There were a lot of things wrong with this store such as being out of stock on everything but the customer service was wonderful. Melinda helped me out so much. At the time I came in, it was busy but she was out there helping everyone and making sure everyone was content. I had left my makeup bag at home in Houston and had to come get more makeup. They were out of my makeup. Before I could have a mental breakdown in the store, Melinda stepped up and color matched me to Clinique full coverage makeup. She was pleasant and nice.
Absolutely an amazing customer service experiance I had this evening with Associate Chaka, she was lovely humble and well knowledged.I don n’t know why people give negative review but so far I had great experience.Well! This was first time ever I went to get something for my self and strongly needed advice and recommendations. so she did her best within limited staff available.I would definitely go back if I’ve to get more stuff and highly recommended.😊👍
I came to this store on a Thursday morning, it wasnt busy at all. There were 2 associates and neither of them tried to assist in any way. When I couldnt find the product I was looking for I asked one of the associates and said I dont know with a bad attitude and unwilling to help. I will try the Shreveport location or shop online to avoid this store.
Nicole and shanequa are absolutely perfect. I got stuck in the mall during a tornado warning and got really nervous and they did EVERYTHING to make me feel safe and welcome in the store. They were so absolutely sweet and this was by far the best experience I’ve had in any store ever. I’ll go back a billion more times but this time, not just for the make up, but for shanequa and Nicole and their BEAUTIFUL souls.
Service is bad
Needed to buy foundation, I waited in line for 10 minutes behind one person, I just finally put the makeup down and left because it didnt seem like they were going to finish anytime soon due to the customer needing to return several items without a receipt and the cashier had no idea how to handle the situation. I was not even acknowledged, never shopping at this sephora again. Have never had this issue at any other location.
