Well Mr. Rocky and his awesome team have done it again. They know my 2009 Nissan Altima had a recall but when I contacted Nissan bossier. They refused to fix my car under WARRANTY two months ago. Well it turns out JP did fix my car and did a fantastic job. I appreciate the extra care that was given to me. I was so upset. I was out of transportation two months . Mr. Rocky I want to thank you for being honest and caring about enough to give me the right information. Go see Jeremy Prothro at Firestone in Bossier City for top notch service! Our tire started separating late Sunday afternoon and Firestone took excellent care of us when no one else would even answer the phone. We were able to get in and get two new tires even though they were already busy. We had never used Firestone before, but we will definitely go back to see Jeremy for our future tire and auto service needs!

Jeremy and the guys are life savers. While returning from a family vacation we got a flat 40 miles out of Shreveport. We called ahead and they were able to identify the problem with the tire, and install a new tire for us right away. Definitely saved us money and hassle.

The manger is very rude. My car was working fine before i took it to Firestone. I went for a simple Alignment,(which they didnt do)!! I left and my car ran hot..smoking..smelling burning oil. Contacted the manger on duty as well as the person who runs the place and niether one of them were helpful!!!This is the worst place ever,in my opinion!!!! They lied about what they checked on my car and turned around and sent me proof of the what they say they didnt do. Called my cell phone just to be rude!!! Contacted Corporate and still no help. This is a sad situation. I cant drive my car at all. What am I supposed to do,to get help. I NEED HELP!!!!!

I went in knowing I would need a battery replacement due to a dead cell. The workers were very professional and the facility wasnt terribly busy. They took a little long but my management card likely slowed the process down.All in all they did a good job without any difficulty. Recommended.

Pepboys next door didnt have a person that could do alignments over the weekend, so they recommended that I go next door to firestone. The gentleman at the counter, Brandon was nice and did his best to make everything right. They checked my alignment and tires to see why it was shaking and pulling to the right. I didnt have enough money to purchase two of there tires, so he didnt charge me at all. Thank you guys at Firestone for doing a great job and helping me out.

Great friendly service! Firestone is one of the few places in my area that work on Mercedes and it has saved me so much money since I don’t have to go to the dealership! They offer the scheduled maintenance at a fraction of the dealership cost and seem to know how to care for my car! I am now a Firestone customer for life all because of the great service and prices! Had a fantastic experience here. Totally trustworthy. I told them I needed brakes, they did inspection and told me I didn’t and that it was my tires that I was already replacing. They weren’t pushy. I got a great price on tires. I was treated like an intelligent human being even though I’m female and know nothing about cars. Truly happy.

I sent my son up here to get an oil change and he had a 20.00 off coupon and the coupon wouldnt scan. They did not honor the coupon nor did they bother to tell my son that he could go on their website and get another coupon that would scan. It cost 50.00 for that oil change instead of 25.00 bc they wont honor THEIR coupon that wouldnt scan. Ill never go here again

So, heres the break down of this place. The staff are super helpful and accommodating. Very knowledgeable, and they are concerned and project how they want you to have the very best service. Honest and up front, I would trust these guys with quotes and suggestions on my vehicle. The mechanics a quick and task oriented. I dont know if they were just being friendly, but even gave me a compliment on how I maintained my car which means a lot to me.

Awesome staff. I came in to replace an original starter. They replaced with new one but found it was defective. They are replacing the defective starter with a new one at no charge. The crew is courteous and understanding. Thanks for your help Firestone. Update, the patient technician is having to replace a starter for the fourth time. They discovered a damaged wire causing an electronic short which destroyed three previous starters. My respect and admiration for this very patient tech as he is helpful and understanding. Thanks again, my hat goes off to you. Great staff.

So professional and friendly. I got a flat tire on a Sunday while visiting from out of state. They went out of their way to check and make sure the plug wasn’t leaking and they were fast and courteous. I felt so much safer knowing they had helped.

The wife took her Ford Edge in today for AC work. While they were honest about the cause of the issue and repaired it, they also tried to up-sell her some tires, alignment, etc. that she didnt need at the time. She spent $550 for the AC repair. With the cost of the part and labor, I can see that. The man she spoke with who tried to up-sell the tires and alignment said that he would throw in a state inspection with for the tire purchase even though there is a crack in the windshield. A small crack on the bottom of the passenger side that doesnt come close to her field of vision. She was smart and declined. So spending $550 isnt enough to warrant a free inspection? They wouldnt even properly inflate the tires that they were so concerned with. They did good work regarding the AC. The rest was lacking.

This was one of the most excellent experiences Ive ever had in an auto shop. Everyone was very friendly and helped us get back on the road quickly and safely.

The mark-up on tires is beyond insane and no retailer plays the screw the customer over game better than Firestone. When you call a Firestone location and give the tire size of your vehicle, the standard reply from the representative will be that size is not popular thus trying to cement the foundation for giving you an expensive price. You can call 4 or 6 or 8 different Firestone locations in the same town and receive different prices on the exact same tires from each location. Another fact about Firestone tires is the tread life warranties are sub-par, they will not go the claimed distance.Simply put Firestone is a ripoff. This location in particular will give the customer a huge pack of lies and is managed by Brandon Lancaster who should be replaced for refusing to honor warranty work and just wants to sell you a new set of tires to earn a hefty commission. Come on how much brain power does it take to sell tires?

Me and my fiancée went in today around 12:30 the man at the counter was on the phone for a moment. He never acknowledged us at all even when he got off the phone, so after about a couple of minutes we left and went next door to Pep Boys.

Another fantastic round of services performed on both of my vehicles in record time even though they were severely short-staffed. Well done Ms. Tiff & Jeremy! Keep up the great work quality & customer service level.

Watch out! This is one of those franchise places with a franchisee who trys to upsell EVERYONE on EVERYTHING, whether its actually needed or not. I literally heard him try to upsell 3 different customers for THOUSANDS of dollars for brake jobs. He tried it with me as well. My truck is less than 3 years old, I simply wanted the brake pads replaced. He tried to upsell me to over $3,000 for replacing all the brake rotors. Are you kidding me? The truck has less than 75,000 miles on it? Seemed to be a very dishonest operation. I would avoid at all costs (literally).

I needed some AC work and they set me up with appointment for the next day! Very helpful employee at the counter. They seem to do a lot more different auto repair than I realized!

The company I work for has an account with Firestone. They did what was requested, but they always have trouble finding our company information when I have to go there (three separate stores). Would love for them to get that worked out. Nice people at this location.

Friendly, helpful staff. Went over the details with me of the issues found with my vehicle showing me the things that needed to be replaced. Getting my permission beforehand not just assuming and fixing/replacing things at their will.

Be careful when you get a car state inspection here. The guy asked me before my inspection if my tires were bald and they were not. They still failed my two front tires with tread and having no buldges, cracks or sidewall damage. This is a violation of the state inspection rules. But The manager saw I had two firestone tires on the back and yes my tires in the front have definitely been around but not enough to fail an inspection. I can only assume he used this as an opportunity to try and up sell me on tires. What can I do but buy tires or have a failed inspection sticker? No thanks I will not give you anymore business in the future and I will never recommend your store.

Very upset. I came to Bossier one because I thought I saw good reviews from another site. I walked in and asked if they did car inspection, and I was told no, we dont have any stickers. Go to our competitor down the street. But no one will inspect your car after 5. I then asked if they were opened on the weekend, and he repeated we dont have any stickers for inspection. not for a few weeks and gave me a look of are you stupid? I already told you we dont have stickers.I do not recommend this place. The customer service is selfish and unwilling to help.

Chris was the gentleman I dealt with for service on my SUV. He was courteous on the phone and followed up well. He set the expectations regarding service time. Many service departments give you horrible expectations and then you sit and wait and get angry. They were quick and beat the deadline for repairs by a few hours. May have been more than I expected to spend but way less than going to the dealer.

I was sold a set of Bridgestone tires an was told they would ride so good on my car. I drove 50 miles to get home an had a headache an backache after telling Brandon the manager I had multiple surgeries on my neck an back he put extra load tires theyre 6ply tires on my 2016 Mustang GT. Would not recommend this dealership.

Ladies run away from this place, these guys are just pitiful. I took my car in due to my brakes squealing, they said I need front brakes, new front rotors, back brake pads, 2 new tires, & labor fees for a little over $1200. I took my car elsewhere and just as I suspected after being shown the difference I didnt need new rotors, they only neede to be turned. They put new brake pads on the front and back and put 2 new tires on my car for only $624. It pays to get more than one opinion

We had front end work done recently and the guys deserve five stars. They did a good job and we could feel a big difference in the vehicle. We have seen no problems with the job performed so far. And I would have no problem recommending their workmanship.However, their customer service could use some improvements. The girl at the front desk is a bit on the snippy side and had an attitude. Everything I said was wrong to her and her manner was grating to the nerves. I was told to let them know if I had questions but then she seemed offended by my questions. We travel alot and have had numerous dealings with Firestone because we go to them for repairs because they are nationwide so we know alot about their policies. So when a store does something that seems wrong I am going to question it.The other customer service issue was we needed to drop the vehicle off early before my husband had to go to work and it made him late having to wait for someone to come to the door to get the keys. We could see the guys in there. They looked at us and knew we were there then ignored us until they were ready to open the door not considering my husband had to get to work too. Some places have a drop box for these situations but they didnt appear to have one.

Im an Air Force Reserve member at Barksdale AFB. I had a flat and the mechanics at the shop were rude and not helpful.I live in Texas and needed my tire repaired so I could make it home. Mechanic told me they close in 15 minutes and it would take longer than that so he couldnt help me.He basically is leaving me and my family stranded in Louisiana.I will never use Firestone due to the customer service at this location. Pep Boys next door is where I ended up going and will always get my patronage.I will make sure to sure this information along to everyone I know on the base.

Not sure if a they are in need of more technicians or a lack of professionalism from the ones they have but the wait times here are always ridiculous even when you have an appointment. Regardless they have good overall service but can certainly be improved.

Had to wait for the counter guy to get off his personal cell phone call. Didnt even acknowledge me until he was done. Quite rude. Took my business to another store. They did not seem to concerned about customer service.

I was quoted one price over the phone and when I got there to have the work done I was given​ a different price. Taxes had nothing to do with it. I was quoted $10 for a valve stem repair over the phone then when I arrived I was told $20. When I told the gentleman about it he would not honor the quote given. This is not how business is done. I will not go back.
