There was only 1 person on duty til 1pm when someone showed for an hour and then someone else come in being solo til closing. Youre speaking to an experienced retail mgmt person. Its vital to have 2 people at all times even if just for safety!!!Stores need truck delivery and shelves stocked!!!! Thankfully I was patient enough to wait in between calls and customers for her to continue helping me.

Out of stock on the most popular hair colors. Staff not very eager to help. Couldnt answer the questions that I asked. (What is a demi hair color?) Mansfield Rd and Pines Rd in Shreveport needs to train these ladies. I ended up buying something that I didnt want. I had more help from customers. No pleased with this location at all. Love Sallys!

Well stocked store with plenty of options and the staff is always very helpful. The store is also very organized and clean which helps a lot when youre trying to find a product quickly.

Jean is probably the most helpful person Ive ever met. She made suggestions for things I might need, was amazingly friendly, got me signed up for the loyalty card at Sallys, and even found discounts for me! I will definitely be back.

Terrible customer service!!! Very rude, unfriendly partners. Im thankful for Ulta and the awesome customer service. Its sad when the businesses by yours even say the employees are rude! So disappointed that I didnt want to even spend 1 cent in what was my favorite store! No worries, Ulta is right down the street! Thanks Sallys for making Ulta my go store now!

Terrible customer service! I would rather drive to Shreveport to buy products. The ladies there are rude unhelpful and very disrespectful. Worst Sally’s I’ve ever been to. Will never be back!

Only one employee was helpful. The manager and others were very rude. I know what I want and dont need your uninformed opinion and criticism. The public restroom is closed whenever someone doesnt want to have to clean it. If I ask nicely to use the restroom, which I have used before, and you tell me its not for public use so go down the street. 😞 I will go down the street AND I WILL take my business down the street also. 📌📌📌Recommend potential customers go North on Airline Dr to Beene Blvd (3mins) to Ulta. They are much nicer, larger, have a better selection, a clean public restroom and salon services. 📌📌📌 💄🛍💈🍷

I bought 9 items from them but was rung up for 10. It was a buy 2 get 1 free sale so it messed up what I wouldve gotten for free, I went back just wanting to get the free item it said I got but I didnt get. I didnt want a refund I know that doesnt work. Just to get the item and buy more. They told me I didnt make any sense, laughed at me, and talked to me like I was stupid saying I didnt understand. They said yeah but it doesnt matter if I rang up more than you bought because it was free I said okay then I just want to get the free item is what Im saying because I didnt get it and then she laughed and said do you hear yourself right now and the other lady said I couldnt do that and didnt make any sense. Took my stuff and left. Not worth my $ and wont be back just to be treated like Im an idiot
