So been to this T-Mobile a few times in a past and honestly if I were to review them then 5 stars. I do not blame the employees in store, but I have been in twice recently twice to just get a screen protector replaced, and as opposed to previous visits. It was just a simple hello and nothing else. No estimate of how long to wait or anything else. Just hello wait until someone can talk to you.This of course is not an employee issue but a management one you need more employees on the floor. You staff is great but you need more.

I just went in to pay my bill. They had several employees, the store was clean and upbeat. Great music playing and the music the volume of the music was perfect! Every employee was busy with a customer, howevere i didnt have to wait. Anither employee came out and assisted me right away. He was calm,, Knew his job well and even opened the door to assist me on ny way out. 0 high pressure to buy anything I definitely will be back

I have been a t-mobile customer for over 20 years. Their service is great, their phone customer sevice is great. The sales staff in the local Bonney Lake store would RIP off and lie to your grandmother to make a sale. They should NEVER be trusted at their word. Never send a teen or a trusting person that you care about to that store. Send a killer negotiator who will not accept their lies at face value.

Was there waiting 20 min but the rep was not very informative and took 1and half hours . She still could not get anything right as she was charging card asked her if it was for both watches . She said yes and continued to tell me we needed to charge again. Told her to cancel order will do it on the phone. The rep on the phone read notes to me. she lied about the whole thing. Lied and horrible service.

I too felt ripped off, there was no mention of an upgrade fee to get a new phone, or the fact that I would be charged $50 for a protective film over my new phone. The customer service person seemed annoyed to be there and in a hurry to push me out, but charge me as much as she possibly could without letting me know.

Two stars because the phone maybe fixed and he did call trying to find a SIM card as they didnt have one for my phone. Found in Puyallup, in the mall. Long wait, they are very busy. I decided to have it shipped. After over an hour on my phone I was finally transferred (fourth transfer) to a Sprint rep that actually helped. Have had nothing but connection issues offline most of the time no calls, text, internet and navigation constantly drops. Called TMobile 4 times this week to reset, hold times are very long. When ask, in the store about coverage I said I was excited about an increase in network coverage but, expanded coverage my *** I dont get coverage in areas I used to. The TMobile rep says No, not extended my *** you need this option set. So my question is why didnt they do that when I came in before? He says it depends on who you get. Like its no big deal. Noticed I was roaming after he set the option, they dont know why. They will rest and call back if disconnected. We were disconnected, this had happened before, no one ever calls back. Sprint reps always called back to be sure the issue was fixed. Horrible service. I suggest you (TMobile) keep something from Sprint, like thier customer service. There are a lot of customers that will pay a little more for decent service. Not to mention a working network.

Had a great experience with T-MOBILE - Bonney Lake. Im pretty savvy when it comes to my phones as I go through them quite frequently. Had to pick up a couple new sim chips and fix the APN on my new phones. Nina was very polite and professional. It took a couple minutes to get things squared away but Nina was very knowledgeable about the issue and after a couple of tries she had it dialed in. We have been T-Mobile for 18 years and plan on being here for duration. Thank you very much

I bought a 150$ prepaid phone on the first of january, which all of a sudden turned out to be faulty and turns itself on and off on its own with no cause, and they wont let me return the phone for a new one because I didnt keep the box. Then I called another store and they said they will do the exchange for five dollars. How can you expect somebody to pay extra to replace a faulty phone sold to them. This is a shady company do not buy their product, they will not honor or resolve any type of issues that are started and caused on their end. All they were willing to do is cause more issues, and to top it off none of the stores are willing to resolve this or let me return it completely because of a box and tomorrow is the cut off date for returning it. This company only wants to steal your money do not I repeat do not buy anything from Tmobile. Go to Verizon or AT@T, you will at least get a quality phone with a customer service team willing to actually help you

Dont go in if youre a sprint customer. They dont like that very much. 2 stars because they were at least polite between talking amongst themselves and complaining about sprint. Ba bye. Just do your business online or switch to another brand. We went in to get 4 phones and switch to tmobile. They seemed actually relieved to find out we wanted phones for xmas gifts and would not be able to get phones without being ready to trade in same day, so probably should order online as they cant help us in-store. I dont sell phones for a living but I assumed salespeople got paid for new phones, the accessories, and new plans. Weird.

I went in today To set up a new phone linea new phone number because I previously had a line on my friends phone plan but we had a fight recently and she took it upon herself to cancel my phone. It turned out that she had also falsely reported my phone stolen and Jerry was able to help me get everything squared away fairly easily. I left the store with a new number AND my original phone! I would have hugged him if I could have. I was absolutely elated!

Continued from Best Buy: So as it turned out, buying a new phone wasnt a simple old phone Sim card to new phone switcheroo, No Problem and off you go. No, it was old phone used a micro Sim, and (Murphys Law) new phone is designed for the latest, greatest all be it smaller macro Sim card! After pondering my dilemma for a spell the only possible help would be from T-Mobile (my carrier), so I raced there hoping they werent closed (8 PM), and yay - still open. Even though it was on the way home, it would have been such a bummer if all I could have done was stare and admire my new unusable phone that night. Solona was the lady that took care of me and got me all squared away, yay Solona. Ive been with T-Mobile a few years now (before this), and have really never had a problem before. Having a local store and friendly, supportive staff was a Godsend as I only new they were there from driving by. As for T-Mobile their coverage and prices are by far the best. I havent come across any carrier with coverage as rural as T- Mobile goes.

Service was Great. Sam was really helpful in pulling up my account, finding the warranty for the screen protector on my note 9. Replaced it quick with no issues. The place was clean and bright and I will be going back again.

Just had my worst experience with T-Mobile in over 10 years. The Bonney Lake team is entirely incompetent. I came in for a simple cracked screened and to replace it with a new phone. After working with Chad for an hour and filling an insurance claim on the phone I was told to return 24 hours later. I arrived at 7pm the following day and the second Chad saw me pull in he went into the back, I thought maybe he went to go grab my new phone since he saw me, I was wrong he went in the back to hide. After explaining my situation to Jerry he seemed rather confused. At that moment Chad was leaving the backroom and avoiding me and I had to call him over. At this point the manager Sam came over and I had all three stooges trying to accomplish the simple task of a phone replacement.I was told that I had to call back the insurance company and I waited 24 hours for no reason. Jerry went and got my new phone but low and behold they are somehow unable to do an insurance claim and a jump upgrade at the same time.So now I must wait an additional 48 hours to get a phone shipped out to me that I dont want to be able to Jump to a new phone. How can this possibly be the best system?Both sales representatives Chad and Jerry were extremely rude and proceeded to tell me about all the ways they could not help me while their manager Sam dance to music and played with new inventory instead of helping the only customer in store.A phone store that cant sell phones.

We had a bumpy start due to miscommunication However after an unfortunate few extra trips back and few hours on the the phone the managers got together and we sat down and had a very good conversation with a what we believe to be a fair and friendly solution. They also took extra time to work out a couple small technical issues. Hopefully you guys read reviews as we appreciate the customer service

So my phone got wet, I came here for help and the woman wouldn’t get off her own phone to help me. She said it wasn’t her problem because they don’t do replacements here and I had to call the number... that I had to ask repeatedly for. After begrudgingly dialing the number for me to use the phone she kept tapping her nails on the counter signaling her impatience.I left will never go back to that store. I should have gotten her name because that is actually the rudest I have ever been treated by anyone I was seeking help from.

Today we headed to the Bonney Lake T-Mobile branch with our 4 kids to switch our service from Verizon. Sayonara welcomed us within seconds of walking through the door and spent the rest of our time there making our transfer as seamless as possible. She was kind, patient and very informative. We were so impressed with her customer service! I will most definitely be returning to this branch for all of my device upgrades and add-ons as well as referring our family and friends. Thank you for making this such a pleasant experience!!

Helpful, didnt oversell any particular phone and recommended based on what I needed, not the newest device. Only downside was when they booted up my new phone and I logged into my account it started downloading all my apps, which is fine... except is used up all my data for the month. The guy ringing me up didnt seem to understand my issue with this.

Went in to have a new screen protector put on, lady helping me had no customer service. She put on the protector once and from 3 feet away I noticed dirt under it, she took it off and tried again and then gave me it back with it completely crooked. Had her give it another shot, she gave me it back again but this time with dirt and it being crooked. Clearly she doesnt care about her work. No effort, and again the whole time rolling her eyes looking around the room and I did not leave there satisfied.

We had a mess of an issue involving ex-husbands, kids’ phones and 3 different states where everyone lived. AT&T could not handle the issue but Nina at this location handled it LIKE A PRO! I honestly can’t say enough good things about this store. Nina was so kind and knowledgeable. Not only did she handle this like a true professional but she was so fun to talk to! I really appreciate her help. The only bad thing I can say about this experience is that I know she will likely be moving up with this company and we won’t get to see her there!

Went to return phones there to get a better deal at the local Costco and they charged $50 per device (Costco doesnt do that).Then the lady there tried to convince us to not go to Costco with excuses over their Terms of sale. Then she got super rude at me when I told her that none of that mattered and I bought phones from there before to me and said I should respect people more in the future when they are trying to give me advice. (I was there with my dad and he is the account holder on the lines) she then proceeded to say since he was the account holder she was sure he appreciated her advice. (my father didnt even understand what she was talking about but could tell she was concerned about us going to Costco)Then she exaggerated over it taking 20-30 minutes to return per device (we had 3) because we factory reset them before we handed them in (who in their right mind wouldnt do that?) when it only took 15-20 mins total to do all 3. When it was all done and both me and my father were standing there she looked at my father and said thanks to him by name and didnt even look twice at me when we walked out the door after being done.If it wasnt for the fact we have been with T-mobile for 11 years and this wasnt our first experience with them there would be no way I would buy another phone from them in the future (now that we have Costco locally I will probably never go there again and if I do need to go to a corporate store I will drive the extra miles to Sumner instead)I work in customer support and if I treated my customers like that I would be talked to and then fired if that behavior continued. (you dont lecture and talk down to your clients when you think they dont care about your opinion)

HORRIBLE customer service! Evening of June 24th, My husband and I came in to upgrade our families phones and purchase a tablet. A little red headed girl was constantly insulting us, rushing us, correcting us. I explained I dont know your terminology and to bear with me. She was the rudest sales person Ive ever come across. We left because we couldnt spend a couple grand in that store. She did everything she could to get us out. We realized in the car that they closed at 8. It was 8:10. Whoever owns this store, this chic needs to be fired immediately. You just lost out on a huge purchase and I will tell everyone I know about your store!

Nice facility. Totally I knowledgable or untruthful staff. Told us we would receive $200 more back in our trade in than we actually received. Re-occurring phone bill was much greater than told in the store. Was told that since the phone I did want was not in stock that I could trade it in on a Jump for no additional cost, however when I returned to do so they wanted to charge an additional $100.Wrote the store manager on the I professionalism of the staff and heard zero response.I like the T-mobile service even though it sucks in my location, works all other places. LTE is faster than other wireless companies I have dealt with.

Recently went in to purchase a phone and while purchasing the phone I was told that the amount that I paid for $105 was for taxes the girl that worked there her name was Michelle told me that the accessories i got which was the case the screen protector and the wireless charger were included with the promotion of the phone and i would not be charged and were totally free which that turned out to be a huge lie . Upon checking on my bill i seen those acessories were being put as a installments and being charged for them again never did she mention that i would be paying these in installments or anything . If that was the case i would have not even got the items when i can purchase acessories somewhere else for way cheaper . This girl lied and tricked us into this just for sale . This is not the first time i have this issue with them . I have a been a customer for a long time and they dont know how to treat their customers or make things right ! Always Horrible customer service and these girls always have a attitude when you address them with an issue!

I hate the service there I have never been happy with it and feel like the price somehow always increases when the bill comes. The employee who just assisted us was very unprofessional, he was constantly looking around the store as if he wanted to walk away. My wife and I could not believe that we were treated this way, if you have to use TMobile dont use this one. call customer service and sit on the phone for 5 hrs with customer service.

Had a horrible visit at this location. About a week ago my fiancé and I bought two phones one was a Lg stylo 4 and the other was the iPhone XR. Not even a week into have the stylo it started freezing, then would take forever to shut down, then when it would finally shut down it would take forever to turn back on. I finally had enough so we went to the store and explained our situation the lady working went and told the manager and they came back out with the same phone I explained to them I do not want it anymore because, it is already having issues 7 days into having it. The guy explained to me that If I didn’t want the same phone and wanted to buy a different one I will have to pay a $50 restocking fee so I did, but prettying much they charged me $50 to restock a broken phone that they are going to resell. The blonde manager with the long hair was completely rude and disrespectful, and so was the lady that helped me. As soon as I am done paying of these phones I am unlocking them and switching back to my old carrier. Terrible business and customer service.

DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY ABOUT THEIR PROMOTIONS. I went in to find out why my bill was so much higher than they told me it would be, and they ASSURED me they had fixed the problem and then told me they had a promotion going for a new UE Boom 2 speaker at no charge, and that it would even lower my bill another 10 bucks a month. It sounded too good to be true so I said no thank you. The girl would not drop it, explained at least 5 times that it was a promotion, a thank you to their customers, that it WOULD NOT COST ME A DIME. I kept saying no, she kept assuring me that it was no cost, I asked if it was going to show up on my bill a few months later, she said absolutely not, I finally caved, and then for one month my bill was 10 bucks lower and the next month it was up again, and the UE Boom was listed as a 200 buck accessory purchase. Went back to the store, they told me there was no such promotion. Went in to find out why I was paying so much and left with a bigger bill heading my way. Stores like this one are why people steer clear of tmobile
