Took my two children here and they got the absolute worst haircuts I have ever seen…for $20 each. I didn’t ask for anything complicated either. Will never go back, and would not recommend this salon to anyone!

Tabatha gives a wonderful hair cut. She is an asset to JC Penney Hair Salon. I will definitely go back.

I had appointment for 1200pm on December 19 at the salon with a supposedly beautician named Tabitha .I asked this lady did she do natural african american hair since she was natural herself and she told me she did .The lady was heavy handed when she washed my hair horrible customers service and when she flat ironed my hair she burned my scalp. I had such a horrible experience in this establishment JCPenny should do better reference when they hire people in that salon .I will never return again for any sort of treatment in life she needs to go back to Cosmetology school .I did not tip but payed for a shampoo .I have never in all.my years been treatedlike that in a salon .Please Please women if you love your hair do not let this lady in your hair .She has turned me against ever getting my hair straighted again .

I really enjoyed my experience there. The ladies are very friendly. My stylist, Derrica, fitted me in. She had other appointments but was able to service me.
