Texas Ave. Location - Friendly and helpful staff! The vehicles being pulled are very organized and easy to find. Just tell the staff what youre looking for, and theyll look it up on the computer. If its on the yard, youll get a print out of the location. From there, its up to you!!

Good folks, got a steal of a deal on a visor for my daughters 2005 BMW. Saw a bunch of other hard to find cars while walking the rows. I love a good U-Pull-It and this is one of them!

Well organized junk yard with decent prices. They offer a discount card which is worth the price if you use the place often. Car/truck selection is good for common Chevy, GM, Ford, Dodge vehicles. If you are looking for a rare brand or model they may not have it. Check their website for listing of vehicles on the lot and take note of how long the vehicle has been on the lot. After a month or so, vehicles get pretty well picked over. I was able to easily find 4 GM window motors, some bulbs, bolts, screws and trim pieces all in decent shape. They allow 30 day returns on the window motors which was good since one did not work. No hassle with the return. Went with 5 stars even though the bathroom is a port-a-john and place is dirty, but it is a junk yard, should have too high of expectations. As far a junk yards go, this place is organized which helps to get in find the vehicle you need pull your parts and check out with ease. Wish more auto junk yard were like U-Auto-Pull-It

This is a great place to find cheap car parts. They were quick to find the part I needed. They even search junkyards far away and will have it pulled and delivered. Really awesome service that I didn’t know about before but now will be using regularly.

Usually have what I need. Most importantly, do not forget your tools! Even if you do, they have super friendly people who can and will pull your part for you! Each time I go, the prices are less than expected. Everyone there is knowledgeable and helpful. I will be going back!

Understaffed, slow...and I had an appointment scheduled for this morning on Friday! I ended up getting my vehicle HOURS later than the 30-45 minutes I was told it would take to install the wiring for my tow package. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed the pink mini Bic from my ash tray was missing. Im not worried about the lighter, but Im glad I didnt leave my gun in the console. I wont be doing business here again.

Went there to buy a 20 dollar part while taking it off my ratchet broke so I could not take thePressure line off so I had to pay extra 8 dollars for line which I did not need I asked if they had ratchet I could use they said no and they are very rude and I will never go there again

Not a bad place, good customer service. Good place to get parts if you drive a pretty common vehicle but Ive seen bigger places with more to choose from. Scored a chevy truck grill for less than 50 bucks and a windshield washer pump for 5 bucks

I was displeased with my trip here yesterday (Friday July 6th). I was down in baton rouge visiting family and headed back to New Mexico where I live and stopped to see if they had a few parts I was looking for to replace some worn out ones on my car (1998 Subaru legacy). So I walked in and asked where the car was because I saw they had one on their website and it was almost to the back of the lot so instead of hauling my tools back there I wanted to at least see if they had the parts I was hunting for. They did and so I went back to the front and told him I was going to grab my tools. And he said were closing in 7 minutes so I said alright Ill grab what I can and then look at my phone at it said 5:13 (they close at 5:30 according to the paint on their door). So I go and grab my tool bag and run back out the the car in the lot and grab a few of the smaller items on my list that can be taken off in little time relatively easily. I walk back up to the front and its about 5:21 and the guy says you made it so I get checked out etc and put my tools and few parts I got into my car and am getting cooled off and its now about 5:25 and as Im sitting in my car when they walk out of the door and lock it and get in their vehicles and drive off. That will be the last time I ever go to a U Auto Pull It. I will take my money somewhere else in the future.

Obviously their in the market of selling bad motors just for the $100 non refundable charge, and didnt even seemed concerned at all that I had just bought a bad motor, nor trying to find a replacement for it throughout the company...so they can sell bad motors all day long and get to keep your $100 pulling fee...very unhappy customer...and I bought 2 motors that day from them...
