(No walk ins, must set an appointment.) I have come here about five or six times and so far it has been mostly a good experience. Nice workers, good prices, good service. Each time I have gone, I have been satisfied with my hair and the stylists have made me very comfortable.My only complaint is that half of the time I have had to wait quite a while, once I had to wait over an hour. It all depends on which stylist you are getting and their clients. Sometimes the wait has been a bit too long, but on average I wait about ~15-20 minutes.Also, this place has a (service?) dog every time I have gone. Please be mindful if you have allergies. I would recommend this place if you want better hair/something super specific. They will definitely do their best to make it look how you want it! :)

Our stylist did a GREAT job on my wife, mother-in-law and myself. We evacuated from Hurricane Ida and it felt great to be treated like a friend and not just a walk in. Cant tell you how please we are with the way we were treated. Oh, if your wondering the cuts were spot on. Wife looks great. Very happy with my cut. Have only good things to say! Wish this young lady styled hair back in New Orleans. We would all go to her all the time.

Went last week my hair just felt horrible and needed to be fixed. I also treated my mom for a hair color. My mom wanted grey hair and they ended up not giving her grey said the photo was probably photoshopped. Its possible but you can still color grey but ok this stylist wanted to stick with natural grey tones thats coming out in my mom. I mean ok but after washing it it looks more blonde brown then the grey she was wanting. Now my hair umm is super frizzy exactly what I was Afraid of. I wanted dark roots which I absolutely love but my low lights are more brown then the color color I showed her. I suppose it still looks ok just was a little saddened I did not say anything because I did not wanna pay extra to correct it. it already costed to much money when I was told 64 dollar to color the hair. My hair stylist said more layers would make my hair frizzy but thats the only way my hair will not be frizzy again I am not stylist I came here like 4 years ago and fell in love with my hair I just dont remember who I had that time. now I am having to buy anti frizz hair products my hair did exactly what I didnt want it to do. I can life with color its just hair and I suppose its still cute but whatever not copper. I do not know if I am going to go back or not. Maybe try again in a couple months I dont know where else to go no wants to layer my hair.

Been going here for a couple years now and they do a topnotch job every time and every one is sooo nice and kind . I recommend them to everyone and anyone especially who is sensitive when it comes to your feelings about your hair being cut.

Amazing and nice people..especially Crystal my hair stylist is the Best!!!!

Usually I would give this place a 5 star rating. However, today is not usual and going in during the middle of the pandemic and having to request that my stylist wear a mask (which she did and personally gets a 4 star rating from me for that), no other worker in there wore one. She did a good job, but I wont be back until we have an effective vaccine for COVID.

I love that the staff are all well trained in all aspects of cutting, coloring and highlights. I had an idea based on a picture, my hairdresser showed another staff and together they figured out how to achieve my desired look. I had a completely new do, with color and highlights for a very reasonable price! I wouldnt think of going anywhere else!

Visiting family and wanted to get my hair cut. I walk in and all 3 are sitting in their chairs talking. There was not a single customer in sight. They wouldnt serve me because they I didnt have an appointment and they said I needed one. Sure looked like they were super busy.

I scheduled an appointment for 1pm. I got there, checked in at the front desk, then told to wait. I sat there for 40 minutes and never was approached by my stylist. I finally asked if she was there. The whole time she was and never came over to say hello and let me know she was running behind. Poor customer service is one of my pet peeves. I went up to her and told her Im cancelling the appointment and left. Even after waiting for 40 minutes, if she had come to me after me asking, I would have waited. I dont recommend making an appointment, the walk-ins get better service.

That they over book them selves...and if they would focus on cutting hair instead of talking then they would move people out ... In short good place to get your haircut if you have nothing to do for the rest of the day

If there was an option for 0 stars o would put that. what I wanted was copper brown what I got is burgundy red. also she straighnted my hair and in 20ins it was frizzy all this took 3 hours and still a unsatisfied costumer. the owner/manager didnt care about the customer is always right said I was wrong and that is the color I wanted ha very funny brown and bright red are very different. yes he refunded my money but I just wanted my hair fixed and he told me I need to go somewhere else. the definition of terrible customer service. only go here if your willing to gamble on your hair.

Do NOT go here. My husband went in for a high and tight and told Crystal specifically what he wanted and she did not listen whatsoever. He looks ridiculous and I have to shave his head. I called the owner to politely complain and almost went as far as to request a refund and he was completely rude saying “How old is your husband?” I responded with “20” and he responded with “He is old enough to tell her what he wants. It’s a grown man asking for a haircut, not a child.” I wanted to jump through that phone, but replied with “Okay thank you”. Never going there again and calling the Better Business Bureau.

Was treated like an idiot when i called and asked if the preferred walk-ins or appointments, showed up as a walk-in, and the male hairdresser purposely took clients in front of me because he didnt want to be bothered with cutting AND coloring my hair. Ive always had long hair, and went in to get a bob so i was already extremely nervous. The girl cutting my hair looked at the SIX example photos of short, one-length blonde bobs with no bangs or layering and decided to only highlight my hair (so i look very 2003 jamie lynn spears) and then gave me a TON of layers so now i cant even put my hair halfway up in a ponytail because the hair in the back of my head is layered and too short. My girl knew she had messed up too, because after she clipped the first layer she started throwing my hair different directions and dramatically snipping the ends to hide the fact that i was getting layers. She thn dried AND styled my hair to hide the layers. Then she and her co-worker (not the man, but a third party & female) proceeded to gossip about me when they thought i was out of earshot. So now im walking around with a haircut 20 years too old for me, with streaky coloration that i didnt ask for, and have to spend more energy on my 4 inches of hair than i ever have spent on my hair when it was down to my thighs. Needless to say ill take the shears to the throat before darkening this ridiculous doorway again.
