My son took me here for Mother’s Day. I was met by Sabrina who measured my foot and step and introduced me to a wonderful sock called Balega! I can’t imagine purchasing anything else going forward. I tried a few shoes and ended up with an extremely comfortable shoe called GHOST 13 by BROOKS. I have never had a pair of shoes fit me as well as these do. What a wonderful place to shop!!

The manager helped me find the right shoe for what I needed. She did not run and get the most expensive she listened and got different brands to see what was best. I got the Brookes. Love them. And those damn socks need to be a full body suite .so comfortable.

Met with Chris who did the 3D scan on my feet. He is very helpful and did not rush and kept looking and trying on shoes until we found the right one.I ended up buying I insoles of my dress boots, walking shoes and also buying a pair of shoes. Prices are the same as you would buy outside and you get a 60 day return exchange on your shoe inserts and shoes if they dont work out.I loved my experience and will bring the whe family here from now on.

Went into Fleet Feet tonight at 5:30 pm and the female staff member that opened the door said I have an appointment at 6pm so I cant help you. She had another couple in the store. Very rude.

Our second experience as Fleet Feet where I got my dad an updated pair of amazing Hoka shoes. The manager Sam is exceptionally helpful and is truly a shoe/feet specialist. Anyone looking for great running or walking shoes I highly recommend this place. I cant imagine you would find a more catered shoe fitting experience anywhere else. I stopped in this store looking for a specific shoe in my somewhat large and wide size. They did not have the shoe in stock and I had to order it online. However, they did measure my feet and were extremely helpful and very pleasant. Even though they did not have what I was looking for, I have to give this store and the people working there that day a five star rating.... They were just so pleasant and helpful that I walked away feeling great. Thank you! I will be back to buy something.

Had to share this story I had ordered a pair of Mens size 11 Brooks running shoes online, from a fleet store. I received a pair of womens Nikes which I could barely fit a toe in. The very friendly staff @ fleet feet in Bonney lake, set me up in a great pair of shoes. And went out of their way to contact the vendor and send the Nike womens shoes back. even though they had nothing to do with the order.OUTSTANDING customer support and much appreciated !
