I can not say how awesome these guys are. On short notice. They was able to get my truck in that was leaking water into the cabin. They pulled the windshield showed me a issue and offered several choices for repair. Repair was made and new windshield installed. 10 out of 10. Would and will recommend this shop to anyone I know that needs glass repaired or replaced .

Apex was great to deal with for a rock chip repair that I had. Very fair price and quick service. I highly recommend using these guys.

They took care of what I asked them to inspect and repair and also let me know of a couple other things that needed attention. They got all the work done in a timely manner and kept me updated.

This place is awesome. In the middle of the night kayak sell out of my rafters and destroyed my wind shield on my truck. Try to find somebody right away to fix the windshield and everybody was full. Apex was full also but I told him how about it was and he was able to fit me into a schedule and stayed late after work to get me back on the road. They did a high quality job at a really fair price

I own a 75000 dollar truck with 8000 miles on it. Bought it brand new and a rock put a 4 foot long crack across my windshield. Apex did such a good job with the replacement I cant even tell its a different windshield.

Excellent price with excellent service!! Nice young professional gentlemen. They were polite, clean and went out of their way in replacing my front windshield. Excellent job. Beautiful glass. I saved over $300 versus going to a dealer. I was told that aftermarket glass would be louder. But I measured my OEM glass at 55mph at 66.1 db. While the Apex glass was 65.9 db at 55mph over the same stretch of road. Same. For less!

I called 10 different places that gave me horrible customer service. Waited 2 days to get a quote from one place. I called apex and got immediate service. Best price out of all the places I called, part arrived on time, good communication, guy at the desk was very helpful. Hands down the best customer service i have ever recieved from any automotive service ever. Im going back to do the windshield in my other car. Unbelievable service and workmanship in todays world where customer service has literally gone out the window, pardon the pun. Andrew is a very pleasant and professional young man. My husband and I were amazed at the quick turn around time to repair a window in our car that had been vandalized. I have to say I have had other places replace my windshield before and have been unhappy. Poor quality glass, rattles, and poor service. My experience at Apex in Bonney Lake was SO POSITIVE! Andrew is so knowledgeable and skilled at what he does and made sure I was completley satisfied with the work before I left. When I noticed a bit of distortion in the new glass Andrew was quick to order a replacement, got me in as soon as it was in and was understanding and professional about it. I called around 1130am and asked if owner had any time to fix a rock chip in my windshield. He said it takes around 10 mins, to just stop in and he could repair at any time. I stopped in around 1200; he had one car in the shop. Inbetween that repair he came over and repaired mine. May have even been less than 10 min. I have to applaud him on being a one man show ( or as it seemed to be ) and be able to multitask and beat the time he had told me. His work was clean and I just saved myself $100 since thats what safelite had quoted me online. Thank you!

He told me to drop my car off between 8 and 9 am and when I showed up at 8:20 he wasnt there.I then called him he said he was running late and would be in at 9:00- no apology.
