The staff went above and beyond to help me! They were all super friendly and I always had someone right there if I needed help.

These guys are great. Very willing to help you find what you ate looking for. They also helped recommend products they like. I ended up buying something from the sales lady suggestions. I was very impressed how they wiped down the card reader and counter. You go girls!

I love Bath and Body Works! Genuinely the most pleasant atmosphere in the entire mall. It is a little pricey, but you always get the best candles that you can actually smell! An employee even told me that she liked my shoes, which of course made my day. I also like how most people there wear a mask and last time I went they were actually enforcing a capacity limit (one of the only places that actually enforce it). The cashier was also really nice when one of my coupons didnt work, which was appreciated. Always love going here!

They were very effectively limiting the number of guests in the store and sanitizing the register counter & payment keypad between uses. They also used a cloth to hold my hold while scanning my BBW rewards card. The usual great customer service was still in place.

I had an uncomfortable experience here recently. I love the ladies that work here and they have always been very kind to me but a recent interaction was quite contrary to the norm. I had gone in and bought a few things (this is during covid) and was checking out with a short, young white lady that I had never seen before. We were having a normal quant conversation like normal. Then when she had to take my phone to scan my membership, this interaction proceeded to transpire. She said Is it ok if I take your phone and scan it? I said, Yes of course. I pulled it out and She took it and I said, Im not worried about covid or anything so dont worry. (I work as a receptionist at the hospital and I had just had my second Pfizer vaccine the day before and didn’t want her to worry about touching my phone and having me upset because of her touching it.) I said it in a a normal manner and she looked back at me widened her eyes and said OH, WELL YOU SHOULD WORRY. And I was super confused, this wasn’t a mask thing as we were both wearing masks, this just was out of the blue. She had to take my phone and I just didn’t want her to worry about touching it as some people get stressed about it. Her reaction was like I said that i refuse to wear a mask or something. I was just trying to reassure her that I wasn’t upset about her using my phone to pull up the membership. Well, she was silent after that and I tried to bring the conversation back, I said I loves these new scents you guys got in. And she stayed SILENT. She handed me my bag and receipt not making eye contact and I thanked her. She refused to respond. So that was a weird, rude and a confusing experience. It almost felt threatening but I don’t know. I wish it was recorded because it was just so strange. I hope the young lady learns to calm down and some customer service. It was just such a random and uncomfortable interaction. Everyone else working here was great and I never had any issue at this store in the years I have been going here.

We when in to grab some hand sanitizer on March 7th. Unfortunately they were out of stock of the large bottles and only had travel size in stock. However the employee was very friendly and personable. She also told us they were sold out on-line and they did not know when they would be back in stock.

There were 7 employees on the floor today. 1 was helping a guest. 1 was checking out customers. The other 5 were chit chatting with each other. Great service from the employees who were there to work, otherwise not impressed.

The staff was nice and they have great christmas sales. The prices were quite low and me and my family had a ball shopping there.

Lovely smelling products with plenty of sales. We lucked out and got several nice gift sets for 75% off!!

The annual sale at this location is fantastic with most of the merchandise marked 75% off. The store is clean and organized. When I visited yesterday, Megan was super helpful and really sweet.

I absolutely LOVED my experience here, the girls werr super nice and helpful but without hovering. I had gone to get a few gifts and stocking stuffers and left with exactly what I needed thanks to the employees help (I hate that I cant remember her name).

They are always so helpful here and if you cant find it, they will look for you
