I had to be fit with hearing instruments to obtain my truck driving license. Jeff worked extremely hard to make sure I got the best hearing possible and to make sure my paperwork was submitted. He is very professional and loves working to make sure I am able to stay hearing. The staff is wonderful and caring.

I have been taking my parents to Alps Mtn for several years now. Jeff is very patient and gentle with them. Both my parents have been pleased with their hearing aids and the service they get. I can highly recommend Alps Mtn to all my family and friends.

Do not buy a hearing aid from this company, you will be sorry, they enlist deceptive and fraudulent practices .My dad has dementia, they sold him $3600 hearing aids, kept his credit card, we told them we wanted to return them, was promised a refund that we never received.The contract they tricked my father into signing was not legal because he has dementia, we communicated right away we wanted to return the hearing aids, they kept making excuses to keep us from returning them.They then told us to go ahead and mail them back, we did, then they claimed they never received them.(We had our signed delivery receipt )Now they tell us “ sorry no refund, it’s past your 30 days “ have to take them to court.

I had to post this, Jeff and his staff would never take advantage of anyone. I have been coming to see Jeff for 5 years and never once seen him or any staff ever have a bad day. Knowledgable, caring, friendly and down to earth describes Alps Mtn. and everyone that works there.
