I love the store, but the cashier. My items was 78.00 and I gave the cashier Joanne an hundred. She stayed she couldnt take it cause it would make her drawer short. I told her so 20.00 will make her drawer short. I request an manager and Joanne, pretended to call and turn around and said she can take it. I willnever, ever shop there again. I rather pay more for a better customer service. Her action was very unsatisfying to me.

Its a nice store but Hobby Lobby has more to offer .

Well first of all, they actually had blackout fabric. Second, the gal working the cutting counter was beyond awesome. Only wish I had her name. And the guy working the register was equally as helpful.... Kudos to you both..... I will make the trip back.

Closing at 5pm for the holiday season is not the best decision for a store that sells so much holiday decor and gifts. Why even bother keeping your brick and mortar open if you are going to make it inconvenient for your shoppers most of which dont even get off of work until after 5. I shop frequently at joanns and am consistently disappointed recently. Rethink your strategy. Ill be buying online from now on from other retailers.

Mattie, employee working the register today, was short and rude to elderly customers. Patience and courtesy goes a long way when working with the public. Not everyone is as tech savvy as the youth of today and just because they can’t flip up a coupon on their phone as fast as you can, doesn’t mean they should be treated as if they were an idiot.

They have a great selection of fabric and materials, and their staff have always helped provide ideas when I am stuck on how to make a cosplay piece. Plus they do offer a military discount. All in all, they are the only fabric/crafting store Ill go to.

Joann fabrics has changed over the years. I was excited to move here and see what the larger store would carry. Sadly the shift is way way more decor items and less fabrics. And a TREMENDOUS amount of the fabric selection is fleece. Enough with the fleece people! Overall the store is clean and organized and the staff is pleasant.

It was refreshing to sit and look through patterns. The selections of fabrics looks great. I didnt have time to look the way I needed to look. It was great sale on patterns today. Not usually a store I visit because I dont sew nor am I a crafty type person but I do like hunting for treasures. Found some starter grow kits that were not that inexpensive but will make great gift items for mothers day. A grow kit, a book, candle, lotion, fun baskets. If u are a treasure hunter always on the lookout for inexpensive gift items. This place is worth a once in awhile popin to see whats on sale or clearance.

Ive been once for myself and once for helping someone else shop and BOTH times Ive left saying the same thing, I will NEVER come back here again! Same experience both times. You go in and the lady there curly is sooo nice and helpful then you have to deal the with the other employees when you check out etc. They are rude, smart mouth and condescending and not just my experience either. I saw them do this to everyone in line. Go to hobby lobby or Michaels.

Very rude customer service, i got asked my last name for the curbside order, i told the employee and then she tells me i dont know my own last name. Seriously. After 15 mins trying to get my order of 2 bandanas she didnt tell me have a nice day, thank you for shopping with Joann or anything. Handed me the bag and walked off

Their selection is awesome, but 1 star for the staff. Rude, and very unwelcoming. An employee followed me back and forth through the yarn aisles though he wouldnt speak to me. Then the cashier was very rude to my wife both time we went there. Not going back.

I was very disappointed that this store had VERY LITTLE College football materials. Online there was a Texas Longhorns Panel and the website said only available in store, so I drove every bit of 20 minutes maybe more to find NO Longhorns Panel and NO Texas A&M material.. I bought 2 fat quarters, 2 KitKat bars, a Doet Pepsi and 1 package of wooden ball knobs and a Paw Patrol toy that was up by the register. Employees were Great, Helpful and Friendly.So my question to you is how can I get the material I need without driving all the way to TX.?

Hate that the one by me had to close down, but this one that surprisingly rose up from the ashes of 2 locations closing and being joined into 1... I couldnt finish the whole place walking thru in one day, personally! Helpful friendly staff! As I was there for one specific item, wound up getting more than just that one! 😊

I was very disappointed in the service at this particular store. There was one lady at the checkout and one lady cutting fabric. As someone who does not sew for a living or even a hobby, I was out of my element. There wasnt a single employee on the floor to help direct me to the things I needed. After wandering around for an abnormally long time, I was lucky enough to find a kind shopper who helped me. As I checked out, I was given a 50 percent off coupon but I wont use it because I will never be back.

Great fabric and craft store. Love buying pattens at the end of the season. I got patterns for $1.99. I saved 177.00 pn patterns.

Found exactly what I was looking for to make my first cushion. The lady who helped me measure and cut my fabric, told me about the 40% off coupon to help me save at the register. Ive never done a DIY project like this and everyone at Joann made me fill more confident in completing it. It isnt the prettiest of cushions, however it works and I am proud!

Our JoAnn Shreveport, LA store relocated to a newer, bigger location this year and it’s a disappointment. They have very few employees at the cutting area that know how to actually get the job done in an accurate and timely manner. The 60% off sewing notions coupon would not work for ric rack trim, which I had been told was included and wasn’t excluded in writing on coupon. I wish we had another option for fabric. I miss Hancock’s!
