I frequently purchase parts at this location, Andy has typically helped me when Ive had to put together some good size orders. I do a lot of engine repairs and car rebuilds has as well as Marine equipment. You have a pretty good selection for marine and electrical components. Gigantic air filter selection. Only case I can round that I could find cabin air filters for F-150s Typically can get in things that you dont have in store in a very timely manner. I did have a tough time locating a generac cross reference to a air filter but THANK YOU Justice; really good about helping me sort through the boxes and find one that was a decent panel that we were able to use. Getting generic parts can be a Real PITA. Thank you and looking forward to the next project.

Auto zone is an awesome company! As an elderly widow they have advised me in the past, changed my windshield wipers for me and today they installed the air filter in my car. They were very kind and courteous and I genuinely appreciate them.

I had water spots all over my car. I took to car wash however spots did not come out. I went to a few places. One establishment mentioned dawn soap however that ruins paint. Thank God when asked the clerk he refered me to a product called meguriers. Took the spots right out of my car quickly. Very helpful and knowledgeable with they do and go to the extreme to help customers out.

I was having battery issues and my car was not starting consistently. I took it into auto zone and Andy & his team took great care of me. They tested my battery, Andy cleaned the corrosion off of the battery terminals, tightened all the screws and my car started right up. I even turned the vehicle on and off a few times, just to test it out and it started right up each time. I appreciate the “extra mile” of service that you gave me. You earned my business for sure!

Autozone is a good place to get what you need to repair your vehicles needs but this particular outlet is lacking this one really lacks the professional class that others offer such as almost going as far as asking what color your vehicle is to treating you like you stole the defective part that you are trying to exchange and even try to tell you they dont make a certain part when it is in your hand. Im glad that there isnt another Aotozone not far away so I just go to that one because there the people know what they are doing and appear to enjoy doing it

Bought a set of window visors here and the ones l bought just were not right window would not close both ends were interfering with the window. Went and seen Andy and he ordered me a different set without any extra cost and they worked perfect. Way to go Autozone.Steve.

If they dont have it in stock they can get it fairly quickly. Competitive prices, and most employees can offer advice if needed. Their website sucks though, its quicker to just go in.

They have a decent selection, the building is warm, and the staff was knowledgeable, as far as I know. I found that the staff was chatty with customers at the counter when they had accumulated a line which ended up making my trip take 15 minutes instead of less than 2.

May car needed to be jump started yesterday, so I came in at exactly 7:30 when it opened. Marty B was able to test my battery and my alternator very quickly and get me out the door. Thanks Marty!

Justin, was extremely helpful with my situation of an overheating problem he came out to look at the possibility of the overheat and was able to find a hose that was rubbing and leaking. Not only did he recognize the problem but assisted me with fixing the problem by helping to replace a hose and restore the antifreeze in the vehicle. A great young man and I will shop there in the future whenever I need anything Auto related thank you again Justin.

Stopped by to pick up supplies for full break repair. Staff was very helpful and attentive, especially Andy H(Andy). He was extremely knowledgeable and he called to attention that we might have been missing some parts for the job and knew exactly what to recommend to get the job done right. Mike was extremely friendly and helpful he meticulously looked up every part we needed and did multiple verifications that we had everything in hand before we left. I am very gracious for the service I received by these two and will make this store my first choice when selecting where to obtain parts for my car in the future.Side note completely unrelated to the service I received, I would like to complain about the companys reward system which works like this: To get one point you spend $20, at 5 points you get a gift card. Unaware of this, I spent $500 and still got one measly point (thats 25 times the minimum amount to receive a point). Apparently they prefer you stake out their business, separate your purchases by 2 hour incriminates and make multiple transactions in order to receive the in store rewards. Aka: If you have the time I suggest you space out your purchases, waste your and the employees time, visiting 25X in order to maximize your amount of rewards received, for us that would have been 5 gift cards, instead we received 1/5th of a gift card. AutoZone should seriously consider restructuring their point system as to not negate all the hard work and wonderful customer service their employees provide to customers.TLDR:Helpful, kind staff worth the trip. Company needs to restructure point system, I felt a bit cheated spending hundreds of dollars for ostensibly no reward incentive.

7/24/20 My 01’ F350 Alternator gave out this morning while I was North bound on St Route 410. I literally rolled to a stop next to the Bonney Lake Autozone store! A gentleman by the name of Andy Hamsten (Asst store manager) was just showing up for work when he offered to assist. Turns out Andy is a former Diesel mechanic for the Marines. With the help of another Good Samaritan we got the truck off the hwy and into the lot. Andy pulled my alternator and bench tested it and found it dead. He grabbed one off the shelf and installed it for me. Gave me a jump and viola I was up and going again. What a guy!!!!! To those executives who run the Bonneylake Autozone PLEASE consider Andy Hamsten for the position of store manager! He was amazingly kind and helpful and I am an autozone customer for life!

My husband was taking me to work at Lowes in booney lake and when we got to my job the brakes went out on our van. And we used the last of our money to get a jack from my job. The. My husband goes and look and all of the brake fluid started l leaking out on the passenger side. So my husband had to check to see what else was going and the rotary was broken off so he had to get another one. He drove to the AutoZone in Booney Lake Washington in the van with brakes out on a prayer. When he tried to pay the card was declined. With the kindness of their hearts they helped us in our time of need and we greatly appreciate it. Yall was our rock in a hard place. Thank so very much.

DREW HAMP is the most helpful associate OF ALL TIME!!!!!! I had a check engine light come on and came into the Bonney Lake AutoZone after a long day to have someone read the code. In addition to quickly coming to my aid while in the middle of assisting another customer on important call. Drew found another employee to further assist that customer so that he could help me. He sent links to my personal email on what parts I needed as it was bolts that AutoZone didnt sell and went over possible issues the code my car was showing could be caused by. I greatly appreciate Drews willingness to help me take care of my problem quickly. Usually the customer service is decent. They always seem to be too busy for how many employees they have working. However, it doesnt matter if you call in with a question, show up with a part you need to have looked up and ordered, or if you need help with a recommendation and/or finding something inside the store - as long as you have no problem waiting your turn, theyll help.

Done business with them a few times fixing numerous cars. Every time I try and return something they always attempt to credit me back less than I paid for the item. It has happened At least two times now, and both times they have made jokes about if “I really need the extra money”. I’m just asking for my full item return value back, and they act like it’s petty to do so when they are the ones messing up the returns and trying to credit back the wrong amount.

Told me to call the manager Patty tomorrow and give her a piece of my mind. Terrible customer service. Told them I will never go to AutoZone again. Answer I got was ok

Couldnt order the parts for us, proceeded to charge us and then not complete the order, didnt tell us he had to then give us the cash back after. Then tried to use my rewards points, he messed up the order so he went to restart it, well I have to wait 3 business days for the points to go back on my account. Didnt even know if the coolant was prediluted or not, and yelled for the manager at least 15 times to fix his mistakes. Wasted 30+ Mins, wasnt even able to get coolant, and almost didnt get our money back. Dont even bother going here

I went in to get a gas cap for my car and the guy was really friendly found what I needed asked if I needed to have him put it on the car walked out to the car with me put the put the new one in the gas cap on and very friendly good service.

Warranty issue* As a repair shop we have bought many parts from the local stores. And as a very busy shop with a great reputation in the area we warranty our parts and labor. We had a problem with a part that failed after nine months and filed a claim with there store, after getting the run around we had to file with a different store. weeks chasing there management we were told that it was being looked at by the regional manager. weeks later we were told sorry it was not the parts fault but your installation error. offered no help for anything. meantime to take care of the customer we had her in a loaner vehicle and had the repairs done by a machine shop. cost us a bunch. there lack of concern for anything but money is astounding we will close all our accounts and never buy anything from them again. reccomend you do the same.
