Scam sells defective phones and unhelpful staff will not recommend

I have been with PCS for over 5 years now and wouldnt change a thing!! LOVE MY METROPCS!!! NO DOUBT ABOUT ITHIGHLY RECOMMEND

Best. Employee. Ever.! Went in about a month ago to see about a new phone, was recommended to get the Moto G Stylus, phone is good but takes some getting used to. Today I did some see how your phone works navigation thing and it changed how my phone worked, my 3 navigation buttons were gone and I was on the verge of a panic attack because I hate change so much. Drive to the store in a panic and it took the young lady less than 3 mins to understand my rambling and fix my issue. I am so freaking happy. She is the same one who recommended theses phones (we have since bought 3). Whatever you have to do keep her!

I enjoy metro by T-mobile. First 2 years of being with them I decided to switch to Boostmobile had there service for a couple months then switched right back to metro and never switched again. Boost service was always laggy and barely worked while metros always has worked well for me so metro won me back.

I like the place other than, I went in to exchange my phone on a warranty and was surprised with a $20 swap out fee to get my new one which they never told me about when I first went in. Pretty upset about it

Buyer beware. My husband bought a cellphone charger and was charged $36.00 for it. It wasn’t even packaged or anything. As soon as he got in the car, I found my charger. So, 1 minute later we went back to the store and tried to return it, the female sales clerk, said can’t refund the money and can’t return.. what the heck ! We were only out of the store for a 1 minute!!!! This is such a scam!!!!!

Really mad... wasnt even 6 yet and we pulled up to pay our bill and the lady looked right at us locked the door and walked away. NOT EVEN CLOSING TIME YET. extremely rude.

Experiencing complete shut on my phone this morning. Went to one metro store where the help was not so helpful. I came to Bonney Lake store to see if someone here could help me. Zoe and Danielle fixed EVERYTHING for me with complete knowledge of what they were doing!! Huge thanks to them both!!Signed, one very happy customer!!!

We went to Metro PCS for an upgrade to our HTC phones we have had for about 3 years now. This Metro PCS store in Bonney Lake was a GREAT experience. Cory we beyond the call of duty to help my wife and I out, being senior citizens we are not as tech savvy as most. Cory s knowledge of his merchandise made the whole experiencevery pleasurable. he even added some apps we requested to our new phone and made sure we were comfortable before we left.

These guys and girls are the best! I wish like hell I would have switched years ago. Fu** Verizon! Everything about these guys kick ass! Service and price is great. A very special thank you to Danielle in Bonney Lake, you are great!

We put a deposit down on a phone and asked if we did not want the phone would we get our money back they said yes. They lied we did not get our money back. I used to tell everyone about metro and how good they are or should I say were. Not ever going back. I will tell everyone not to go there ever.

We had a positive experience switching to Metropcs. Nice low key atmosphere, no pushy salespeople, just great service.

Just signed up but these guys were overly helpful and so far everything is great!

Budget cell service. Staff good, other customers.....well....ugh

Talked a good talk but the service sucks cant use it at all at home cant call home it just doesnt work going back tomorrow and try again if it doesnt work by by at this point it just sucks

Loved the metro pcs store. Unfortunately Google maps took me to the Computer Service Center( another excellent business). The metro pcs store is located next to the new peking palace on the other side of 410.
