Great ice cream in taste and selection. Could have given a 5-star if they have green tea flavor as in its website. Customer service could use a bit of improvement.

I ordered a 3 scoop sunday. For the price $6.29 the scoops were too small and half of the cup was full of hot fudge. I wasnt able to enjoy it. It was too sweet. Too bad I cant add a picture to show what Im talking about.

They only have like thirty flavors instead of 31 they are liars lol and if u wanna like FrEAkiNG go then lets go and Ill order the hidden thirty-first flavor cuz I need my 31 flavors instead of thirty which is like ahh because even ur logosays 31 on it (conspiracy theory) and so ya letsgetthisbread

Google says they open at 10 but a handwritten sign on the door says they open at 11. Huge inconvenience and terrible customer experience. Please correct to avoid future inconveniences

There was a gal there this evening, dark hair with highlights, white hat, white nails.... just stared at us, didn’t smile, didn’t say hello, made us feel bad for even being there. We weren’t even sure if she was still working, she just stood and stared at us. Very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Usually it’s a nice experience.

Great place for ice cream cakes. Good selection of ice cream flavors. Good, fast service. Parking is terrible. Easy access from the street. Will definitely return.

Came here at 9pm on Fri night... line... which is expected because it is a Friday night... but 3 employees working with frowns and only 1 person helping customers while the other were frantically attempting to do early closing duties... taking the ice cream out of the freezers while we stood there... with a full hour before closing. The delight of coming to 31 flavors is to see and pick from all the ice creams... was not pleased... my husband and I walked out... on our way to cold stone... wont be back to this Bonita location. I work too damn hard for money to give it away for poor service.

Took 10 minutes to get a cone and a milkshake. There was only 1 employee and the customer ahead of us was telling her what to write on the cakes. This should be done when the cake is made and not when you have customers waiting. There needs to be more than just one employee.

I love my cappuccino blasts! Aways at this shop. The staff are always nice. I even have nice chats with the owners.

I believe that if youre experience leaves you in a positive place, you should always add a five. Anything less would be uncivilized.The staff immediately offered to inscribe my cake as I inspected the adequate selection. I chose the strawberry cheesecake. It was small and close to suitable for its purpose. My recommendation is to ensure an inventory of neutral cakes that can be easily decorated to fit any demographic. Polkadots dont work for everyone, you know?

Traditional Ice Cream parlor, many flavors to choose from, all are delicious, this specific store has been in business at least 30years in the same spot.

Small location, but friendly staff. I always come here on a hot day at work to grab a scoop of ice cream. Nor the best Ive had, but the service is fast and the price for a scoop is fairly cheap.

Me and my family went in to get ice cream and we were skip over 2 times. Thats not a big deal but when I asked the employee why we were skip over several times she got an aditude with with and like it was my fault. Lastly she got on her cell phone and and stared talking on her phone and took our order wrong and got mad when she had to remake the order. This was a very bad customers experience and I will never go back!
