This place is great. They have adapted to the Covid-19 very well. Ray, the owner was very helpful. We had to ship something while on vacation and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this place for your shipping needs.

Dont believe the negative reviews. This place is awesome and incredibly kind.I walked into this establishment with an address and a package and in less than 3 minutes, my shipment was on the way and at a surprisingly affordable cost.The gentleman that helped me, I didnt get his name, was happy to assist me and made things so easy, I now have enough spare time in my break to write a review. Five stars.

It has a small town feel and the employees are nice and helpful. However, Ive been in there 4 times and 3 of those I had to wait 5-10 minutes for help. It was definitely not a quick process.It also seems expensive to ship items. That being said, I dont have any data to back this up (being more expensive here than other places). But there must be an add-on for shipping.

Arrived at 6pm (closing time is 6pm) with some pre paid packages and they wouldn’t even answer the door. Knocked for a few minutes ( i could see them) and they ignored me and went to the back. Terrible service.

I love this place, have been customer for over 25 years. Ray and his team are great. People need to understand that if package is lost by FedEx, UPS, or USPS, its not MPPs fault. They provide a valuable service to our community and have stood the test of time!

This place is great. Ive been there to ship packages to my relatives a few times and recently had some documents that I needed to have notarized. I dont have a printer and was in a rushto send them out. They took care of the printing and notarizing. Also sent them out Fedex. Everything got to the destination on time. Everyone there is very nice and professional. I highly recommend this place!

Had my Livescan done here a few months ago and then I went back to send a few packages. Great service overall. I needed help verifying a few addresses and the manager was really helpful.

THE WOREST SERVICE EVER!!!! If I could give no star I would. Paid for mail forwarding service to be shipped every week on Saturdays NEVER get my mail on time, they ship mail when they feel like it, I have to call every week to make sure my mail is shipped they lie and say its been shipped when it hasnt. So I have to wait on my mail this is a service that I paid for as well as postage which I ALWAYS make sure I have enough $$$ for postage. When I dont get my mail as expected and call them back they then tell me its been shipped out on Monday when the agreement was for mail to be forward on Saturdays. I Would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I am giving this business 1 star for a Livescan that they did for me. The Livescan was marked for both the DOJ and the FBI. The Livescan was sent to the state but not to the FBI. My employer contacted the FBI and found out that Mail Parcels Plus did not send the Livescan to the FBI. Now I have to do it all over again, and it has already cost me a month of work.

Great, friendly and efficient staff. I use this place a few times a week because they are very helpful and reasonable.

The customer service at this business is ATROCIOUS. I called them to notify them a package I paid for them to ship a week ago never arrived, the woman tried telling me there was nothing she could do because I didnt have a tracking number then placed me on hold for over 10 minutes and hung up. Not to mention I spent $4 more to mail a package that didnt even include tracking info?...When USPS gives it for free, I should have known not to trust them. I was later told BY THE OWNER that he was too busy with other customers inside there to possibly even talk to me then. So why answer the phone, sir? He forced me to hold, then hung up on me. Still have no idea where my package is and I guess its by job to figure out why it wasnt mailed properly...

They didn’t deliver my package in time for my trip and they were closed on the day before my trip so I couldn’t get my clothes

Went in the store to get a live Scan to apply for work. About a week later from submitting the live Scan, I find out the store typed in my social security number wrong. When I go to the store to fix it the workers did nothing to try to fix the problem, instead I was told they cant do anything about it. That the only thing I can do is buy it again.
