Cashiers are fast and efficient. Store is kept clean. Lots of parking. We love that store.

Wonderful employees, clean store, great parking... My only issue is that Im starting to get addicted to only wanting to shop Costco! 😆

I just started working at this location as a stocker, but even when I was just a normal customer Ive always enjoyed shopping here. Employees (now coworkers) are always super friendly and get stuff done. Ive also gotten prescription glasses at the optical department and its crazy how cheap they can be. Paid less than 100 bucks for two pairs of glasses. The food court is great as well, unless its during peak hours and the wait time gets pretty long.

Then pharmacy technician the Women at the counter are not friendly at all.They make me feel like I am interfering with there day.

Was waiting while my husband had his hearing retested and told him if I went inside under their ridiculous mask requirements it was going to cost him money and it did. You generally buy more than you need but I also talked to a number of great people as I traveled thru that huge store. Also a very helpful store worker who could actually tell me the aisle number for the product I was looking for.

What’s to say it’s Costco. Die hard member, love it

Bonney Lake Costco is my favorite. Parking is not an issue like it is at the Puyallup Costco. It was a bit crowded today, but the other customers were quite polite.

I was late 10 minutes for my eye exam, and the receptionist wont help me, usually the ask the doctor if is ok to see the Patient, no help it all, they were not busy at all, i drove from far away,

We ordered several sandwich and meat and cheese trays. They were perfect for the occasion. Food was ready as ordered and ready to pick up. Saved a lot of work at home!

This is a great Costco with a good layout. There are always carts and there is never too long of a line.

I got gas here this time. Always convenient. Lines are almost never always full. If they are, its always a quick wait. Love Costco services, you will too! But youve got to be a member first. So hurry on over.

Fine I guess for meds. But Costco has gotten too big for their britches! During this COVID time, they have had record earnings! Yet, they are not passing it out to their members! Seldom good sales on food, just vitamins and expensive electronics and appliances!! I would appreciate produce, cheese, canned goods getting some discounts!

Its Costco - duh! This last time around, the place wasnt too busy, so it was pretty easy to get in and out. Thats my only complaint about Costco in general - theyre always so crowded that even with all the checkouts open it can take a little while to get checked out. Victims of their own success, I guess - but if its crowded, evidently a lot of people like it enough to put up with the crowds.

Moved here from Seattle and this is the cleanest, best organized store, with the nicest people!!They have a fantastic selection of products that are relevant to this geography, plenty of the staples, and plenty of rotating new products as well.

This costco is kept very clean. Service is always helpful and nice every time Ive gone. Plenty of parking.

Went to the optical department to get new glasses..they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Did some shopping and as always fast check out.

We stocked up on things for kids lunches at school. We also got some fresh fruit for dessert tonight. Then got a couple of bakery items as a special treat. Other than that a few basic staple items we were low on. It can cost a lot to feed 8 people on a daily routine especially when you take 4 people with specific diet restrictions. Costco wholesale and Costco business stores save us a lot of money.

Great Costco! Not as crowded as others in the area with a great selection of products. Not as cool as the business Costco though.

My wife and I went in as non-members for our COVID-19 vaccinations. Everyone, was very friendly. The store was well stocked, clean and organized. The lower price on some things was very substantial. We were so impressed that we left as members. Im not sure if all the Costcos are like the one in Bonny Lake, but assuming that they are. I can see why so many people shop there

Love at First Sight!! This brand new Costco is even more open and light filled and stuffed with everything youd expect to find at any Costco Warehouse. Tires? Check. Gas station? Check. Hit and cold foods? Check and check. The list goes on. And... cheeseburgers!! Hello? Does it get any better? Why yes it does... free standing food order station, no pipes or overhead $$transfer tubes at the checkout and the easiest pay point ever at the registers. No swiping or beeping or waiting so long as you are using a Costco credit card. Just touch the pay point with the card and done. Sweet!

Typical shopping at a big box store. They dont always have the same things in stock.

This location has pretty decent parking and always fast checkout! The meat department is pretty cool !

New Costco as of May 2018. It is the bigger newer design that Costco is using. Better selection of items than my regular Costco has. Big news is that they have the illusive double cheeseburger in the food court. Also have kiosks for ordering and paying for food in food court area. They are going to need to figure out a better solution for managing the food court line. It currently feeds straight back into the regular cash registers and totally blocks access to the bathrooms.

Best Costco in the area. Never insanely crowded like most Costco’s in the area. Good selection and friendly staff.

My go to for diapers and wipes for my 1 yr old. Good price, good quality diapers and wipes! Love Costco food on the way out. Very cheap food, pizza is mouth watering good and only $10 for a whole large pizza! The hot dog with soda is also good for a quick bite or if your broke after spending $100s there lol.

I love having a Costco right in Bonney Lake! The grand opening was fun, parking lot was filled at 7:45 when my neighbors went and 2:00 PM when we did.The gas pumps are the first turn off of 410. That is an OK way into the parking lot, but when you leave I suggest heading towards the medical center, (see photo), and think about parking on the South, (away from 410 side). This Costco has the food court right outside of the check out stands so there will be some congestion.

Wow this place is amazing just bought a membership and needed a TV Chris in the electronics department helped me find the correct one and the store is clean and all the staff that I interacted with were excellent including the staff working out in the parking lot thank you all again

The whole Serrano ham for $99 that comes with a mounting stand and carving knife is such a treat! Also, womens clothing is very well priced and of good quality! I appreciate how the Costco team works to do their best!

The whole thing went great,I picked the fridge I wanted ordered,paid. Next day email said c ok me pick up. I drove up showed my confirmation number. Pulled my truck up to the dock. They loaded it fully wrapped into my truck. Easy peasy. No salesman.no pressure . Great experience

Awesome!! I came through the self checkout with less than 10 items and was looking for the gun because It didnt make sense to me to unload the cart and when I asked the assistant where is the gun she said I have one and gladly scanned all my items and I grabbed my receipt and rolled on. She was cool!

I am used to Tacoma Costco. I like Costco anywhere. But this had way more handicap parking which is a bonus and a better, less chaotic parking area than any other Costco that I have ever been to.

I feel that this was the first time that customer service at Costco Bonney Lake disappointed me. I love the store and always amazing customer service, however, today shocked me. I went to pick up my contact lenses at the optical department where I had ordered replacement (damaged product) about 6 months ago. I had not received a phone call to pick them up and there has always been a long line and due to COVID concerns I did not want to linger. I was helped by a polite young man who was not able to locate them. He asked a very tall gentleman with glasses who appeared to be his supervisor. This guy from the start said sorry we did not call you but IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK ON THEM. HE SAID THIS TWICE...

Overall shopping experience is excellent as is typical of costco. Employees are attentive and efficient. Everything is well stocked. Location is easy to find and access. Parking is plentiful with wide parking spaces.

Great place to shop for bulk but, if you see items like clothing you might like get it then because they might not have it next time. (Hit or miss).

The great thing about Costco is still you can buy a bunch of stuff for a great price if you have plenty of room to store it. Unfortunately for me my wife thinks that we live in a great big house and we dont anymore. Great meat prices and really good wine prices. The fresh smell back in the bakery area is always pleasant. Love the $1.50 big dog and a drink, I do miss the mustard dispenser the onions and the dill relish boohoo. The place is clean. Everybody is quite friendly. Megan over at the customer service desk was very pleasant. Till next time

Bonney Lake Costco is my favorite Costco to shop at. Even though its out of my way, I would rather come here. The lines are never long and it never feels over crowded. Parking seems easier as well.

Always happy here.... but I dont like that samples are on big sheets of parchment paper that are just refilled especially during covid. Watched my husband pickup crackers and the demo person put two more down on the same spot. With most of us touching our faces, cart handles... Im worried about fecal matter more than covid. I called the demo company during early covid days because of this exact thing. Costco, can you please have them put samples in individual compostable cups???

My favorite Costco of all Costcos. Each and every staff are ALWAYS so pleasant, and even going on a Sunday afternoon we got in and right out of there. Way to go Bonney Lake Costco!

Costco is awesome. They do a good job with cleaning and upholding current mask guidelines.

The help here was fantastic. I usually shop the Puyallup store but the computer desk that I wanted was out of stock. So onto Bonnet Lake where they had ten. I barely made it into the store when someone shed if they could help me find something. I know the layout of stores are there same but this was opposite/mirrored if Puyallup. So I asked where the product was and was shown immediately and they helped me load it. Would give five stars but some customers were not wearing masks on their face and nobody was willing to say anything.

I really like Costco, its the same any Costco you go to,theres alot to be said in that.

The only problem was the lack of Gatorade zero. Otherwise, we got in and got out pretty quickly with what we needed with good service over all.

The Costco food court pizza is the frickin best! All the food there is really good and super cheap! So reasonable and fresh and delicious! However, I would have liked to see some better crowd control. It was PACKED! Most people were masked but too dang many in one area! Glad I don’t go there often. Just in ‘n OUT with a delicious pizza!

Love coming to Costco. Always leave with way more than I intend. Haha. Probably good for them.

Given the current climate of social distancing it would be an improvement if there were directional arrows for the aisles. Most people shop both sides of an aisle so it really would not be an inconvenience and would increase members ability to keep their distance while shopping. 😷 mandatory!

Come in, its a Costco. Excellent choices if foods for eating at home and all kinds of stuff to buy plus a nice selection at the food counter.

There was a dead guy in the aisle. And employees were more worried about see through masks than the guy dying/dead on the ground. Idk we all got our own priorities I guess. Make believe land or real life.

Wont let me in until sr hour is done. With the recent fires in the area I have limited time to be able to get down and back up to my small community as we are only allowed to use hwy 410 during certain hours. I explained this to the Karen at the door. Nope absolutely not. Costco you need to do better than this with your greeters is this what I get for paying for a membership?
