Made an appointment for my daughter and I to get manicures, the young lady who booked our appointments was so helpful! When we arrived arrived we were greeted promptly. We picked out a couple nail colors while we waited for each of our manicurists. The young lady who did my daughters nails was very nice and she did a good job on her nails, however my daughter and I didnt like that she would look at her phone every few minutes, not talking on it but seemed to be checking messages, this happened about 3 or 4 times during the manicure, once I wouldnt care or mention it but as I stated it was 3 or 4 times, that I saw. Now to my manicure, a manicure is an experience you go for a treat, a little relaxation, the man who did my nails did a good job but I booked a spa manicure that seemed more like an express manicure, I dont think the manicure lasted any longer than 5 minutes. Felt very, very rushed, like I was an inconvenience. We usually go to another salon/spa in town for manicures and honestly will probably continue to go there, they take their time and make you feel like a valued client wanted to really like this spa, I have been a user of Aveda products for 20+ years. I love the pride and quality Aveda puts into its salons and spas but our experience missed the standard we have come to know and love from Aveda.Update...the salon owner has since reached out and offered an apology for our salon experience and we look forward to giving Spa Concepts another chance and hopefully having a better visit.

My botanical facial was on of the best things Ive done for myself in a long time!!! My daughter loved her mani! Love the atmosphere and friendly staff, such a relaxing place!!!! Highly recommend

I’m sad & disappointed with Spa Concepts. They charged me for half my service, because I had to cancel due to illness. It was the right thing to do rather than expose my amazing stylist Brittany & others in the salon. I really considered going in to avoid the charge but couldn’t bring myself to be that irresponsible & selfish. I adore Brittany, & she is a top-notch hairdresser. She always makes me feel relaxed & look fabulous. Now, I feel unappreciated & am not sure I can return to enjoy the experience while feeling the way I do. I used to hate haircuts, because it caused so much anxiety. But going to see Brittany has felt like such a well-deserved treat for the past 7 years. I asked about the charge when the salon called to reschedule (which I appreciate), & the lady was snooty for the whole conversation. It doesn’t seem right that they can charge my card without my permission.

The massage I had was very relaxing. I loved the relaxation room while I waited for my technician. The overall atmosphere was very calm and therapeutic. My only complaint is my appointment was at 12, and I arrived at 1140. However, my technician did not come and get me for my appointment until 1215. I paid for a 60 minute massage but only got 45 minutes of it because she didn’t come get me until 1215. Other than that, my overall experience was great.

Both of my daughters love their cuts by Katie House! She listens to them and makes them feel beautiful while also suggesting hair care techniques and great products to use at home. We are happy we found her here at Spa Concepts:)

I went today for a hour and half long massage after hurting myself this week. Jake was absolutely wonderful. I was able to move easier after my appointment. I will definitely be back. Jake was also very nice and helpful on ways to improve/care for the pain. 💕

I got a prenatal massage from Sam and he was extremely on point throughout my whole massage. I also got a facial and the lady had a bubbly personality that puts you at ease. This was my first time getting a facial and massage, and I recommend anyone to this Spa Concepts in Bossier. The whole entire staff made me feel welcome, at ease, and relaxed.

This was my first time getting a Bikini wax ever in life. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and professional when you walk in. The waiting room was so relaxing and they offered me a mimosa bonus point. Cas, was my tech and she was very funny and friendly and keep me distracted from the pain. Well, Berry the Masseuse almost took my fiancé from me. Haha! I booked him his first massage for his birthday and he literally talked about it the whole day! He was in total shock of how clean it was and how professional Berry was. He raved on how he felt super relaxed and the amount of pressure through out the massage was just right. Both times I have been, I have loved the staff and the services, BUT the atmosphere is not very relaxing for a spa. When you are in the lobby, the manicure area, and the pedicure area, the sounds of other services being performed in spa carry and are so loud.

I’m active duty Air Force and always struggle to find a new nail tech every time we move. I called Spa Concepts when we got here last month and was lucky enough to get an appointment with Ms Lynn. She did a great job then and again when I went back to see her today today. If anyone is looking for a great nail tech schedule an appointment with Lynn. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

So i went there in the beginning of march before quarantine. beauty clean place. receptionist was nice. the lady who did my wax wasn’t friendly nor nice impatient since it was my first brazilian. she gave me no tips to take care of it. like i said it was rushed plus i’m mixed and she obviously only knows how to wax white people i found that out when i went to a trained professional who can do all hair types ... like i said beautiful place and atmosphere the wax lady wasn’t

Update; I have been getting waxed by Juels, she is wonderful and polite. She always explains the process and she keeps you entertained to distract you from the process, I love that. She is also fast. I will continue to use Spa Concepts. This place is awesome, I would definitely recommend 👌.

Brittany Koiner is the best! Just love her, very professional and always knowledgeable and listens to customer. Never been disappointed by her or her service. However I go the salon to get away, we have to mute our phones, so why cant the other employees be respectful and not be so loud? There is one particular employee who speaks loudly and has an obnoxiously loud laugh. She needs to tone it down a few notches.

I bought a Mother’s Day gift and you get a sample of lotion. The young girl said you have to spend $75.00 the sign did not say that. I call the manager when I got home. She said you get a free sample if you buy a Mother’s Day gift which I did. When I told her I did, she changed the story. Ms. Kim you need workers who do not think they are the owner. She is a young child bring her home life into your business. The manager tried to take up for her. I told her by and hung up. I know how to put my money in my pocket

I’ve been visiting Lori LaRoux for several months of my pregnancy. At almost 38 weeks, my body was exhausted. She performed a reflexology massage on me, which felt great. I was relaxed and at ease. Less than 24 hours later my water broke naturally and I had my sweet baby the following day. I give credit to Lori for preparing my body for labor and will definitely continue my massages postpartum!

I recently had my hair done at this salon in Bossier City. I paid $325 total for the services and my hair is embarrassing, dry and brittle. It looks as if I dyed my hair blonde and it has grown out for months, even though it has only been a week. Kory was my hair dresser and suggest a balayage and a cut so that’s what I did. It really looks awful. It’s all blonde in the length of my hair and then super dark brown at the 4 inches at the top of my scalp. I’m so disappointed. I will never ever use this place again. I can’t wait until it’s time to dye my hair again so I can fix it. Then maybe I won’t be embarrassed to have my hair down. Be aware that they ruined my hair and make sure you find someone close to you that you trust for a good hairdresser, so u won’t end up feeling like I do at this point.

Best spa ever!! I visited this place January 2019 for my birthday & had a full spa package for me & my best friend & it seriously might have been one of the best days of my life. Staff were very attentive & I didnt have to worry about anything! We had massages, facials, and mani/pedis done. They even got us lunch from Newks & provided us with bottomless drinks.The price was also so great for everything I got. I am used to seeing $150 for JUST a facial in Dallas but I got a full days worth of spa here for I think $200-$250 a person! & that was just the regular price, no coupon or deal! I am not a person who regularly spends money on beauty but even I felt I got my moneys worth for the day. One of the employees recommended an Aveda product to me that I actually ended up loving & still use to this day!The place was sooooo clean I wanted to live there! I am extremely picky about cleanliness of places so I was expecting something to be a little dirty but it was perfect! Even the bathrooms were spotless! I am definitely trying to come back here whenever I am in town!

I gave this place a shot because I love how my sisters hair is so beautiful. I went in with an idea on cut and color and Amber Cryer DID NOT DISAPPOINT. She is so AMAZING. I cant rave about her enough. I went in with severely damaged hair and she did her magic now my hair is healthy. She knows her stuff !!!! Highly recommend her and I will come back!!!

The place was amazing. The only thing I was not happy about was they offer add ons to upgrade your message and facial and when I asked about a couple add ons I was told no with a different excuse. Besides not being able to add the hot stone and face peel I really enjoyed it.

I LOVE, the treatment you recive when you first come in, the consultation session was great, it gives the opportunity to see if you even like the stylist that was paired for you. When you go in for your cut you are treated like royalty. It is a better than great experience, and I actually Love my new cut and style!!!!!! Monique did my hair and she is fantastic at her job!!!!

I got my hair done here on Sunday. Full head of highlights. After 4 hours, I left with my hair half blonde with some blue and silver coloring. I was told that my hair was overtoned and would wash out the next time I washed it. It has been 2 days and it’s more silver than I could even imagine. I could not even go in and get it fixed because I left for vacation. Not only did I cry my eyes out because I’m 23 looking like a grandma, I’m stuck on my vacation with silver hair and no solution but to go spend another couple hundred to get it fixed.

First, I just want to say that Spa Concepts is such a beautiful beautiful spa and the girls up there are amazing! Secondly, the service once you walk in the door is exceptional. From friendly greeting, to fruit enfused water, to a relaxing lounge area, to ambience, it really did exceed my expectations. I had a brazillian wax done before at another spa, but after coming to Spa Concepts, I wont ever be going anywhere else. I highly reccomend this spa to anyone considering doing a brazillian wax or to anyone who and is looking for a nice little getaway.Shout out to Cassidy- who did my Brazillian wax!! She was so much fun to talk to and she made the whole waxing process, quick, easy and, well..as pleasant as waxing can get. Lol Thank you Cassidy!
