Terrible customer service. This company seems to forget that they work for the customer not the other way around.

The only reason Im not giving it one star is because Emily, one of the service advisors who helped me over text, the friendly staff that walked through the waiting area to get coffee, and the courtesy driver who took me back to work.When I arrived to the service department for my 9AM appointment, I had told my boss to hold off on picking me up until I find out how long it is going to take. I wasnt sure since it was an appointment. It would have been a waste of time for him to pick me up and then get a call that my car is done shortly after getting back to work.The guy who worked in the service department approached me and I told him I was there for my appointment for a recall I made. I asked him about how long it would take, that way if it takes a long time I can have my boss pick me up. He said he will find out and get back to me. He told me to go wait in the waiting area. I waited there for two hours and he never got back to me. I decided to try and approach him and find out what was going on. I stood outside his office and he ignored me. He walked out of his office and right by me. I was still ignored. I used to work in customer service, I have gained quite a bit of patience, but this was plain disrespectful. I also have a job that I need to get back to so that I can get paid. If I had been informed, like he said he would do, on the amount of time it would take to do the job, I would have had my boss pick me up.At this point, I text the service advisor, Emily, who had left me a text stating if I needed anything, to just text back. I asked her how much longer and she said it would be several more hours and that they had a courtesy driver who could take me back to work. I thanked her and took the ride back to work. The driver was super kind and the drive was pleasant.My main issue with the service department was that one guy that checked my vehicle in, promised me a time estimate, never gave that estimate to me, and blatantly ignored me when I tried to approach him regarding the time estimate.

Scheduled a repair on my brand new truck a couple of weeks in advance, and when I arrived on the scheduled day I was told after waiting for 30 minutes that they didnt have my parts and that it was my fault for not checking with parts first before I came. The customer service rep was extremely rude when we were leaving and saw that we were unhappy. We drove 1-1/2 hours to get to there and wasted a day because of this. Also, when we filed a complaint about how she treated us the human resources rep defended her. I will never come back to this place.

Do not ever buy from Landers Dodge. If you need any service the pat answer is always we are booked out 3 or more weeks. We have a 2017 Dodge RAM 4 wheel dr. Extended cab, a 2017 Jeep Cherokee, and a 2018 Dodge Challenger purchased from them. When we have had problems they are never able to get to us. We have been lucky that Hebert will gladly service our vehicle in a timely manner. Hebert will definitely get our future business. I called to talk to the General Manager and finally got the voice mail of the operator. If I could give a rating of less than 1 I would.

The service department at Landers needs to be overhauled...Starting with the Service Director. I have never experienced such horrible service at any dealership that I have dealt with. I had a vehicle towed in on 12/15/20 and it still has not been repaired. Service Advisor went on vacation during the week of Christmas and the back up Service Advisor never returned my call. Called for the Service Director, No Answer. Looked at the other reviews and called April Babcock and left a Voicemail, no return phone call. Called on Dec. 28th, Service advisor was out. Went to the dealership on Dec. 29th to find out that I need a Key. The lack of communication is unreal. Key had to be ordered and takes 5 days, cannot be expedited. Since 1/4/21, been asking everyday is the key in, still no key. Had a vehicle towed to Nissan on 12/15/20 for a blown Head Gasket, parts ordered and fixed before the vehicle @ Landers gets a key.
They chase your pro blem with their bank account fixing nothing by the way then you get the huge bill and still no car

Was driving through Bossier the other day when my ride started to overheat. So I pulled off the road right in front of Landers. I got out and popped the hood to check it out. When all of a sudden and out of nowhere I heard a scream and looked behind me and an eight foot swimming cefa-coota started coming at me. All I could do is brace and prepare for the worst. Right as it got to me it stopped dead in its tracks. So I looked and this purty little young girl had it by the tail. Then she gave me this cocky grin, spun around about three times and hammer tossed that ol cat back to last year. I was like dannnggg thats cool! She then told me that was actually a pretty rough area for sightings of em around there. HA whod a thought. I aint never seen one that far inland though. I reckon with the river being up it brought em in that far. Anyway she told me that the whole ordeal couldve been avoided with a new SRW 4x4 day cab one ton dodge pickup with a 6 speed.... I said thats oddly specific but I like it. So I said whats your name sugar. She said Mya Thorn! She brought me some water I topped my truck off, tipped my hat to her, and drove away. I never saw her again...But if Im ever in the area and in the market for some wheels. Im going to Landers and asking for miss Mya Thorn...slayer of beasts and seller of cars i reckon!

My wife and I were looking for a used grand Cherokee for our next vehicle and saw that this dealership had one available. Zach and Tyree were the individuals who helped us out through the whole car buying process. They were very knowledgeable and patient from start to finish. We love our new car and it’s exactly what we were looking for. We really appreciated all of their help and would recommend this dealership.
I was looking a certain type of car and Landers had one. I contacted the dealership by their web site and communicated with Tyree Harris Shakota Farmer. We made an appointment for the next day. I was very impressed with his knowledge about the car. The test drive went well. However I had made several appointments to test drive at other dealerships. The other test drives did not go well, and Saturday I contacted Tyree while at another dealer and asked if I could drive the car again. I decided to buy the car and Tyree made me a great deal. Quality cars and great Sales staff are number one in my book.
After talking with the staff at Landers, I believe I made the right choice by making a purchase. I highly recommend Landers and especially Patience White.
Even though the car we went to buy was being test driven when we got there we were treated awesomely. Fred took his time with us and provided us with other options. We didnt buy a car from them because of the afore mentioned but the experience was great.

When I called in Asheville with Emily and David They help me with calling Chrysler roadside assistance, and I was picked up within the hour. Less than 24 hours later I have my baby back. I am a private American national. Finding a ream that is. Competent and a sales staff that understand how finances work is imperative. I had been to two other dealerships that day and i can assure you that they had a finer selection of vehicles Than the c guys and the g guys did. I met Tim my salesman and he was a very stand up and helpful. The sales manager David was awesome. I mean i didnt have any negative experience. Even had some interesting conversation with a couple other of the salesmen. Ive been to all the lots almost in the area and some will never see me or my money ever again. But im looking forward to closing and when i feel like im gonna ride 40 miles to the car lots in Shreve. They already know which one ill be going to.
I put in my van in service on Tuesday October 27th the service manager said it would take a few hours. A few hours turned into a few days. I called the 30th they told me its still with the technician and they test drove it. They cant find where is the problem coming from transfered me to my a dvisor because they would know more or less. So I said okay and went straight to voicemail. So I called Monday November 1 and asked the same thing but this time the tech was supposed to talk to me and he didnt. They transferred me to my advisor still voicemail and its full so I cant call anymore. I told them to leave a message with my name and number telling them to call me. I called and asked for the service manager, the service manager went to the tech and the tech said that they will call me back still have my name and number. Still nothing and its already Tuesday November 3 I dont have any other vehicle, I have a 2 year old, I have to pick up my mom on Thursday from the airport. Like really all I wanted was someone to call me and give me updates or at least my advisor to answer. And dont tell someone a few hours when its not even going to be a few hours. I am a very respectful, patient person but now I am not. Because I was transferred from people to people and still no answers except for it being with the tech. Worse communication and customer service ever!!!!

Pretty sure Landers sold me a broke down car. I bought a 2013 Nissan Sentra. Test drove it, it was fine. Had less than 53,000 miles. One owner(or so I was told)Less than a month after having it, I had to bring it back to have the ac compressor replaced. Without even calling me first, they took it over to the Nissan service dept (in bossier)to have it fixed. I’m sitting at not having it a year and I’m still having problems out of the compressor. Next, about 3 months later ended up having a brand new transmission put in and still having problems out of it. It’s a trash car. I hate it and will never buy another Nissan or buy anything from Landers in Bossier.
I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. They submitted paperwork to the bank that did not match what I signed and I have made numerous phone calls and visits to correct the issue. They will not call you back if you leave a message.

I called Emily, the service advisor about 3 months ago about some parts that are needed to complete a campaign on my car. She told me they were not available because they were on back order and that she would call me as soon as they became available. When I still lived in Louisiana, I messaged the service department thru the chat option asking them to call me or e-mail me about the status of those parts,it seems that Landers only wants to harvest information with phone numbers and e-mail adresses to sell them cars! Campaigns and TSBs need to be completed because if theyre not completed and a safety system fails on a vehicle is a potential lawsuit. LANDERS SHOULD HAVE DONE THE RIGHT THING AND FIXED MY CAR! Also stop sending me e-mails about your specials If I want to buy a car I will buy it from an individual and I will pay cash like I have always done. I do not need a middle man. You all are crooks. I know exactly how you operate.

Would not recommend buying a car from here. Wouldn’t trust managers with a penny even if I had 1 million of them. Although my sales guy Chris Lafitte rocks! After my purchase back in August this will for sure be the last time I do business with them. #screwingfolks
