These guys told me theyd need two weeks and would call me with quotes on repairs before doing them. They kept my machine for three months, then racked up over $1200 of repairs without calling, and eventually stopped answering my phone calls. During that three months, I needed my trailer back that was at their shop, so I went up there and told the guy at the counter Im taking that trailer over there. He said okay and let me leave with it, no questions.I finally got their service manager on the phone after three months, who told me the absurd total cost >$1200 and all that. I reminded him of our discussion from the beginning, what theyd agreed to do and that they hadnt followed through. He then said lots of things, none of which explained why they didnt do what they said theyd do. I told him Id be there at the end of the week with $1000 check, and no more.Now the bad part...I picked up my machine, and it was running poorly again. Took it to another mechanic, who said I had no oil in my machine. I asked if it was cracked anywhere, leaked or anything. He said no, someone drained your oil (he didnt know anything about where it had been).Takeaway: these guys agreed to a timeline of weeks and kept it the entire summer, agreed to communicate cost estimate before doing work but just did stuff without telling me a cost anyway, were not communicative and eventually ignored my calls, and many other things - so I respectfully confronted them about each of these things. They drained my oil, took $1000 check, and are going on like business as usual to this day.Thought Id share my experience.

Travis and his team did a great job!!!! Getting my motorcycle back on the road. Great work and very great customer service. The best shop Ive ever been too. Im from TN, and I will tell all my friends to check out Rock Powersports when they are down that way.

Trey and the guys are great to do business with. Highly recommend stopping there if youre in the market for an ATV or SxS.

As a former employee I have to say, everything about this place is great. The workers work to get the job done everyday to make sure the customers leave happy. I encourage everyone to go see the guys at Rock you wont leave disappointed.

We just left their store, and had a terrible experience and were only there a short time. We walked in were never greeted. We walked up to the counter to seek help (we were looking to purchae today) the man at the counter said the salesman was out and would be back shortly. So we walked around looking (no prices on anything) but still walked around. I know I spoke loud enough for the man to hear we were interested in a few things and he never came to even offer help or a price. We ended up leaving and are going somewhere else with our business. Will never go into this place again.

I was told I was lucky to get the poor service I received. It was a tough day. Lucky I got any service at all.

Unbelievable pricing, they were thousands of dollars cheaper than anyone in town. They have a very friendly staff and their service department finished my bike that day while I waited. They will be getting all of my future business.

Bought my new Yamaha YZF- R sports bike from this place. I originally came in and had to wait 15 mins before I got anyone to help me as I wanted to purchase the bike they had. The only person that could help me was on the phone, and Im not 100 percent certain, it sounded like it wasnt a business conversation but personal. The gentleman knew I was waiting but he didnt even say, just a moment and Ill be with you.Other than that it was good buying experience. However, I probably wouldnt have bought anything from them if it werent for the fact that they had the bike I wanted in stock which was rare.

Place has a a few decent motorcycles/ATVs at average prices. Out of the 3 times i have visited i was not helped once. the last time I went to Bossier yamaha, I was treated like i wasnt even there. had workers just walk past me as I tried to get a word in for help. One of the worst experiences i have since moving to Bossier City. I bought an item from them and it just seemed like i was such a inconvenience them when i went to check out. Will not come back to this place ever again!
