We called before going there to make sure that they have in their store the product that we are looking for.they said yes.when we came,the flying scooter was placed so high, so we were asking if they can put it down so well have an idea if the size suits my children.we were supposedly to buy 2 of that.but they said they cant put it down so we just have to see it looking 200cm from the ground,that was so UNCONSIDERATE.plus the very annoying smile of the lady.we ended up not buying it because it looks so big and we didnt know if my kids can play that. we traveled a long way and the parking lot will costs us so we just had a quick snack to the foodcourt. Will definitely not going back in this store.

This is a large store with lots & lots of stuff. There are 2 entrances to the store. They have a decent collection of toys but nothing exclusive to tell about. Its worth noting that the toys are all for the local market, so you can not buy most learning toys due to all of them being in Japanese! I tried to buy one of those fisher price toys for a 1 year old niece, but failed to find any that has some English sound in it. There are a few people in the staff who speak English, but it is difficult to get hold of any of them regardless of their language skills. Babies R Us has a lot of items for babies including foods which is great!
Pretty big store divided in 2 main sections: kids and babies. The kid section has a decent variety of toys, but its not a big deal. However, the baby section is HUGE. You can find absolutely everything you can imagine: strollers, diapers and even breastfeeding braziers. Prices are not cheap, and odaiba is not particularly close, but it is a nice visit.
Fantastic and big store. Good for shopping for baby food and sometimes they have good deals on clothes.
