Wonderful store. Very clean and organized. Professional well informed staff. Incredibly kind and energetic to help. Pleasant visit and so excited for my new color.

Helpful ladies, all except for one who was very loud and making customers feel uncomfortable. She commented on my daughter’s outfit stating she couldn’t come in because her jeans were ripped. Although she said it was a joke it did not feel friendly and came off aggressively. I had great help from the younger girl who was there so i don’t feel it fair to rate it one star. I believe the woman’s name was Linda.

4th of July, only place open... The girl working seemed very happy to get a customer and knew her products. Found the hair products I was looking for based on minimal description from a dude who doesnt know what hes talking about. Didnt catch her name but tell her Thank you for being patient with me and so helpful

I had such great experience in the store! I cant recall the name of the young woman who helped me, but she knew her hair products and makeup very well and really helped me to find some good deals. Clean store and very friendly Associates. I would also recommend getting the Sallys app and signing up for the coupons!

Fantastic & friendly customer service. Prices decently high but that is because they have great quality makeup! They helped me figure out what my actual shade of foundation is! I loved their recommendations that they showed me and they really knew what they were talking about! I look forward to shopping there again soon. ❤️

Every time I visit all the women are so wonderful and helpful and knowledgeable. I always feel at ease coming to this location. 10/10 would recommend anytime I have had an issue its easily resolved by the wonder staff!!

Came here over the holiday to get my daughter a flat iron she really wanted. Ended up having a long conversation with an employee Mandy about hair. After telling her how my hair never held a curl, she insisted I buy a new iron for myself because mine was so old. I didnt want to, but they were having a sale, so I bought the gift for my daughter, and a new one for myself expecting to return it. But she was right, and my hair looks great.

Went in today to look at hair extensions, low quality and high price, you could see the damage on the human hair. I felt bad to not buying the extensions so I decided to pick up some other things I needed while I was there. While I was walking around there was a family with a little girl. All of a sudden the boyfriend or husband of one of the employees comes in with there lab that starts running around the store. The family then has to explain that their daughter is terrified of dogs while calming her down. The employee tried to laugh off and justify her actions while LETTING THE DOG BACK IN THE STORE! I set down everything I was planning on buying and walked right out of there. Peak unprofessionalism, will not return.
